Referring to fig. 1-6, the present invention provides a technical solution: an environment-friendly domestic sewage treatment device comprises a sedimentation tank 3, a filtering mechanism 1 and a water filtering mechanism 2, wherein the filtering mechanism 1 is arranged on the left side of the sedimentation tank 3, the water filtering mechanism 2 is arranged on the right side of the sedimentation tank 3, the filtering mechanism 1 comprises a fixed frame 11, a shell 12, a top cover 13, a water inlet pipe 14, a water outlet pipe 15, a sewage discharge pipe 16, a driving motor 17, a filter cartridge 18 and a filtering component 19, the top of the fixed frame 11 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the shell 12, the top of the shell 12 is fixedly connected with the top cover 13, the upper part of the peripheral surface of the shell 12 is communicated with one end of the water inlet pipe 14, the lower part of the peripheral surface of the shell 12 is communicated with the water outlet pipe 15, the bottom of the shell 12 is communicated with the sewage discharge pipe 16, the surface of the filter cartridge 18 is fixedly connected with a connecting plate 110, the top end of the filter cylinder 18 is communicated with one end of the water inlet pipe 14 positioned in the shell 12, the bottom end of the filter cylinder 18 is communicated with the top end of the sewage discharge pipe 16, and the filter assembly 19 is positioned in the filter cylinder 18 and is rotatably connected with the inside of the filter cylinder 18;
the filter assembly 19 comprises a scraping blade 191, a rotating frame 192, a rotating rod 193 and a connecting rod 194, the surface of the rotating rod 193 is fixedly connected with the inside of the scraping blade 191, the upper part of the surface of the rotating rod 193 is fixedly connected with the inside of the rotating frame 192, the surface of the rotating frame 192 is rotatably connected with the inside of the filter cylinder 18, the top end of the rotating rod 193 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the connecting rod 194 through a coupler, the top end of the connecting rod 194 penetrates through the top cover 13 and extends to the upper part of the top cover 13, and one end of the connecting rod 194 extending to the upper part of the top cover 13 is fixedly connected with one end of an output.
The filter cylinder 18 comprises a fixed cylinder 181, a net cylinder 182, a connecting cylinder 183 and a cone cylinder 184, the bottom end of the fixed cylinder 181 is fixedly connected with the top end of the net cylinder 182, the bottom end of the net cylinder 182 is fixedly connected with the top end of the connecting cylinder 183, the bottom end of the connecting cylinder 183 is fixedly connected with the top end of the cone cylinder 184, the bottom end of the cone cylinder 184 is communicated with the top end of the sewage discharge pipe 16, an electromagnetic valve is arranged inside the sewage discharge pipe 16, and the top end of the fixed cylinder 181 is contacted with the bottom of the top cover 13.
Communicate through aqueduct 4 between filter structure 1 and the sedimentation tank 3, and the inside of aqueduct 4 is provided with manual valve 5, the top intercommunication on sedimentation tank 3 right side has drinking-water pipe 6, and the right-hand member intercommunication of drinking-water pipe 6 has the tee bend, the bottom intercommunication of tee bend has drinking-water pipe two 7, and the bottom of drinking-water pipe two 7 and the below intercommunication on sedimentation tank 3 right side, the tee bend right-hand member intercommunication has drinking-water pipe three 8, and the right-hand member of drinking-water pipe three 8 runs through water filtering mechanism 2 and extends to the inside of water filtering mechanism 2, the left end of aqueduct 4 and the one end intercommunication of outlet pipe 15, and the right-hand member of aqueduct 4 and the inside intercommunication of sedimentation tank 3, drinking-water pipe 6, the inside of drinking-water pipe.
The water filtering mechanism 2 comprises a water filtering tank 21, a mounting plate 22, a water suction pump 23, a water pipe 24, a first drain pipe 25, a treatment tank 26, a water filtering membrane 27, a booster pump 28, an air guide pipe 29 and a second drain pipe 210, electromagnetic valves are arranged inside the water pipe 24 and the first drain pipe 25, the water filtering tank 21 is positioned on the right side of the sedimentation tank 3, the bottom of the water suction pump 23 is fixedly connected with the top of the mounting plate 22, the water inlet end of the water suction pump 23 is communicated with the right end of a third water suction pipe 8, the water outlet end of the water suction pump 23 is communicated with the water pipe 24, the bottom end of the water pipe 24 penetrates through the mounting plate 22 and the treatment tank 26 and extends into the treatment tank 26, the inside of the water pipe 24 is communicated with the first drain pipe 25, the bottom end of the first drain pipe 25 penetrates through the water filtering tank 21 and extends to the outside of the water filtering tank 21, the top of, and the air outlet of the booster pump 28 is communicated with an air duct 29, the bottom end of the air duct 29 penetrates through the mounting plate 22 and the treatment tank 26 and extends to the outside of the treatment tank 26, the inside of the treatment tank 26 is provided with a water filtering membrane 27, the bottom of the treatment tank 26 is communicated with a second drain pipe 210, and one end of the second drain pipe 210 penetrates through the water filtering tank 21 and extends to the outside of the water filtering tank 21.
