Claims (7)
1. A sludge treatment machine for sludge treatment, comprising a machine body (1), characterized in that: a water collecting tank (32) is arranged on one side of the top of the machine body (1), a conveying cylinder (2) is arranged on the top of the water collecting tank (32), a fixing frame (4) is arranged on one side of the conveying cylinder (2) and the water collecting tank (32), a first motor (3) is installed on one side of the fixing frame (4), the output end of the first motor (3) is connected with an extrusion screw (8) extending into the conveying cylinder (2), a driving rotating wheel (5) is arranged on the outer surface of the extrusion screw (8), a driving shaft (9) penetrates through the inside of the water collecting tank (32), a driven rotating wheel (7) is arranged at one end of the driving shaft (9), a cam (23) is arranged on the outer surface of the driving shaft (9), a drain hole (27) penetrates through the lower portion of the conveying cylinder (2), and a connecting plate (25) is connected to the bottom of the conveying cylinder (2), a thimble (26) is fixed at the top of the connecting plate (25), the outer surface of the driven rotating wheel (7) is connected with a driving rotating wheel (5) through a transmission belt (6), a driving bevel gear (30) is fixed at one end of the driving shaft (9), one side of the bottom of the conveying cylinder (2) is communicated with the machine body (1) through a discharging pipe (10), a rotating cylinder (11) penetrates through the middle of the top of the machine body (1), a rotating shaft (13) extending into the machine body (1) penetrates through the top of the rotating cylinder (11), a second driven bevel gear (29) is fixed at the top end of the rotating shaft (13), a first driven bevel gear (28) is arranged above the outer surface of the rotating cylinder (11), a crushing cutter (12) is fixed at the middle of the outer surface of the rotating cylinder (11), a connecting frame (14) is fixed below the outer surface of the rotating cylinder (11), and stirring rods (15) are arranged on the outer surface of the rotating shaft (13) and one side of the connecting, the inner wall of organism (1) is provided with hot plate (31), the top opposite side of organism (1) is provided with air pump (17), one side of organism (1) is provided with purifying box (16), be provided with second motor (22) in the middle of the bottom of purifying box (16), the output of second motor (22) is connected with pivot (18), the surface of pivot (18) is provided with photocatalyst plate (19), the inside both sides of purifying box (16) are provided with ultraviolet lamp (20), the end of giving vent to anger of air pump (17) is linked together through connecting pipe (21) and purifying box (16), the end of giving vent to anger of air pump (17) is linked together with organism (1).

The sludge treatment machine for sludge treatment according to claim 1, wherein: the multifunctional air pump is characterized in that an operation panel (33) is arranged in the middle of one side of the machine body (1), and the air pump (17), the first motor (3), the second motor (22), the ultraviolet lamp (20) and the heating plate (31) are electrically connected.
3. The sludge treatment machine for sludge treatment according to claim 1, wherein: the lower part of the inside of the water collecting groove (32) is inclined.

The sludge treatment machine for sludge treatment according to claim 1, wherein: the driving bevel gear (30) is meshed with the first driven bevel gear (28) and the second driven bevel gear (29) respectively, and lubricating oil is coated on the outer surfaces of the driving bevel gear (30), the first driven bevel gear (28) and the second driven bevel gear (29).
6. The sludge treatment machine for sludge treatment according to claim 1, wherein: the cam (23) is provided with a plurality of groups, and the plurality of groups of cams (23) are arranged at equal intervals.
7. The sludge treatment machine for sludge treatment according to claim 1, wherein: the stirring rod (15) is provided with a plurality of groups, and the stirring rod (15) is fixed with the rotating shaft (13) and the connecting frame (14) respectively in a welding mode.
