Based on the hardware structure of the multi-split system, the invention provides various embodiments of the method for preventing the address of the indoor unit from being changed mistakenly.
The invention provides a method for preventing an indoor unit address from being mistakenly changed.
Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment of the present invention, a method for preventing an address of an indoor unit from being mistakenly changed includes the following steps:
step S100, receiving an address setting instruction, and obtaining a new address to be set according to the address setting instruction;
specifically, the multi-split air conditioner system comprises an outdoor unit and at least two indoor units, information interaction between the indoor units and the outdoor unit is carried out according to a fixed time sequence through communication addresses, the outdoor unit and the indoor units are both provided with storage devices, the storage device of the outdoor unit can store the address of each indoor unit in the multi-split air conditioner system, and the storage device of the indoor unit can store the address of each indoor unit in the on-line system and the address of the indoor unit. The storage device can be a memory chip, and the memory chips are arranged on the control main boards of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit.
The indoor unit can receive an address setting instruction sent by a user through a remote controller or a wire controller, and after receiving the address setting instruction, the indoor unit can analyze the address setting instruction to obtain a new address to be set.
Step S200, judging whether the new address exists in a stored first address table, wherein the first address table is updated according to a received second address table sent by the outdoor unit;
after obtaining a new address to be set by a user, the indoor unit may determine whether the new address exists in a first address table stored in the indoor unit, that is, compare the new address with an address in the first address table, and determine whether the new address to be set is repeated with an address in the first address table. And the first address table is updated according to the received second address table sent by the outdoor unit.
It should be noted that, when the multi-split air-conditioning system is powered on, the outdoor unit may query the address of the indoor unit, and fill the address into a preset empty table to form a second address table, and then send the second address table to the indoor unit, and after receiving the second address table, the indoor unit updates the first address table according to the second address table. The outdoor unit can acquire the address of the indoor unit once every preset time, can also acquire the address of the indoor unit in real time, and can acquire the addresses of all the indoor units once when the address of the indoor unit is changed, so that the outdoor unit can acquire the address of the indoor unit in time when the address of the indoor unit is modified, and a second address table stored in the indoor unit is a latest address table. The first address table is updated according to a received second address table sent by the outdoor unit, and the indoor unit can update the first address table according to the second address table in various ways, in one embodiment, after receiving the second address table, the indoor unit can add a newly added address in the second address table into the first address table, and use the first address table added with the address as the updated first address table; in another embodiment, after receiving the second address table sent by the outdoor unit, the indoor unit may directly replace the originally stored first address table with the second address table, and use the second address table as the updated first address table.
It should be emphasized that the address mentioned in this embodiment is a communication address, and before the outdoor unit obtains the addresses of the indoor units, the outdoor unit has already assigned addresses to each indoor unit in the multi-split system, that is, the indoor units all have their own addresses.
Step S300, when the new address does not exist in the first address table, updating the address of the first address table to the new address.
When the second address table does not have a new address to be set, the indoor unit updates the address of the indoor unit to the new address, and the indoor unit can also store the new address into the second address table. Namely, the address of the indoor unit can be modified directly through interaction between the indoor unit and a user, and the use experience of the user is improved.
When the new address exists in the second address table, the fact that the address which the user wants to set exists is indicated, at this time, the indoor unit can generate a prompt message of address repetition and display the prompt message on the display panel to remind the user that the address repetition is needed to be reset. Meanwhile, in order to enable the user to pay attention to the prompt message in time, the buzzer can be buzzed to remind the user.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the method for preventing the address of the indoor unit from being mistakenly changed is applied to the indoor unit of the multi-split system, and after the indoor unit receives an address setting instruction, a new address to be set is obtained according to the address setting instruction; judging whether a new address exists in a stored first address table, wherein the first address table is updated according to a received second address table sent by an outdoor unit; and updating the address of the first address table to be the new address when the new address does not exist in the first address table. According to the invention, after the indoor unit receives an address setting instruction of a user, the new address is compared with the address in the stored first address table, and when the new address to be set does not exist in the first address table, the address of the indoor unit is updated to the new address, so that the address modification efficiency can be improved, the address of the indoor unit can be effectively prevented from being modified by mistake, the situation that the address of the indoor unit is repeated is avoided, the shutdown of a multi-split system is avoided, the sending of after-sale maintenance personnel for home maintenance is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of the method for preventing an address of an indoor unit from being modified by mistake according to the present invention, where based on the first embodiment, before the step S200, the method further includes:
step S400, inquiring whether an empty position exists in the first address table;
specifically, since there are 64 indoor units at most, both the first address table and the second address table can be address tables with 64 positions. After the indoor unit obtains a new address to be set, it may first determine whether an empty location exists in the first address table, that is, the indoor unit performs traversal query on the first address table to determine whether a location where an address is not set exists in the first address table. It should be noted that the empty table may be a table filled with "0" in the table, and when the table is filled with "0" by the query, it is determined that the location address does not exist, and when the table is filled with other address values, it is determined that the location address exists.
When the first address table has an empty position, entering the step: judging whether the new address exists in the second address table or not;
if there is an empty location in the first address table, it indicates that the user can modify the address of the indoor unit, and at this time, the indoor unit proceeds to step S200: and judging whether the new address exists in the first address table.
And step S500, when the first address list does not have empty positions, generating a prompt message for checking the number of the indoor units.
