Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation tool for filling down feather, which comprises a base and two chains, wherein the two chains are arranged on the base; the two chains are jointly provided with an auxiliary rod in a transmission way; the auxiliary rod is respectively connected with a left half box frame and a right half box frame through bearings; the base is also provided with a supporting component; two auxiliary opening components are arranged above the supporting component. The automatic positioning and transporting device is convenient to use, the left part and the right part of the pillow case can be respectively controlled to rotate and stand upright on the basis of automatic positioning and transporting of the pillow case, and the caliber of a zipper gap can be automatically enlarged after the left part and the right part of the pillow case are erected, so that the effect of conveniently filling fluff in the subsequent process is achieved.

The front part and the rear part of the lower end of the top seat plate are respectively provided with a three-axis cylinder, and each three-axis cylinder is connected with a movable frame; each movable frame is provided with a dovetail groove; each dovetail groove is in sliding fit with a first clamping shaft and a second clamping shaft; the lower ends of the first clamping shaft and the second clamping shaft are in a pointed cone shape.
The front part and the rear part of the lower end of the top seat plate are provided with a linear groove and an inclined groove; the linear groove is in sliding fit with the corresponding first clamping shaft, and the inclined groove is in sliding fit with the corresponding second clamping shaft.
In the invention, the left end and the right end of each chain are connected with chain wheels, and each two corresponding chain wheels are connected with chain shafts which are arranged on a base through bearing seats. Any one of the two chain shafts can be externally connected with a driving motor.

The front part and the rear part of the lower end of the top seat plate 12 are respectively provided with a three-shaft cylinder 13, and each three-shaft cylinder 13 is connected with a movable frame 14; each movable frame 14 is provided with a dovetail groove 14 a; each dovetail groove 14a is in sliding fit with a first clamping shaft 15 and a second clamping shaft 16; the lower ends of the first clamping shaft 15 and the second clamping shaft 16 are in a pointed cone shape.
The front part and the rear part of the lower end of the top seat plate 12 are both provided with a linear groove 12a and an inclined groove 12 b; the linear groove 12a is in sliding fit with the corresponding first card shaft 15, and the inclined groove 12b is in sliding fit with the corresponding second card shaft 16.
In the invention, the left end and the right end of each chain 2 are connected with chain wheels, and each two corresponding chain wheels are connected with chain shafts which are arranged on a base 1 through bearing seats.
