The mechanical energy supply system 3 of the bird-repelling early warning device is designed and manufactured by means of the internal structure of the mechanical watch movement, the weight and the cost of the device can be effectively controlled, and the safety of the blade structure at the installation position cannot be influenced.

Claims (8)

1. A bird repelling early warning device of a horizontal axis wind generating set is characterized by comprising a bird repelling early warning device body arranged on the inner side of each blade in the horizontal axis wind generating set;
the bird repelling early warning device body comprises a mechanical energy supply system (3) and an audio generation system (8), wherein the mechanical energy supply system (3) is used for providing driving force for the audio generation system (8);
the audio generation system (8) is used for generating bird-driving early warning audio.

The bird repelling early warning device of the horizontal axis wind generating set according to claim 1, wherein the mechanical energy supply system (3) comprises a pendulum mass (4), a clockwork spring assembly (5), a gear train assembly (6) and a protective cover (7), wherein the protective cover (7) is installed inside a blade shell (1) of the wind generating set; the pendulum mass (4), the clockwork spring assembly (5) and the gear train assembly (6) are arranged in the protective cover (7);
the pendulum mass (4) is connected with the ratchet wheel kinematics of the clockwork spring assembly (5) and is used for winding up the clockwork spring; the spring assembly (5) is kinematically connected with the gear train assembly (6) and is used for driving the gear train assembly (6) to run; the gear train assembly (6) is kinematically connected with the audio generation system (8) and used for providing driving force for the audio generation system (8).

The bird repelling early warning device of the horizontal-axis wind generating set according to claim 1, wherein the audio generating system (8) comprises a knocking hammer (9), a bell (10) and a base (11), wherein the base (11) is installed inside a blade lightning receptor (2) on the wind generating set; the bell (10) is fixed on the base (11);
the knocking hammer (9) is connected with a gear train component (6) of the mechanical energy supply system (3) in a kinematic manner; the knocking hammer (9) acts on the outer wall of the bell (10).

The bird repelling early warning device of the horizontal-axis wind generating set according to claim 1, wherein the bird repelling early warning device body is arranged in an inner cavity of a blade of the wind generating set, the mechanical energy supply system (3) is installed at one side close to a blade lightning receptor (2) on the wind generating set and fixed on the inner surface of a blade shell (1) or the surface of a shear web; the audio generation system (8) is arranged on the inner surface of the blade lightning receptor (2).
5. The bird repelling early warning device of the horizontal-axis wind generating set according to claim 1, wherein each blade lightning receptor (2) on the wind generating set is correspondingly provided with a set of bird repelling early warning device body.

The bird repelling early warning device for the horizontal-axis wind generating set according to claim 1, wherein when the installation number of the bird repelling early warning device body is smaller than the number of the blade lightning receptors (2) on the wind generating set, the bird repelling early warning device body is installed on the blade lightning receptors (2) close to the blade tips, or on the blade lightning receptors (2) on the windward side shells of the blades, or on the blade lightning receptors (2) on the leeward side shells of the blades.
7. The bird repelling early warning device of the horizontal axis wind generating set according to claim 1, comprising a bird repelling early warning device body arranged on the inner side of each blade in the horizontal axis wind generating set;
the bird repelling early warning device body is arranged in an inner cavity of a blade of the wind generating set;
the bird repelling early warning device body comprises a mechanical energy supply system (3) and an audio generation system (8), wherein the mechanical energy supply system (3) is used for providing driving force for the audio generation system (8);
the audio generation system (8) is used for generating bird repelling early warning audio;
the mechanical energy supply system (3) is arranged at one side close to a blade lightning receptor (2) on the wind generating set and is fixed on the inner surface of the blade shell (1) or the surface of the shear web; the audio frequency generation system (8) is arranged on the inner surface of the blade lightning receptor (2);
the mechanical energy supply system (3) comprises a swing top (4), a clockwork spring assembly (5), a gear train assembly (6) and a protective cover (7), wherein the protective cover (7) is arranged on the inner side of a blade shell (1) of the wind generating set; the pendulum mass (4), the clockwork spring assembly (5) and the gear train assembly (6) are arranged in the protective cover (7);
the pendulum mass (4) is connected with the ratchet wheel kinematics of the clockwork spring assembly (5) and is used for winding up the clockwork spring; the spring assembly (5) is kinematically connected with the gear train assembly (6) and is used for driving the gear train assembly (6) to run; the gear train assembly (6) is kinematically connected with the audio generation system (8) and is used for providing driving force for the audio generation system (8);
the audio generation system (8) comprises a knocking hammer (9), a ringing bell (10) and a base (11), wherein the base (11) is arranged on the inner side of a blade lightning receptor (2) on the wind generating set; the bell (10) is fixed on the base (11);
the knocking hammer (9) is connected with a gear train component (6) of the mechanical energy supply system (3) in a kinematic manner; the knocking hammer (9) acts on the outer wall of the bell (10).
8. A bird repelling early warning method for a horizontal axis wind generating set is characterized in that the bird repelling early warning device for the horizontal axis wind generating set is based on any one of claims 1 to 7 and comprises the following steps:
when the horizontal-axis wind generating set operates, the blades drive the bird-repelling early warning device body to perform rotary motion, and the kinetic energy of the blades is converted and stored through the mechanical energy supply system (3);
the mechanical energy supply system (3) is used for providing power for the audio generation system (8), so that the audio generation system (8) follows the blade to generate bird repelling early warning audio.
