After the execution main body broadcasts the upgrade notification message, all terminals in communication connection with the execution main body receive the upgrade notification message, and the terminals send upgrade request messages when confirming that the upgrade is needed.
In step S2, the second rf port of the execution main body starts a message scanning mode for receiving the upgrade request message sent by each terminal, and after receiving the upgrade request message, the execution main body sends the upgrade message to each terminal through the first rf port.
The embodiment shows that the working state of the first radio frequency port is always in the sending state, the switching of the working mode is not needed, and the upgrading request messages sent by a plurality of terminals can be received through the second radio frequency port, so that the plurality of terminals can be upgraded simultaneously.

The equipment type and the check value are used for enabling the terminal equipment to judge whether upgrading is needed, when upgrading is needed, the terminal can calculate the number of messages needing to send upgrading requests according to the version size and the air interface condition of the terminal, and the upgrading request messages are sent according to the number.
The upgrade request message sent by the terminal comprises: and sending the terminal address information of the upgrade request message, sending the upgrade message to the terminal by the execution main body according to the terminal address information, simultaneously sending the upgrade message and the fragment ID by the execution main body through the first radio frequency port, and recording the fragment ID of each terminal to be upgraded.

s4, judging whether the upgrade is needed or not according to the upgrade notification message;

It can be seen from the above embodiments that the terminal device determines whether upgrading is required through an upgrade simultaneous message sent by a first radio frequency port of the gateway device, and if so, sends an upgrade request message to a second radio frequency port of the gateway device, and the gateway device sends the upgrade message through the first radio frequency port, so that the working state of the first radio frequency port is always in a sending state, and the second radio frequency port can receive upgrade request messages sent by a plurality of terminals simultaneously, thereby implementing upgrading of the plurality of terminals simultaneously.
The present disclosure also provides a gateway device, which is in communication connection with two or more terminals; the gateway equipment broadcasts an upgrade notification message through a first radio frequency port; and when the gateway equipment receives an upgrading request message fed back by each terminal according to the upgrading notification message through the second radio frequency port, the gateway equipment sends the upgrading message to each terminal through the first radio frequency port according to the upgrading request message.
The present disclosure also provides an intelligent terminal, which is in communication connection with the gateway device;
the intelligent terminal receives an upgrade notification message sent by gateway equipment through a first radio frequency port; the intelligent terminal judges whether the intelligent terminal needs to be upgraded according to the upgrade notification message; and if the upgrading is needed, sending an upgrading request message to the gateway equipment so that the gateway equipment sends the upgrading message to the gateway equipment through the first radio frequency port after receiving the upgrading request message through the second radio frequency port.
