As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, a connection diagram between the light emitting unit 20 and a driving circuit layer, where the driving circuit layer may be a Thin Film Transistor (TFT) device, and the light emitting unit 20 and the driving circuit layer are connected by a regulating line 40 and a connector 30 (conductive adhesive), and the specific structure is described as follows: the substrate 10 is a glass or plastic substrate for carrying a driving device such as a driving circuit layer and the light emitting unit 20; the light shielding layer 2 is used for carrying out light shielding protection on an active layer of the TFT device; the insulating layer 3 is an isolation shading layer 2 and a semiconductor active layer 4, and the semiconductor active layer 4 is a channel conducting layer of the TFT device; the dielectric layer 5 is a medium between a grid electrode and an active layer, the grid electrode 6 is a grid electrode switch of the TFT device, and the protective layer 7 plays a role in protecting the grid electrode and the semiconductor active layer; the source and drain electrodes 8 are current input and output ends of the TFT device; the passivation layer 9 is an integral protection layer of the TFT device; the pixel electrode 12 is a bonding wire of the driving circuit layer and the light emitting unit 20; the isolation structure 50 is an isolation unit for preventing R, G, B color crosstalk and metal reflection between sub-pixels; the adjusting line 40 can be conductive metal or conductive polymer, and the conduction of the adjusting line 40 is controlled by an external switch; the connection body 30 is a polymer having a conductive property and being stretchable so as to facilitate the inclination of the light emitting unit 20 without affecting the conductivity; the light emitting cell 20 is a light emitting cell of a display screen, and the light emitting cell 20 may include a positive/negative electrode, a negative layer, a light emitting layer, and a positive layer. As shown in fig. 4, the light emitting unit 20 may include a p region, an n region, a light emitting layer 22, and an electrode 21, and the light emitting layer may emit light by injecting electrons and holes into the light emitting layer through the p region and the n region, and be connected to the connector 30 through the electrode 21. Other forms of light emitting units may also be selected according to the actual needs.
An embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, including the display assembly in the above embodiments. The electronic equipment with the display assembly in the embodiment has a good peep-proof function, and when a user observes display contents, the privacy of the user can be well protected.
While the present embodiments have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the precise embodiments described above, which are meant to be illustrative and not restrictive, and that various changes may be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (12)
1. A display assembly, comprising:
a substrate having a driving circuit layer thereon;
an adjustment structure disposed on the substrate;
the light-emitting unit is electrically connected with the driving circuit layer and is arranged on the adjusting structure;
the control module group, the control module group with adjust the structure electricity and be connected the control module group adjust the structure and exert under the condition of voltage, it drives to adjust the structure luminescence unit orientation first direction or second direction slope, first direction with the second direction is opposite.
2. The display assembly of claim 1, wherein the adjustment structure comprises:
the connector, the connector is electrically conductive, the luminescence unit is established on the connector, the control module group with the connector electricity is connected, the control module group to under the condition that the connector applyed voltage, the connector deformation just drives the luminescence unit slope.
3. The display module according to claim 2, wherein the adjusting structure comprises two connecting bodies, the connecting bodies are disposed on the driving circuit layer, one side of one connecting body is electrically connected to the pixel electrode of the driving circuit layer, and the other side of the connecting body is electrically connected to the anode of the light emitting unit; one side of the other connector is electrically connected with the common electrode of the driving circuit layer, and the other side of the other connector is electrically connected with the cathode of the light-emitting unit.
4. The display assembly of claim 2, wherein the adjustment structure comprises:
the adjusting line is a conductive piece, and the control module is electrically connected with the connecting body through the adjusting line.
5. The display assembly of claim 4, wherein the adjustment structure comprises:
the adjusting line is located on the bottom side of the connecting body, and the control module is capable of deforming under the condition that voltage is applied to the adjusting line.
6. The display assembly of claim 1, wherein the adjustment structure comprises:
the connecting body is a conductive piece, and the light-emitting unit is arranged on the connecting body;
the adjusting line is a conductive piece and is positioned at the bottom side of the connecting body, and the control module is electrically connected with the connecting body through the adjusting line;
the control module is to adjust the line and exert under the condition of voltage the regulation line is deformable, just is in adjust line deformation under the condition the regulation line drives the connector activity, the connector drives the luminescence unit slope.
7. The display module according to claim 6, wherein the adjusting structure comprises two connecting bodies, the connecting bodies are disposed on the driving circuit layer, the bottom side of each connecting body is provided with the adjusting line, one side of one connecting body is electrically connected to the pixel electrode of the driving circuit layer, and the other side of the connecting body is electrically connected to the anode of the light emitting unit; one side of the other connector is electrically connected with the common electrode of the driving circuit layer, and the other side of the other connector is electrically connected with the cathode of the light-emitting unit.
8. The display assembly of claim 2, wherein the connector comprises:
the first connecting body and the second connecting body are arranged on the substrate at intervals, one end of the light-emitting unit is arranged on the first connecting body, and the other end of the light-emitting unit is arranged on the second connecting body;
the control module group with first connector with the second connector electricity is connected, the control module group to first connector with under the condition that at least one in the second connector applyed voltage, first connector with at least one deformation in the second connector just drives the luminescence unit slope.
9. The display module according to claim 8, wherein the first and second connectors are electrically connected to the driving circuit layer, respectively.
10. The display module according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting structure is provided in a plurality, a plurality of the adjusting structures are spaced apart, and each of the adjusting structures is provided with the light emitting unit.
11. The display assembly of claim 10, further comprising:
and the isolation structure is arranged between every two adjacent light-emitting units.
12. An electronic device, comprising the display assembly of any one of claims 1-11.
