Abstract
The invention discloses an acidic normal-temperature degreasing agent and a preparation method thereof, the acidic normal-temperature degreasing agent can rapidly strip and emulsify dirt such as oil stain, iron powder and the like from the surface of a cold-rolled steel plate at the temperature of 10-40 ℃, simultaneously remove an oxide film and a rust on the surface of the steel plate, realize the settlement and separation of the dirt in a degreasing agent circulating tank, prevent the cleaned dirt from flowing and adhering to the surface of the steel plate along with the circulation of a cleaning solution, greatly shorten the cleaning period, obtain a cold-rolled steel plate with high surface cleanliness, and ensure that a later coating has excellent adhesive force on the surface of the cold-rolled steel plate; compared with the conventional alkaline degreasing agent, the high-temperature degreasing agent avoids heat energy sources such as steam consumed by high-temperature saponification, and the application temperature is 10-40 ℃, so that the cleaning energy consumption is greatly reduced, and the cleaning cost is saved; the preparation method of the acidic normal-temperature degreasing agent has the advantages of simple operation steps, high feasibility of preparation and implementation and strong practicability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of metal degreasing agents, in particular to an acidic normal-temperature degreasing agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the process of pickling and cold rolling of cold rolled steel sheets (coils) such as cold rolled silicon steel sheets and automobile sheets, rolling oil (emulsion) composed of various greases (such as natural greases, synthetic greases, and the like), rust inhibitors, extreme pressure agents, and the like is generally used for lubricating, cooling, and temporarily preventing rust of the rolled steel sheets, so that the rolling oil (mainly grease) remains on the surfaces of the rolled steel sheets after the rolling of the steel sheets is completed, and before the rolled steel sheets (coils) are continuously annealed, the residual oil stains and iron powder remaining on the steel sheets in the rolling process are removed by methods such as chemical degreasing, electrolytic degreasing, and the like, so as to prevent the residual oil stains and the iron powder from carbonizing the surfaces of the steel sheets to form carbonaceous stains during annealing, thereby avoiding the influence on the performance and quality of the steel sheets during coating or other surface processing processes in the subsequent processes. Therefore, it is necessary to remove grease, stain, iron powder, and the like on the surface of the cold-rolled steel sheet (coil) cleanly using a degreasing agent. The degreasing process of the cold-rolled steel coil continuous annealing production line is generally provided with a spraying section and a brushing section (the brush roller rotates reversely), and some high-speed (the strip steel speed is more than 600m/min) annealing lines are additionally provided with an electrolytic degreasing section for further improving the surface quality. The main process parameters of the degreasing section of these continuous annealing lines are generally: the spraying pressure of the degreasing agent is 0.2-0.4 MPa, and the cleaning temperature is 60-85 ℃.

the invention patent application 201510107576.2 discloses a degreasing agent for a cold rolling continuous annealing unit, which comprises 12-36% of sodium hydroxide, 0-6% of potassium hydroxide, 1-5% of sodium carbonate, 1-5% of trisodium phosphate, 1-6% of sodium gluconate, 0.5-2% of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, 0.5-2% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.5-2% of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5-2% of an anionic phosphate surfactant and the balance of desalted water.
In the patent documents disclosed above, the degreasing agent mainly depends on wetting and emulsifying action of the surfactant and saponification action of the inorganic base to achieve the effect of removing the greasy dirt on the surface of the strip steel; the working temperature of the degreasing agent solution is heated to 60-85 ℃, so that the saponification speed can be increased, and the oil stain removal is accelerated.
The key points of the development trend of the degreasing agent are as follows: on the premise of ensuring the cleaning effect, the use cost of a user (a steel mill) is reduced, the environment friendliness of raw materials is realized, and the requirement of simple post-treatment of cleaning wastewater is met. Among the key points, the degreasing and cleaning temperature is reduced, so that the consumption of steam (or electricity consumption and natural gas consumption) for heating in a steel mill is reduced, and the core requirement for reducing the cost of the steel mill is met; the degreasing agent for the currently disclosed continuous annealing line cleaning unit and the technical scheme thereof mostly adopt a full nonionic surfactant or a complex system of an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, the cleaning temperature mainly adopts high temperature (60-85 ℃), and saponification reaction is used as a main oil removal measure.
In actual production, surface oxidation caused by poor rolling of the surface of a steel plate often occurs on the site of a steel mill, or surface rusting of the surface of the steel plate is caused by uneven dispersion of rolling oil (or emulsion) in the rolling process, too long standing time of a cold-rolled steel plate and the like; for the cold-rolled steel sheets with oxidized surfaces and rusty surfaces, after being cleaned by the alkaline degreasing agent, the cold-rolled steel sheets cannot remove slight oxidation films and rusty surfaces, so that the surface quality and the brightness of the steel sheets are influenced, the coating adhesion force after annealing and coating is also deteriorated, and the coating adhesion force on the surfaces of the steel sheets is reduced.
In order to reduce the cleaning temperature of a continuous annealing line and remove residual rolling oil, iron powder, an oxide film and rust on the surface of a cold-rolled steel sheet, the patent provides an acidic normal-temperature degreasing agent and a preparation method thereof.
