Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticides, and relates to a processing technology of a ship hull protective agent compounded by metaldehyde and melamine modified urea-formaldehyde glue, in particular to a process for preparing a ship hull pesticide coating protective agent by mixing metaldehyde, melamine modified urea-formaldehyde glue and auxiliary materials.
Background
Metaldehyde is a specific medicine for killing mollusks with lung such as snail and slug, and is a new type of medicine for killing mollusks such as snail, slug, ampullaria gigas and oncomelania with high efficiency, and its action mode is contact poisoning and stomach poisoning. The pesticide has low toxicity to aquatic organisms such as fish, shrimps and crabs, has no irritation to eyes and skin, has no three-cause effect, has low toxicity to non-target organisms, is safe to crops, and is suitable for preventing and treating snail, rice and aquaculture areas, oncomelania and ampullaria gigas in crops such as vegetables, corns, soybeans and tobacco in dry farmland and breeding water areas. It can be used for artificial rainfall, making safety match, colour candle and fireworks.
The melamine modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive has the advantages that high-reactivity monomers such as melamine or phenol with a cyclic structure are copolymerized with urea and formaldehyde, so that the release of free formaldehyde can be reduced, the water resistance of the adhesive is remarkably improved, urea and formaldehyde can form cyclic compounds with stable structures under reasonable process conditions in a strong acid medium, and the cyclic structures, particularly the eucalyptus ring derivatives with aromaticity, have good hydrolysis resistance and contribute to reducing the release of formaldehyde.
The ship protective agent compounded by the metaldehyde and the melamine modified urea-formaldehyde glue is a novel molluscicidal coating developed by Xuzhou Nott chemical Co., Ltd, and is a novel protective agent coating mainly developed for wooden and metal material ships such as water ships and sea ships. The melamine modified urea-formaldehyde glue forms a cyclic compound with a stable structure, forms an integral reticular and linear mixed structure, slowly releases metaldehyde original drug, and plays a long-term effective role. The metaldehyde is detected by pesticide verification in Shanghai city, the result is that the metaldehyde has certain effect on trapping and killing snails in garden and field in orchard, the trapping and killing speed is high under the humid condition, the lasting period is medium, P7500g (ai 450 g) is used per hectare, the pesticide is applied after the snails are irrigated or rained in the active period, and the pesticide effect is similar to that of the same dose of pesticide. Toxicity tests show that: metaldehyde is low in toxicity. Rat acute oral LD50 is more than 5000mg/kg rat acute percutaneous LD50 is more than 2000mg/kg, and the composition has no irritation to rabbit eyes and skin.
The melamine modified urea-formaldehyde glue in the ship hull protective agent compounded by the metaldehyde and the melamine modified urea-formaldehyde glue has the functions of flame retardance, water resistance, mildew resistance, a fixing agent or a hardening agent and the like without the dimensional change, deformation, bending, aging and the like caused by the change of the surrounding environment. The ship coating compounded by the metaldehyde and the melamine modified urea-formaldehyde glue is an aqueous solution, and is uniformly smeared on the surface of a ship body when in use to form a uniform protective film for protecting the ship body, wherein the metaldehyde is high-efficiency and low-toxicity and can kill various mollusks such as snails, slugs, ampullaria gigas, oncomelania and the like, and the ship body is prevented from being gnawed.
The novel compound pesticide coating is developed in order to improve the protection of a ship body and improve the contact poisoning and stomach poisoning effects. The novel compound pesticide coating is prepared by the steps of mixing materials, fully and uniformly mixing the materials through a mixer to prepare a coarse dispersion liquid, and mixing, crushing, ultramicro crushing, homogenizing, mixing and blending the materials by using a ball mill. The novel compound pesticide coating has the characteristics of ship corrosion protection, convenient use, high efficiency, durability, safety to crops, people and livestock, environmental friendliness and the like, and is low in cost. The whole novel compound pesticide coating embodies the characteristics of science, practicality, economy, novelty and the like, has many technical breakthroughs and special designs, and is a successful research and development project.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the ship protection and improve the contact poisoning and stomach poisoning effects, the invention aims to provide a method for processing and preparing a ship pesticide coating compounded by metaldehyde and melamine modified urea-formaldehyde glue, which can ensure that the ship has the functions of flame retardance, water resistance, mildew resistance and the like without the change of the size, deformation, bending, aging and the like of the ship due to the change of the surrounding environment, can effectively kill pulmonary soft pests such as snails, slugs and the like by using the pesticide, and has the advantages of simple manufacturing method, easy operation and low cost. In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the processing method for preparing the ship hull pesticide coating compounded by the metaldehyde and the melamine modified urea-formaldehyde glue is completed in the following mode.
And (4) preparing a crude dispersion. The technical product (metaldehyde), the stabilizing agent, the wetting dispersant and the water are loaded into a ball mill according to the designed feeding amount, the ball mill is started to crush, and when the sampling detection particle diameter reaches 74 mu m (200 meshes), the crushing is stopped. The ball mill is used, and one machine has multiple functions, namely three functions of material mixing, mixing and crushing.
Micronizing. The micronization is carried out in a sand mill. The sand mill is a key device for processing the suspending agent. The material is crushed by the sand mill through the shearing force, the magnitude of the shearing force (namely, the crushing efficiency is high and low) is related to the linear velocity of a dispersion disc of the sand mill and the particle size of the glass sand, and generally, the linear velocity is high (the linear velocity is about 610 m/min), the shearing force is high, and the crushing efficiency is high. The sand mill uses glass sand with the diameter phi of 1.0-2.0 mm, and the filling amount is about 70% of the volume of the ball mill cylinder. And putting the ball-milled material (formed slurry) and the defoaming agent into a sand mill, introducing cooling water, and performing sand milling and superfine grinding, wherein the sand milling end point is that the grain diameter is less than or equal to 5 mu m.
Homogenizing, mixing and blending. The sand mill can perform ultrafine grinding, but has a defect in the equipment itself, resulting in non-uniformity in particle size of the material to be ground (direct current grinding and transitional grinding). The homogenizer has the function of homogenizing the particles and improving the stability of the preparation. Adding the melamine modified urea-formaldehyde glue, the curing agent, the antifreezing agent, the acid-base regulator and the thickening agent, and homogenizing, mixing and blending. Pouring the suspension liquid treated by the homogenizer into a container capable of being sealed, performing performance tests one by one, such as content of active ingredients, suspension rate, dispersibility, viscosity, pH value, density, fineness, storage stability and the like, packaging by an automatic packaging machine to obtain a finished product, and packaging and warehousing.
Detailed Description
The technical scheme is that the metaldehyde and melamine modified urea-formaldehyde glue compound pesticide coating is prepared according to the process conditions, and is completed by the following specific implementation mode.
Example one
A20% metaldehyde and melamine modified urea-formaldehyde glue compound pesticide is prepared by proportionally loading metaldehyde 20%, nicotinamide 0.5%, sodium lignosulfonate 1%, polyacrylamide 0.5% and quantitative water into a ball mill, pulverizing with the ball mill, and micronizing with a sand mill. The ball-milled material (formed slurry) and 0.4 percent of defoaming agent silicone oil are put into a sand mill for sand milling and ultramicro pulverization, and the sand milling end point is that the grain diameter is less than or equal to 10 mu m. Then adding 30 percent of melamine modified urea-formaldehyde glue (calculated by solid content); 0.2 percent of ammonium chloride; sodium methylene dinaphthalene sulfonate 0.6%; 0.3 percent of ethylene glycol; 0.2% of xanthan gum; 0.2 percent of sodium carbonate; 0.8 percent of bentonite and water to 100 percent.
