Background

Enuresis refers to the behavior of children > 5 years old that do not wake up from sleep to control urination at night and cause involuntary urination. The etiology has not yet been clarified, and recent studies have considered that the etiology is caused by multiple factors, including genetic factors, sleep-wake disorders, abnormal secretion of vasopressin, i.e., vasopressin, bladder dysfunction, psychological factors, and the like. The treatment aspect comprises measures such as behavior treatment, drug treatment, acupuncture treatment, combined treatment and the like. The behavior therapy mainly comprises bladder function training and awakening therapy. The bladder function training is mainly used in the daytime, children can drink water as much as possible in the daytime to expand bladder capacity, when a child urinates, the child orders the child to hold the urine as much as possible until the child cannot tolerate the urine, the bladder capacity is increased, when the child urinates in the daytime, the urination process is performed as much as possible, the child is interrupted, urination is performed again, the control of external sphincter of urethra and internal abdominal muscles to urination is strengthened, the neck of the bladder is controlled to droop, and the purpose of controlling enuresis at night is achieved. The awakening treatment method is safe, economical and free of side effects, but causes pollution to a large number of bedclothes, needs to be replaced and cleaned in time by family members, is complex to use and high in energy consumption, cannot take effect in a short period, needs to be used for a long time, causes few persistable people, and is difficult to popularize and use. Therefore, a method is needed to facilitate the administration of wake-up treatments.

The above enuresis alarm devices can be used for nighttime awakening treatment, but still have the defects of tedious use, low use comfort level or poor treatment effect. There is a need for a device that facilitates the operation of wake-up therapy, facilitates consistent administration by patients and family members, and provides a high level of comfort and improved therapeutic effect.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a night urine control training bedding which is convenient for awakening treatment operation, is favorable for patients and family members to insist on implementation, and has high comfort level and better curative effect.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a night urine control training bedding article according to the present invention. The night urine control training bedding comprises a bed sheet 1 and an alarm component 2. The bed sheet 1 is provided with a sheet body 11 and a bed periphery 12. The bed sheet body 11 is rectangular. The bed wall 12 is made of a single-layer breathable waterproof fabric and is fixed around the periphery of the bed sheet body 11 in a surrounding mode.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an enlarged view of a in fig. 1. The bed sheet body 11 has a multi-layer structure, and comprises a surface layer 111, a water absorption layer 112 and a bed sheet waterproof layer 113 from top to bottom in sequence. The surface layer 111 is made of a skin-friendly breathable material, is in direct contact with a human body when in use, and is preferably made of all cotton. The water-absorbing layer 112 has water absorption, preferably a composite fabric of cotton and elastic fibers with water absorption of not less than 200% and drip diffusion time of not less than 10s and not more than 20 s. The sheet waterproof layer 113 is made of breathable waterproof fabric, i.e., a material formed by compounding a polymer waterproof breathable material (PTFE film) and cloth. Elastic bands 121 are sewn to the edges of the bed periphery 12.

Referring again to fig. 1, the alarm assembly 2 includes a wire 21, a power source 22, a switch 23, an audible and visual alarm 24, and a housing 25. The power source 22, switch 23 and audible and visual alarm 24 are all integrated into a housing 25. The conducting wire 21 comprises a shell inner conducting wire 211 and a trigger conducting wire 212, one end of each of the two shell inner conducting wires 211 is respectively connected with the power supply 22, and the other end forms two jacks on the surface of the shell 25. The two trigger wires 212 are fixed in the water absorbing layer 112, and they are arranged in parallel in a palindromic shape (see fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic arrangement diagram of the trigger wires), and one end of the two trigger wires 212 extending outside the bed sheet body 11 forms a plug.

The night urine control training bedding of the embodiment can firstly ensure that a patient can not wet bedding below a bed sheet after bed wetting, secondly can be laid and unpicked and washed conveniently, and can automatically wrap a wet surface in the bedding to avoid polluting other articles. The water absorption layer 112 is made of a water-absorbing material, the water absorption rate is more than or equal to 200%, the urine can be fully absorbed, the alarm can be triggered sensitively, the dripping diffusion time of the water absorption layer 112 is more than or equal to 10s and less than or equal to 20s, the urine can be prevented from being absorbed quickly, the patient can be contacted with the wet urine for a sufficient time, and the urination reflex of the brain is established, so that the urine alarm device is quite different from other urine alarm devices in the prior art. The sheet waterproof layer 113 is made of waterproof and breathable fabric, can isolate urine to prevent the urine from polluting a mattress below, can keep breathability, and does not lose sleep comfort. The two trigger wires 212 are arranged in parallel in a palindromic shape in the water absorption layer 112, so that the urine can trigger an alarm at any position, and the alarm sensitivity is improved. The night urine control training bedding comprises a bed sheet 1, an alarm assembly 2 and a bed sheet 3. The bed sheet 1 comprises a sheet body 11 and a bed periphery 12. The bed sheet body 11 is rectangular and has a multi-layer structure, and the bed sheet body is sequentially provided with a surface layer 111, a water absorption layer 112 and a bed sheet waterproof layer 113 from top to bottom. The bed wall 12 is made of a single-layer breathable waterproof fabric, is fixed around the periphery of the bed sheet body 11 in a surrounding mode, and elastic bands 121 are sewn at the edges of the bed wall 12. One end of each of the two housing inner leads 211 is connected to the power source 22, and the other end forms two insertion holes on the surface of the housing 25. The two triggering wires 212 are fixed in the water absorbing layer 112, and they are arranged in parallel in a palindromic shape, and the two triggering wires 212 extend from one end of the outside of the bed sheet body 11 to form a plug. The night urine control training bedding comprises a bed sheet 1, an alarm assembly 2 and a bed sheet 3. The bed sheet 1 is provided with a sheet body 11 and a bed periphery 12. The bed sheet body 11 is rectangular and has a multi-layer structure, and the bed sheet body is sequentially provided with a surface layer 111, a water absorption layer 112 and a bed sheet waterproof layer 113 from top to bottom. The bed wall 12 is made of a single-layer breathable waterproof fabric, is fixed around the periphery of the bed sheet body 11 in a surrounding mode, and elastic bands 121 are sewn at the edges of the bed wall 12. The surface layer 111 is made of a skin-friendly breathable material, is in direct contact with a human body when in use, and is preferably made of all cotton. The alarm assembly 2 comprises a lead 21, a power supply 22, a switch 23, an audible and visual alarm 24 and a housing 25. The power source 22, switch 23 and audible and visual alarm 24 are all integrated into a housing 25. The lead 21 includes a housing lead 211 and a trigger lead 212. One end of each of the two housing inner leads 211 is connected to the power source 22, and the other end forms two insertion holes on the surface of the housing 25. The two triggering wires 212 are fixed in the water absorbing layer 112, and they are arranged in parallel in a palindromic shape, and the two triggering wires 212 extend from one end of the outside of the bed sheet body 11 to form a plug.
