The high-efficiency sewage recovery and treatment device according to claim 1, wherein: the cleaning assembly (6) comprises a water pumping pipe (61), a water pump (62), a water outlet pipe (63) and a spray head (64); the water pumping pipe (61) is embedded to penetrate through the top end of the right part of the filter cartridge (1), the water pump (62) is fixedly connected with the water pumping pipe (61) and the water outlet pipe (63) respectively, the water outlet pipe (63) and the water pumping pipe (61) are located on the left side and the right side of the multistage filter screen (7), the bottom end of the water outlet pipe (63) is fixedly connected with the spray head (64), and the spray head (64) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the top end of the filter cartridge (1).