When there is no empty location in the first address table, it is described that the first address table is full, and at this time, it is necessary for the user to check whether the number of the indoor units reaches a preset number, in this embodiment, the preset number is 64. Therefore, under the condition that the first address table is full, the indoor units can generate prompt messages for checking the number of the indoor units, and the prompt messages are displayed on the display panel to remind a user of checking the number of the indoor units. Meanwhile, in order to enable the user to pay attention to the prompt message in time, the buzzer can be buzzed to remind the user.
Further, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for preventing an address of an indoor unit from being modified by mistake according to a third embodiment of the present invention, where based on the second embodiment, after step S500, the method further includes:
step S600, receiving the number of the indoor units input by a user;
step S700, when the number of the indoor units is smaller than the preset number, generating a prompt message for reallocating addresses;
and step S850, generating a full amount of prompt messages when the number of the indoor units is equal to the preset number.
The indoor units can receive the number of the indoor units input by a user, when the number of the indoor units is smaller than the preset number, namely when the number of the indoor units is smaller than 64, the fact that redundant addresses exist in the first address table is described, at the moment, the indoor units can generate a prompt message for reallocating the addresses, the prompt message reminds the user through a display panel and a buzzer of the indoor units, and after the user receives the prompt, the user can set addresses for clearing all the indoor units on the outdoor unit so as to reallocate the addresses to the indoor units again. When the number of the indoor units is equal to the preset number, that is, when the number of the indoor units is equal to 64, it is indicated that the indoor units matched with the multi-split system have reached the full amount, and at this time, the indoor units may generate a full amount prompt message to prompt the user that the address of the indoor unit cannot be modified.
Further, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a fourth embodiment of the method for preventing an address of an indoor unit from being modified by mistake according to the present invention, where based on the third embodiment, after step S200, the method further includes:
step S310, when the new address exists in the first address table, generating an address that does not exist in the first address table according to a preset rule, and displaying the address on a display panel for a user to refer to and select.
Specifically, in order to facilitate the user to modify the address, when the new address exists in the first address table, the indoor unit may perform traversal query on the first address table to obtain the address existing in the first address table, then generate an address that does not exist in the first address table according to a preset rule, and display the address that does not exist on the display panel for the user to refer to and select, where the user may select the address or may reselect another address to perform the setting. It should be emphasized that the address generated according to the preset rule may be an address formed by combining addresses in the first address table, and the address generated according to the preset rule may also be an address formed by adding any number after the longest bit address in the first address table. In another embodiment, the non-existing address is an arbitrarily generated address, and may be an address that does not exist in the first address table.
Further, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a fifth embodiment of the method for preventing an address of an indoor unit from being modified by mistake according to the present invention, where based on the above embodiment, before the step S100, the method further includes:
step S110, receiving a second address table sent by the outdoor unit, and comparing the second address table with a stored first address table;
step S120, adding non-repeating addresses in the second address table to the first address table.
Specifically, after receiving a second address table sent by the outdoor unit, the indoor unit compares the second address table with a first address table stored in the indoor unit, finds out an address in the second address table that is not repeated with an address in the first address table, that is, finds out a newly added address in the second address table, and adds the address in the second address table that is not repeated to the first address table to update the first address table. And after the first address table is updated, storing the first address table into a memory chip of the indoor unit. It should be noted that, when the number of the newly added addresses in the second address exceeds the number of the empty positions in the first address table, the newly added addresses cannot be added to the first address, at this time, the user can be prompted through the display panel and the buzzer of the indoor unit, and after receiving the prompt, the user can set addresses for clearing all the indoor units on the outdoor unit, so that the outdoor unit can allocate addresses to the indoor units again.
Further, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a sixth embodiment of the method for preventing address modification of an indoor unit according to the present invention, where based on the fifth embodiment, before step S120, the method further includes:
step S130, receiving a query instruction sent by the outdoor unit when the multi-split system is powered on;
step S140, sending the address of the outdoor unit to the outdoor unit according to the query instruction, so that the outdoor unit fills the address into a preset empty table to form a second address table.
Specifically, when the multi-split air-conditioning system is powered on, the outdoor unit can send query instructions to the indoor units at intervals of preset time or in real time, the indoor units send the stored addresses of the indoor units to the outdoor unit after receiving the query instructions, the outdoor unit obtains the stored preset empty tables after receiving the addresses sent by the indoor units, and then the addresses of all the indoor units are filled into the empty tables to form a second address table. It should be noted that, after the outdoor unit queries the address each time, all the addresses of the indoor units are filled into the preset empty table to form a second address table, and the second address table formed each time is a new second address table.
Further, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a seventh embodiment of the method for preventing address modification of an indoor unit according to the present invention, and based on the above embodiment, the method for preventing address modification of an indoor unit further includes:
step S910, receiving a clearing instruction sent by the outdoor unit;
step S920, clearing the address of the user according to the clearing instruction and clearing the first address table;
step S930, feeding back the physical codes of the outdoor unit to the outdoor unit, so that the outdoor unit sorts the physical codes according to a preset sequence, and allocates addresses to each indoor unit according to the sorted sequence.
Specifically, when a user needs to reassign the addresses of the indoor units, an address reassignment instruction can be sent to the outdoor unit through a button on the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit sends a clearing instruction to each indoor unit after receiving the address reassignment instruction input by the user, the indoor units clear the addresses of the indoor units after receiving the clearing instruction, then the stored first address table is emptied, the physical codes of the indoor units are fed back to the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit sorts the physical address codes according to a preset sequence, and assigns addresses to each indoor unit according to the sorted sequence. It should be noted that the physical code is a physical address code, and the address in the present invention refers to a communication address.
