Abstract

8. feeding the plate into 600 sand paper polishing equipment for overall polishing, and performing ash removal treatment after polishing is completed;
9. sending the board into a finish paint spraying machine for finish paint spraying, and drawing a wood grain trend by using a color complementing tool after finish paint spraying is finished;
10. conveying the board after the completion of the color complementing of the drawing into a drying device, drying for 4-6 hours at 40-50 ℃, and then entering a drying production line for drying and curing;
11. and (3) spraying the high-gloss finish paint for 2-3 times on the dried and cured plate, and drying to obtain the lace paint panel.
Preferably, the primer in the step 2 is a white primer by water roller coating.
Preferably, the finish used in step 9 is a water-based finish mixed with 5% -10% of a lace retarder.
