Claims (10)
1. A cutting device for product packaging design comprises a bottom table (1), a support plate (3), support legs (4), a control box (5), a control panel (6) and a power line (7), wherein the support plate (3) is transversely and fixedly connected to the top of the left side of the bottom table (1), the support legs (4) are fixedly connected to the left side of the bottom of the support plate (3), the rear end face of the bottom table (1) is fixed to the control box (5), the control panel (6) is embedded in the left side of the top of the control box (5), and the power line (7) is arranged on the rear side of the control box (5);

The cutting apparatus for product packaging design as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the supporting rods (24) are three, the three supporting rods (24) are equidistantly distributed on the top end face of the cross rod (23), and the top end face of the roller (25) and the bottom side of the pushing assembly (22) are located at the same horizontal height position.

The cutting apparatus for product packaging design as set forth in claim 1, wherein: propelling movement subassembly (22) are including preceding power structure (221), back power structure (222), spout (223), rectangle piece (224), connector (225) and prop up piece (226), spout (223) have all transversely been seted up to preceding power structure (221) and back power structure (222) inboard to preceding power structure (221) and back power structure (222) bottom all are fixed mutually with support frame (21), both sides run through spout (223) that preceding power structure (221) and back power structure (222) are inboard respectively around rectangle piece (224) and are connected with it, rectangle piece (224) left side fixedly connected with connector (225), connector (225) left part bottom side integrated into one piece has prop up piece (226).
4. The cutting apparatus for product packaging design as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the number of the connectors (225) is three, and the left sides of the top end faces of the three connectors (225) and the top end faces of the rollers (25) are arranged on the same horizontal plane.

The cutting apparatus for product packaging design as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the front power structure (221) and the rear power structure (222) are the same in structure size, and the front power structure (221) and the rear power structure (222) are symmetrically arranged in the middle of the rectangular sheet (224) in a front-back mode.

The cutting apparatus for product packaging design as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the front power structure (221) comprises an outer cover seat (2211), a servo motor (2212), a driving gear (2213), a driven gear (2214), a rod body (2215), a threaded rod (2216), an internal thread block (2217) and a sliding block (2218), the bottom of the outer cover seat (2211) is fixed with a support frame (21), the servo motor (2212) is fixed on the left lower side inside the outer cover seat (2211) through a bolt, the left output end of the servo motor (2212) is connected with the driving gear (2213), the top end face of the driving gear (2213) is meshed with the driven gear (2214), the middle of the left side of the driving gear (2213) is rotatably connected with the outer cover seat (2211), the middle of the inner side of the driven gear (2214) is fixedly connected with the rod body (2215) in an inserting manner, the inner side of the rod body (2215) is integrally formed with the threaded rod (2216), and the left side and the right side of the rod body (221, the threaded rod (2216) penetrates through the inner side of the inner thread block (2217) and is in threaded connection with the inner side of the inner thread block (2217), the top end face of the inner thread block (2217) is in transverse sliding fit with the top side inside the outer cover base (2211) through a sliding block (2218), and the middle of the rear side of the inner thread block (2217) is fixedly connected with the rectangular sheet (224).
7. The cutting apparatus for product packaging design as set forth in claim 6, wherein: the central axes of the threaded rod (2216) and the sliding groove (223) are on the same horizontal plane, and the left side and the right side of the threaded rod (2216) are provided with limit rings.

The cutting apparatus for product packaging design as set forth in claim 1, wherein: cutting assembly (26) includes limit structure (261), roof (262), cylinder (263), link (264), slide bar (265) and blade (266), limit structure (261) bottom is fixed mutually with base (1), limit structure (261) inside top side transversely is fixed with roof (262), roof (262) top middle side is fixed mutually through bolt and cylinder (263), cylinder (263) bottom output runs through cylinder (263), link (264) and is connected with link (264), link (264) top front and back both sides all are connected with roof (262) through slide bar (265), link (264) bottom middle side is through bolt fastening has blade (266).

The trimming apparatus for product package design according to claim 8, wherein: the limiting structure (261) comprises a first support plate (2611), a second support plate (2612), an electric push rod (2613), a bearing block (2614), an upper roller tube (2615), a driving motor (2616), a driving belt pulley (2617), a transmission belt (2618), a driven belt pulley (2619) and a lower roller tube (2620), the bottoms of the first support plate (2611) and the second support plate (2612) are fixed with the base platform (1), the electric push rod (2613) is embedded at the same height of the top sides inside the first support plate (2611) and the second support plate (2612), the output end of the bottom of the electric push rod (2613) is connected with the bearing block (2614), the two ends of the upper roller tube (2615) are inserted into the inner side of the bearing block (2614) and are rotationally connected with the upper roller tube, the driving motor (2616) is fixed on the right side of the bottom of the first support plate (2611) through a bolt lock, the output end of the driving motor (2616) is inserted into the inner side, the bottom side of the outer surface of the driving pulley (2617) is in transmission connection with the driven pulley (2619) through a transmission belt (2618), the front end surfaces of the driving pulley (2617) and the driven pulley (2619) are in rotary connection with the first support plate (2611), the middle side of the rear part of the lower roller (2620) is inserted into the middle part of the inner side of the driven pulley (2619) to be connected with the lower roller, and the middle side of the front part of the lower roller (2620) is in rotary connection with the second support plate (2612).
10. The trimming apparatus for product package design according to claim 9, wherein: the upper roller (2615) and the lower roller (2620) are the same in structure size, and the upper roller (2615) is arranged right above the lower roller (2620).