A use method of an environment-friendly domestic sewage treatment device specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, communicating a domestic sewage conveying pipeline with a water inlet pipe 14 of a filtering mechanism 1, enabling domestic sewage to enter the interior of a filter cylinder 18 through the water inlet pipe 14, starting a driving motor 17, driving a connecting rod 194 to rotate by utilizing an output shaft of the driving motor 17, driving a rotating rod 193 to rotate by the connecting rod 194, driving a scraping blade 191 to rotate in the interior of the filter cylinder 18 through the rotating rod 193, filtering impurities in the sewage through a net cylinder 182, cleaning the inner wall of the net cylinder 182 by the scraping blade 191, precipitating the impurities in the domestic sewage in the interior of the filter cylinder 18, enabling the filtered sewage to enter the interior of a shell 12, and enabling the sewage to enter the interior of a sedimentation tank 3 through a water outlet pipe 15 and a water guide pipe 4;
step two, standing and precipitating the filtered sewage in a sedimentation tank 3 to precipitate the residual fine impurities in the sewage at the bottom;
step three, starting a water suction pump 23 in the water filtering mechanism 2, closing an electromagnetic valve inside a water suction pipe II 7, opening an electromagnetic valve inside a water suction pipe I6, extracting sewage on the upper layer in the sedimentation tank 3 through the water suction pipe I6, closing an electromagnetic valve inside a drain pipe I25, sending the sewage into a treatment box 26 through a water pipe 24, simultaneously opening a switch of a booster pump 28, boosting the inside of the treatment box 26 through the booster pump 28 and an air guide pipe 29, allowing the sewage to permeate a water filtering membrane 27, and finally discharging the sewage treated by the water filtering membrane 27 through a drain pipe II 210;
step four, after the domestic sewage treatment device works for a period of time, opening an electromagnetic valve inside a second water pumping pipe 7, closing an electromagnetic valve inside a first water pumping pipe 6, simultaneously closing an electromagnetic valve at the bottom end of a water delivery pipe 24, opening an electromagnetic valve inside a second water drainage pipe 210, extracting impurities at the bottom of the sedimentation tank 3 through a water pumping pump 23, and sending the extracted impurities out through the second water drainage pipe 210;
and step five, opening an electromagnetic valve switch in the sewage discharge pipe 16 to send out impurities in the filter cylinder 18.
And those not described in detail in this specification are well within the skill of those in the art.
The working principle is that when in use, the domestic sewage conveying pipeline is communicated with the water inlet pipe 14 of the filtering mechanism 1, the domestic sewage enters the interior of the filter cylinder 18 through the water inlet pipe 14, the driving motor 17 is started, the output shaft of the driving motor 17 drives the connecting rod 194 to rotate, the connecting rod 194 drives the rotating rod 193 to rotate, the scraper blade 191 is driven by the rotating rod 193 to rotate in the filter cylinder 18, the domestic sewage filters impurities in the sewage through the net cylinder 182, meanwhile, the scraping blade 191 cleans the inner wall of the net cylinder 182, impurities in the domestic sewage are precipitated in the filter cylinder 18, the filtered sewage enters the shell 12, the sewage enters the sedimentation tank 3 through the water outlet pipe 15 and the water guide pipe 4, and the filtered sewage is subjected to standing precipitation in the sedimentation tank 3, so that fine impurities remained in the sewage are precipitated at the bottom;
starting a water suction pump 23 in the water filtering mechanism 2, closing an electromagnetic valve inside a water suction pipe II 7, opening an electromagnetic valve inside a water suction pipe I6, extracting sewage on the upper layer in the sedimentation tank 3 through the water suction pipe I6, closing an electromagnetic valve inside a water drainage pipe I25, sending the sewage into a treatment box 26 through a water delivery pipe 24, simultaneously opening a switch of a booster pump 28, boosting the inside of the treatment box 26 through the booster pump 28 and an air guide pipe 29, allowing the sewage to permeate a water filtering membrane 27, and finally discharging the sewage treated by the water filtering membrane 27 through a water drainage pipe II 210;
after the domestic sewage treatment device works for a period of time, the electromagnetic valve inside the second water pumping pipe 7 is opened, the electromagnetic valve inside the first water pumping pipe 6 is closed, the electromagnetic valve at the bottom end of the water delivery pipe 24 is closed, the electromagnetic valve inside the second water discharge pipe 210 is opened, impurities at the bottom of the sedimentation tank 3 are extracted through the water pumping pump 23, the extracted impurities are sent out through the second water discharge pipe 210, the electromagnetic valve switch inside the sewage discharge pipe 16 is opened, and the impurities inside the filter cartridge 18 are sent out.

step four, after the domestic sewage treatment device works for a period of time, opening an electromagnetic valve inside a second water pumping pipe (7), closing an electromagnetic valve inside a first water pumping pipe (6), simultaneously closing an electromagnetic valve at the bottom end of a water delivery pipe (24), opening an electromagnetic valve inside a second water drainage pipe (210), extracting impurities at the bottom of the sedimentation tank (3) through a water suction pump (23), and sending out the extracted impurities through the second water drainage pipe (210);
and step five, opening a solenoid valve switch inside the sewage draining pipe (16) and sending out impurities inside the filter cylinder (18).
