本发明的目的在于提供一种混合树脂耐磨耐划痕浸渍纸,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

Claims (6)

1.一种混合树脂耐磨耐划痕浸渍纸,包括原纸层(1)、耐划痕层(2)、防水薄膜(4)、填充腔(9)和楔形凸条(11),其特征在于,所述原纸层(1)的下方设置有树脂胶层(3),原纸层(1)的上方设置有耐划痕层(2),原纸层(1)的上表面均布设置有多个第一半球腔(7),耐划痕层(2)的下表面均布设置有多个第二半球腔(8),第一半球腔(7)和第二半球腔(8)之间共同构成填充腔(9);所述树脂胶层(3)的下方设置有防水薄膜(4),耐划痕层(2)的上方均布设置有多个耐磨凸起(5),耐磨凸起(5)的上方设置有防腐薄膜(6);
所述耐划痕层(2)采用耐划痕浆料树脂制作而成,其具体的制备工艺步骤如下:
S1、将三聚氰胺树脂60-80份、气相二氧化硅30-40份、石英粉20-25份、三氧化二铝粉20-30份、石墨粉20-25份、偶联剂10-15份和色料10-15份,放入到反应釜中搅拌混合,搅拌速度为60-80r/min;
S2、对步骤S1中的混合物进行加热,加热温度为65-75℃,加热时长为70-100min;
S3、调节PH值至7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合树脂耐磨耐划痕浸渍纸,其特征在于,所述原纸层(1)的下表面均布设置有多个楔形凸条(11),树脂胶层(3)的上表面均布设置有多个燕尾槽(10),楔形凸条(11)安装在燕尾槽(10)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合树脂耐磨耐划痕浸渍纸,其特征在于,所述填充腔(9)内填充有载银抗菌母粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合树脂耐磨耐划痕浸渍纸,其特征在于,所述防水薄膜(4)采用聚氯乙烯涂层材料制作而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合树脂耐磨耐划痕浸渍纸,其特征在于,所述防腐薄膜(6)采用环氧树脂防腐材料制作而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合树脂耐磨耐划痕浸渍纸,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中的石英粉的细度为8000-12000目。
