Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer and more complete, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention, and based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts belong to the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for processing address change of an indoor unit in a multi-split system, where the method is applied to an indoor unit in the multi-split system, the indoor unit is connected to a wireless communication module through a bus, and the method includes:
s1: determining whether a change of a logical address currently occurs; if it is determined that the logical address is currently changed, step S2 is executed; if it is determined that the logical address is not currently changed, continuing to execute step S1;
s2: acquiring a logical address before change and a logical address after change, and generating an address change notification according to the logical address before change and the logical address after change, wherein the address change notification at least comprises the logical address before change and the logical address after change;
s3: uploading the address change notification to a bus so that the wireless communication module acquires and forwards the address change notification to an external cloud server;
s4: determining whether an acknowledgement signal sent by the wireless communication module for the address change notification is received through a bus, and if the acknowledgement signal is determined to be received, ending; if it is determined that the confirmation signal is not received, the process continues to step S3.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the logic address of the indoor unit is changed, the indoor unit automatically uploads the address change notice to the bus, so that the wireless communication module forwards the address change notice to the cloud server after acquiring the address change notice, the cloud server can realize the re-registration of the indoor unit according to the address change notice, and the indoor unit continuously uploads the address change notice to the bus until receiving the confirmation signal sent by the wireless communication module under the condition that the indoor unit does not receive the confirmation signal sent by the wireless communication module.
In the process of sending the address change notification to the wireless communication module, the following two problems may occur:
problem A: if a plurality of indoor units in the multi-split system have the condition of logic address change at the same time, the plurality of indoor units can upload the address change notification to the bus at the same time, and at the moment, communication between the indoor units and the wireless communication module is abnormal, so that the wireless communication module cannot receive the address change notification uploaded by one or more indoor units.
Problem B: in the communication process of the indoor unit and the wireless communication module, communication may be interfered, so that the address change notification uploaded by the indoor unit from the bus is distorted, and the specific content of the notification cannot be acquired.
In view of the above two problems, in the embodiment of the present invention, by continuously uploading the address change notification to the bus until receiving the acknowledgement signal sent by the wireless communication module, it is ensured that the wireless communication module can acquire the address change notification, so that the reliability of the notification can be improved.
Optionally, on the basis of the method for processing an indoor unit address change in the multi-split system shown in fig. 1, before step S1, the method further includes:
presetting a first variable for representing a currently configured logic address and a second variable for representing a last configured logic address;
assigning a currently configured logical address to the first variable and the second variable;
storing a value of the first variable and a value of the second variable;
further comprising: and updating the value of the first variable to the reconfigured logic address when the reconfigured logic address is acquired.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a first variable and a second variable are stored in the indoor unit, for example, the first variable is represented by a now _ ID, the second variable is represented by an old _ ID, and when the first variable is assigned, a currently configured logical address, for example, 1, is assigned to the first variable and the second variable, where the now _ ID is equal to old _ ID is equal to 1. After the logical address is reconfigured for the indoor unit, for example, the reconfigured logical address is 2, the indoor unit updates the value of the first variable now _ ID to 5, and now _ ID is 5, so that the indoor unit can determine the logical address according to the value of the first variable, and is convenient to communicate with the cloud using the logical address.
Optionally, on the basis of the method for processing an indoor unit address change in the multi-split system shown in fig. 1, the determining whether a change of a logical address currently occurs includes:
reading the currently stored value of the first variable and the value of the second variable;
comparing whether the value of the first variable is the same as the value of the second variable, and if so, determining that the logic address is not changed currently; if not, determining that the change of the logical address currently occurs.
In the embodiment of the present invention, since the first variable is used to represent the currently configured logical address, the second variable is used to represent the last configured logical address, and after the logical address is configured for the indoor unit again, the first variable is updated, so that whether the logical address of the indoor unit is changed can be determined by whether the values of the first variable and the second variable are the same. According to the scheme, the indoor unit does not need to be notified manually, whether the logical address is changed or not is detected automatically, manual operation procedures are reduced, and detection efficiency is improved.
Optionally, on the basis of the method for processing an indoor unit address change in the multi-split system shown in fig. 1, the acquiring a logical address before change and a logical address after change includes:
determining the value of the first variable as a changed logical address;
and determining the value of the second variable as a logical address before change.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the value of the first variable is different from the value of the second variable, the first variable is used for representing the currently configured logical address, and the second variable is used for representing the last configured logical address, so that the value of the first variable can be directly determined as the logical address after change, and the value of the second variable can be determined as the logical address before change, so that the logical address before change and the logical address after change of the indoor unit can be quickly determined, and the efficiency of re-registering to the cloud server is further improved.
Optionally, on the basis of the method for processing an indoor unit address change in a multi-split system shown in fig. 1, after the determining receives the acknowledgement signal and before the determining ends, the method further includes: updating the value of the second variable to the value of the first variable.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the confirmation signal is received, the value of the second variable is updated to the value of the first variable in time, so that the situation that repeated registration is caused by uploading the address change notice to the bus again by comparing and determining that the value of the first variable is different from the value of the second variable after the indoor unit is powered off and restarted is prevented, and the reliability of automatic notification is further improved.
Alternatively, on the basis of the method for processing the change of the address of the indoor unit in the multi-split system shown in fig. 1, the value of the first variable and the value of the second variable are stored in an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable and Programmable read only memory).
In the embodiment of the invention, the value of the first variable and the value of the second variable are stored in the EEPROM, so that if the indoor unit is in a power failure condition, the value of the first variable and the value of the second variable stored in the EEPROM are not lost after the indoor unit is restarted, and the indoor unit can continuously determine whether the current logical address is changed according to the value of the first variable and the value of the second variable, thereby further improving the reliability of automatic detection.
