Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the embodiment discloses a cloth line decorative board, and it includes ya keli board and bonds the fabric layer on the ya keli board. The acrylic plate is transparent, can show the texture of the woven fabric layer bonded on the acrylic plate, and has more vivid visual effect compared with ink patterns.
The production process of the cloth grain decorative plate comprises the following steps:
s1: and spraying a surface treatment agent on one surface of the acrylic plate. The spraying of the surface treating agent is to enable the two-component adhesive for subsequent flow guiding to be bonded on the acrylic plate more firmly.
And S2, flatly covering woven cloth, demolding cloth, a flow guide net and a sealing film on the surface of the acrylic plate sprayed with the surface treating agent in sequence.
S3: the edge of the sealing film is bonded with the acrylic plate by using the sealant, and two openings are reserved, so that more openings can be reserved for preparing the cloth grain decorative plate with larger area to improve the flow guide efficiency. The sealing is performed by using the sealant to form a semi-closed space, so that necessary conditions are provided for subsequent vacuum diversion. The sealant can be asphalt sealant or other glue with quick drying so as to reduce waiting time. Meanwhile, the sealant can be heated after being coated to promote the curing of the sealant.
S4: two openings reserved on the sealing film are respectively used for flowing in the two-component adhesive and communicating with a vacuum extractor. The mixed two-component adhesive can be put into a bag with only one small opening, the small opening is connected to the reserved opening, and the connection part is sealed. In the same way, the vacuumizing device can connect the exhaust tube to the reserved opening and seal the connection position. After the two components are connected, the sealing film forms a sealed space on the acrylic plate.
S5: the vacuumizing device operates to vacuumize the closed space formed between the sealing film and the acrylic plate, and the bi-component adhesive flows into the closed space under the action of negative pressure and is guided by the guide net to spread all over the woven cloth.
S6: after the double-component adhesive is distributed all over the woven cloth, the vacuumizing device is stopped, the double-component adhesive is waited to be cured through reaction, and at the moment, the curing speed can be accelerated through heating.
S7: and (4) removing the vacuumizing device, the bag filled with the bi-component adhesive, the sealing film, the flow guide net and the demolding cloth to obtain the cloth grain decorative plate. The setting of the demoulding cloth can not damage the solidified bi-component adhesive when the sealing film and the like are dismantled, and the quality of the finished product can be ensured.
S8: trimming the cloth grain decorative plate, and removing redundant corners which are not covered with the woven cloth.
Compared with the production process of gluing on the woven fabric layer by layer, the production process of the embodiment has the advantages of less and simpler process, convenient operation, less time consumption and higher efficiency. In addition, the woven cloth is glued in a vacuum flow guide mode, and bonding is firmer.
Example two:
the embodiment discloses a cloth grain decorative board, including two acrylic plates and bond the woven fabric layer between these two acrylic plates. The double-sided smoothness of this embodiment cloth line decorative board through the ya keli board of chooseing for use different thickness, can be so that cloth line decorative board thickness selection is more.
The production process of the cloth grain decorative plate comprises the following steps:
s1: and the surface treating agent is sprayed on the opposite surfaces of the two acrylic plates, so that the two-component adhesive which is beneficial to subsequent flow guiding can be more firmly bonded on the acrylic plates.
S2: the surface of the two acrylic plates coated with the surface treatment agent is arranged oppositely, the woven cloth is flatly covered between the two acrylic plates, and the edges of the two acrylic plates are aligned. Edge alignment may facilitate subsequent sealing operations.
S3: and sealing the gap between the two acrylic plates by using a sealant and reserving at least more than three openings. Because no flow-guiding net is used, more openings are reserved to facilitate the overflow diffusion of the two-component adhesive.
S4: the openings are divided into two groups for the inflow of the two-component adhesive and for the communication with the evacuation device. The mixed double-component adhesive can be arranged in a bag led out by a plurality of guide pipes, then the pipe orifices of the guide pipes are connected to the reserved openings, the pipe orifices are opposite to the gaps of the two acrylic plates, and then the connection positions are sealed. In the same way, the vacuumizing device can connect the exhaust tube to the reserved opening, the tube opening of the vacuumizing device is opposite to the seam of the two acrylic plates, and then the connection position is sealed. After the two plates are connected, a sealed space is formed between the two acrylic plates.
S5: and the vacuumizing device operates to vacuumize the closed space formed between the two layers of acrylic plates, and the bi-component adhesive flows into the closed space and overflows to all parts of the woven cloth under the action of negative pressure.
S6: after the bi-component adhesive overflows to all parts of the woven cloth, the vacuumizing device stops, the bi-component adhesive is waited for reaction and solidification, and at the moment, the solidification speed can be accelerated in modes of heating and the like.
S7: and (4) removing the vacuumizing device and the bag filled with the bi-component adhesive to obtain the cloth grain decorative plate.
S8: and (5) trimming the cloth grain decorative plate, and cutting off the edge bonded with the sealant.
The production process described in the embodiment has less construction auxiliary materials, the prepared cloth grain decorative plate has more thickness choices and smooth double surfaces, and can be used as a screen and the like, and the application occasions are wider.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.
