The input means 43 may be used to receive entered numeric or character information and to generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the device. The output device 44 may include a display device such as a display screen.
The processor 41 executes various functional applications and data processing of the device by running software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 42, that is, implements the above-described method for controlling the upgrade of the device of the internet of things.

responding to online updating operation of an updating data packet, generating equipment updating instructions based on updating equipment types corresponding to the updating data packet, and sending the equipment updating instructions to all the Internet of things control terminals, so that all the Internet of things control terminals respond to the equipment updating instructions to acquire the type of the Internet of things equipment and the equipment version information of all the connected community Internet of things equipment; each control terminal of the Internet of things determines whether the community Internet of things equipment which needs to be subjected to equipment upgrading exists or not based on the equipment upgrading indication corresponding to the updated equipment type and the information corresponding condition of the Internet of things equipment type, and generates and returns corresponding upgrading feedback information; the control terminals of the Internet of things screen community Internet of things equipment with the type of the Internet of things equipment matched with the type of updated equipment corresponding to the equipment upgrading instruction, and compare equipment version information corresponding to the matched community Internet of things equipment with updated version information corresponding to the equipment upgrading instruction, and when the equipment version information is behind the updated version information, the community Internet of things equipment is determined to need equipment upgrading;
based on upgrading feedback information returned by each Internet of things control terminal, determining an Internet of things control terminal needing equipment upgrading, and determining an Internet of things network corresponding to the Internet of things control terminal;
determining the control terminals of the Internet of things, which are required to be subjected to equipment upgrading, in each Internet of things network, and determining one control terminal of the Internet of things, which is used for receiving the upgrading data packet, in each Internet of things network; the upgrading data packet is sent to the control terminal of the Internet of things determined in each Internet of things network, and the control terminal of the Internet of things is informed to send the upgrading data packet to other control terminals of the Internet of things which need to be subjected to equipment upgrading in the corresponding Internet of things network, so that each control terminal of the Internet of things can carry out equipment upgrading on corresponding community Internet of things equipment based on the upgrading data packet; responding to the upgrade package acquisition overtime notification sent by the Internet of things control terminal, informing other Internet of things control terminals in the corresponding Internet of things network to send the upgrade data package to the Internet of things control terminal, determining the Internet of things network corresponding to the Internet of things control terminal after receiving the upgrade package acquisition overtime notification sent by the Internet of things control terminal, informing the other Internet of things control terminals in the Internet of things network to send the upgrade data package to the Internet of things control terminal, receiving the upgrade data package from the first Internet of things control terminal sending the upgrade data package, and performing equipment upgrade based on the received upgrade data package; and responding to the upgrading packet obtaining overtime notification sent by the control terminal of the Internet of things again, and directly sending the upgrading data packet to the control terminal of the Internet of things.

The method for controlling the upgrading of the internet of things device according to claim 1, wherein determining the internet of things control terminal that needs to be upgraded based on the upgrading feedback information returned by each internet of things control terminal, and determining the internet of things network corresponding to the internet of things control terminal, comprises:
based on the upgrade feedback information returned by each Internet of things control terminal, determining whether each Internet of things control terminal needs to be subjected to equipment upgrade, and screening out the Internet of things control terminals needing to be subjected to equipment upgrade;
and determining the screened Internet of things network where the Internet of things control terminal is located based on a terminal network record table, wherein the terminal network record table records the Internet of things network corresponding to each Internet of things control terminal.

the upgrade response module is used for responding to the online upgrade operation of the upgrade data packet, generating equipment upgrade instructions based on the upgrade equipment types corresponding to the upgrade data packet, and sending the equipment upgrade instructions to all the Internet of things control terminals so that all the Internet of things control terminals respond to the equipment upgrade instructions to acquire the type of the Internet of things equipment and the equipment version information of all the connected community Internet of things equipment; each control terminal of the Internet of things determines whether the community Internet of things equipment which needs to be subjected to equipment upgrading exists or not based on the equipment upgrading indication corresponding to the updated equipment type and the information corresponding condition of the Internet of things equipment type, and generates and returns corresponding upgrading feedback information; the control terminals of the Internet of things screen community Internet of things equipment with the type of the Internet of things equipment matched with the type of updated equipment corresponding to the equipment upgrading instruction, and compare equipment version information corresponding to the matched community Internet of things equipment with updated version information corresponding to the equipment upgrading instruction, and when the equipment version information is behind the updated version information, the community Internet of things equipment is determined to need equipment upgrading;
the terminal detection module is used for determining the control terminal of the Internet of things which needs to be subjected to equipment upgrading based on upgrading feedback information returned by each control terminal of the Internet of things, and determining the Internet of things network corresponding to the control terminal of the Internet of things;
