the automatic tableware cleaning and replacing device comprises a carrying mechanism, and tableware collecting equipment (3), tableware cleaning equipment (4) and tableware storage equipment (5) which are arranged on the carrying mechanism; the carrying mechanism is provided with a plurality of vertical supporting frames and a horizontal supporting plate arranged at the top of each supporting frame; the tableware collecting and picking device (3) is fixedly arranged above the horizontal supporting plate and is used for positioning tableware, cleaning a dining table and putting the tableware into the tableware cleaning device (4); the tableware cleaning equipment (4) is fixedly arranged in the vertical support frame below the horizontal support plate and is used for separately cleaning large tableware and small tableware and putting the tableware into the tableware storage equipment (5); the tableware storage equipment (5) is fixedly arranged in the vertical support frame below the tableware cleaning equipment and used for storing cleaned tableware and placing new tableware on a cleaned desktop for placing.

The intelligent automatic tableware cleaning and replacing system according to claim 1, wherein the carrying mechanism employs an intelligent robot car (7), the intelligent robot car (7) receives the information of the completed dining user through the order server (1), moves to the dining table to be cleaned, and carries out unified storage and cleaning of the dining table and tableware.

An intelligent automatic washing and replacing system for tableware according to claim 1, wherein said tableware collecting and picking apparatus (3) employs an automatic grabbing mechanical arm, said automatic grabbing mechanical arm is provided with a positioning module (31) for positioning the dining table and the tableware to be washed on the dining table.

An intelligent automatic dish washing and replacing system according to claim 3, wherein said positioning module (31) comprises a camera recognition device (311) for recognizing small dishes and large dishes on the dining table; the positioning module (31) also comprises an RFID card reader, and the RFID card reader is used for reading the RFID card arranged in the corresponding tableware when the tableware is received and picked up, so that the sizes of different tableware can be identified.

An intelligent automatic dish washing and replacing system according to claim 1, wherein the dish washing device (4) further comprises a large dish washing tray (41), a screening bin (42), a small dish washing bin (43) and a garbage disposal bin (44), and the large dish identified by the dish identifying device is washed by the washing tray (41); the screening bin (42) cleans the small tableware identified by the tableware identification equipment; the garbage disposal bin (44) is used for uniformly disposing the cleaning disc, the screening bin (42) and the table garbage.

The intelligent automatic tableware cleaning and replacing system according to claim 5, wherein the bottom of said screening bin (42) is in a grid shape for pouring part of the residue into the garbage disposal bin (44) through the net opening; the screening bin (42) further comprises a high-pressure water gun cleaning device (421) and a magnetic suction tool (422), the first high-pressure water gun cleaning device (421) is used for cleaning the screened small tableware by using a high-pressure water gun and flushing the cleaned garbage into the garbage treatment bin (44) through the bottom of the screening bin (42); the magnetic tool (422) sucks the magnetic small tableware into the small tableware cleaning bin (43) by utilizing magnetic force.

An intelligent automatic dish washing and replacing system according to claim 5, wherein said large dish washing tray (41) comprises a second high pressure water gun washing device (411), a first ultrasonic washing device (412), a first clean water washing device (413) and a first ultraviolet drying device (414); the small tableware cleaning bin (43) comprises a third high-pressure water gun cleaning device (431), a second ultrasonic cleaning device (432), a second clear water cleaning device (433) and a second ultraviolet drying device (434).

An intelligent automatic tableware washing and replacing system according to claim 1, wherein said tableware washing apparatus (4) further comprises a cleaning self-washing apparatus (45) and a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm (6), and self-washing is realized by the mode that the multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm (6) extends into water and sprays water.

An intelligent automatic washing and replacing system for tableware according to claim 1 wherein said tableware storage facility (5) comprises a first storage compartment (51) and a second storage compartment (52), the washed tableware is placed in the first storage compartment (51), and the tableware in the second storage compartment (52) is placed on the table for placing, when the tableware in the second storage compartment (52) is taken out, the tableware in the first storage compartment (51) automatically enters the second storage compartment (52); the tableware storage equipment (5) is also provided with a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm (6) for taking and placing cleaned tableware.
10. An intelligent automatic tableware cleaning and replacing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, the user sends a driving instruction to the mobile control terminal to drive the cleaning equipment;
s2, the tableware collecting and picking device (3) senses the position of the dining table through the positioning module (31), intelligently scans and positions the tableware on the dining table;
s3, the tableware cleaning equipment (4) cleans large tableware and puts the large tableware cleaning disc (41);
s4, the tableware cleaning equipment (4) puts the small tableware into the screening bin (42);
s5, putting all cleaned tableware into a tableware storage bin;
s6, self-washing the cleaning equipment.
11. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the step S3 further comprises:
s301, flushing with a high-pressure water gun to flush away residues on the surface of the tableware;
s302, automatically spraying a detergent on the tableware by the equipment to perform ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing
S303, rinsing with clear water;
s304, ultraviolet disinfection and drying are carried out;
step S4 further includes:
s401, flushing a high-pressure water gun, and flushing residues into a garbage treatment bin (44) through a net port;
s402, sucking the small tableware into the small tableware cleaning bin (43) by using the magnetic suction tool (422);
s403, placing the tableware in the second storage bin (52) on a dining table.