Optionally, on the basis of the method for processing an indoor unit address change in the multi-split system shown in fig. 1, the method further includes: recording an uploading time point for uploading the address change notice to a bus;
after the determining that the acknowledgement signal is not received, further comprising: when the interval between the current time point and the uploading time point is a preset time period, the step S3 is continuously executed.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the address change notification is continuously uploaded to the bus, a preset time period can be set, the address change notification is uploaded once every other preset time period, and the reserved time for returning the confirmation signal to the wireless communication module is reserved, so that the loss caused by uploading the address change notification can be reduced, the wireless communication module can be ensured to acquire the address change notification, and the reliability of automatic notification is further improved.
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solution and advantages of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the following describes in detail an indoor unit address change processing method in a multi-split system according to an embodiment of the present invention, which specifically includes:
step 201: setting a first variable now _ ID and a second variable old _ ID in the EEPROM, assigning a currently configured logical address to the first variable now _ ID and the second variable old _ ID, and storing a value of the first variable now _ ID and a value of the second variable old _ ID.
When assigning values to the first variable now _ ID and the second variable old _ ID for the first time, the currently configured logical address assignments may be both assigned to the first variable now _ ID and the second variable old _ ID. For example, if the currently configured logical address is 1, then the first variable now _ ID is 1 and the second variable old _ ID is 1.
Step 202: when the reconfigured logical address is acquired, the value of the first variable now _ ID is updated to the reconfigured logical address.
In the embodiment of the invention, the logic address can be configured for the indoor unit at least in any one mode of dial combination, system automatic allocation and remote controller configuration.
After the logical address is reconfigured for the indoor unit in any one of the above manners, the indoor unit may acquire the reconfigured logical address. For example, if the reconfigured logical address is 5, the indoor unit updates the value of the first variable stored in the EEPROM to the reconfigured logical address, and at this time, the first variable now _ ID is 5.
Step 203: reading the currently stored value of the first variable now _ ID and the value of the second variable old _ ID, and comparing whether the value of the first variable now _ ID is the same as the value of the second variable old _ ID, if so, continuing to execute the step 203, and if not, executing the step 204.
Step 204: the value of the first variable now _ ID is determined as the logical address after the change, the value of the second variable old _ ID is determined as the logical address before the change, and an address change notification is generated according to the logical address before the change and the logical address after the change.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure that the cloud server can determine which indoor unit has changed the logical address according to the address change notification, and re-register the indoor unit having changed the address, the address change notification at least includes the logical address before the change and the logical address after the change.
Step 205: an address change notification is uploaded onto the bus.
The multi-split air conditioner system comprises at least one outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units, wherein the at least one outdoor unit and the plurality of indoor units are connected through a bus, and a wireless communication module is mounted on the bus. When the indoor unit communicates with the cloud server, the communication message can be uploaded to the bus, and the wireless communication module can receive the communication message from the bus and forward the communication message to the cloud server. Correspondingly, when the cloud server or the APP control end sends an instruction to the indoor unit, the corresponding indoor unit is determined by the wireless communication module according to the logic address carried by the instruction, and the instruction is sent to the corresponding indoor unit through the bus.
Therefore, after the indoor unit has changed its logical address, the wireless communication module may acquire the address change notification from the bus by uploading the address change notification to the bus.
Step 206: determining whether an acknowledgement signal sent by the wireless communication module for the address change notification is received through the bus, and if the acknowledgement signal is determined to be received, executing step 207; if it is determined that the acknowledgement signal is not received, the process continues to step 205.
The wireless communication module can be a WiFi module, a short message module, a Bluetooth module and the like. Preferably, the wireless communication module is a WiFi module.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a preset time period may be preset, for example, 2s, and when the indoor unit does not receive the acknowledgement signal, the operation of uploading the address change notification to the bus is performed every other preset time period, so that the wireless communication module can be ensured to acquire the address change notification by continuously uploading the address change notification to the bus.
In a specific implementation, an uploading time point of the address change notification to the bus may be recorded (each time, a time point of the last address change notification is recorded), and if it is determined that the acknowledgement signal is not received, the step 205 is executed once when the interval between the current time point and the uploading time point is a preset time period.
Step 207: and updating the value of the second variable old _ ID to the value of the first variable now _ ID, and returning to execute the step 203.
After the update is completed, old _ ID is not _ ID 5.
After the confirmation signal is received, the value of the second variable old _ ID is updated to the value of the first variable now _ ID in time, so that the situation that after the indoor unit is powered off and restarted, the situation that address change notification is uploaded to the bus again to cause repeated registration is avoided by comparing and determining that the value of the first variable is different from the value of the second variable, and the reliability of automatic notification is further improved.
The processing procedure of the wireless communication module specifically includes: after acquiring an address change notification uploaded by an indoor unit from a bus, determining the indoor unit uploading the address change notification according to a logical address before change and a logical address after change included in the address change notification, and sending a confirmation signal to the indoor unit according to the logical address after change to notify the indoor unit that the address change notification is received without continuously uploading the address change notification to the bus; meanwhile, the wireless communication module forwards the address change notification to the cloud server.
For the cloud server, the original registration information of each indoor unit is stored, and the original registration information comprises: and the corresponding relation between the physical address of the indoor unit and the logical address of the indoor unit. Please refer to table 1, which is the original registration information.
Table 1:
Figure BDA0002982553370000101

after receiving the address change notification forwarded by the wireless communication module, it can be determined which indoor unit has changed the logical address according to the logical address before the change, the original registration information corresponding to the indoor unit is found out from the original registration information, and the indoor unit is re-registered according to the logical address after the change, and the re-registered registration information refers to table 2.
