游戏杆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种游戏杆,特别是有关一种可提供优选辨识精准度的游戏杆。
背景技术
传统的机械式摇杆包括传感器、轨迹球、控制杆与手把。使用者施压手把以移动控制杆,控制杆可相对轨迹球倾斜及旋转,并且传感器侦测轨迹球的转动来控制由机械式摇杆输出的鼠标信号。手把由硬质材料制作,并且可被使用者推动或拉动,造成控制杆的倾斜而产生鼠标信号。当机械式摇杆倾斜时,控制杆会沿着特定方向旋转或倾倒,并且轨迹球可通过复位组件将控制杆回复到初始位置。因此,传统机械式摇杆有明显地操作限制,只能沿着特定方向移动来输入特定手势,也容易因长时间使用发生机械疲劳。若要将机械式摇杆设计成薄型摇杆,薄型摇杆内的可动结构件容易因长时间使用而损坏,因而降低薄型摇杆的准确度。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种可提供优选辨识精准度的游戏杆。
本发明进一步公开一种游戏杆,包括壳体、杆体以及光学传感器。该壳体具有破孔。该杆体利用该破孔以可活动方式设置在该壳体。该杆体包括施压部、指示部以及辨识图案。该指示部连接该施压部并且插入该破孔,该指示部的底部具有凹陷结构。该辨识图案设置在该凹陷结构的内表面。该光学传感器设置在该壳体内并且面向该凹陷结构,用来分析该辨识图案的移动以辨认该杆体的控制状态。
本发明还公开该指示部包括立方形构件,以可移动方式设置在该壳体的内部。或者,该指示部包括球形构件,以可转动方式设置在该壳体的内部。该壳体进一步包括容置结构,该球形构件以紧配方式设置在该容置结构的内部。

本发明利用光学感测技术来实时追踪游戏杆的绝对移动及相对移动,进而避免游戏杆输出的鼠标在多次操作后因机械结构磨损或弹性疲乏所造成的漂移问题。本发明的游戏杆可在杆体的指示部下方形成凹陷结构,凹陷结构的内表面设置辨识图案以供光学传感器分析辨识;如此一来,能够大幅缩小游戏杆的整体尺寸,但仍然保留足够的光路径长度,确保光学传感器可提供优选的辨识精准度。此外,辨识图案设置在指示部的凹陷结构内的设计,还能避免辨识图案因杆体小幅度动作就脱离光学传感器的视角范围,有效改善游戏杆的辨识良率。

请参阅图1至图3,图1与图2为本发明实施例的游戏杆10在不同视角的组件爆炸图,图3为本发明实施例的游戏杆10的部分结构组立图。游戏杆10可包括壳体12、杆体14、光学传感器16、弹性组件18以及光源20。壳体12可为能够相互拼接的第一壳件121与第二壳件122组成,然实际应用不限于此。壳体12可具有破孔123。杆体14可穿过破孔123,并且以可活动方式结合壳体12。杆体14可包括施压部22、指示部24以及辨识图案26。施压部22可位于壳体12的外部,作为用户按压的操作媒介。指示部24可连接施压部22并且伸入破孔123内。辨识图案26则可设置在凹陷结构28的内表面,并且凹陷结构28可设置在指示部24的底部241。
如第1图所示,弹性组件18的两相对端可分别支撑壳体12内的电路基板30与指示部24的底部241。凹陷结构28可形成在指示部24的底部241,并且往相反于电路基板30的方向延伸;换句话说,指示部24的底部241可部分挖空以作为凹陷结构28。
光学传感器16可设置在壳体12内的电路基板30,并且面向凹陷结构28。光源20可设置在电路基板30,并且邻近光学传感器16,用来朝向凹陷结构28内的辨识图案26输出照明光信号。本发明中,光源20属于非必要的选择性组件。光学传感器16可拍摄取得辨识图案26的图像。光学传感器16可选择性具有运算功能,直接分析拍摄所得的图像:或者,游戏杆10可进一步包括电连接光学传感器16的运算处理器(没有绘制在图式中),拍摄所得图像的原始信息可传送到运算处理器仅行分析。辨识图案26的图像经过运算分析,游戏杆10可判断辨识图案26的移动,从而推估指示部24的移动方向和/或移动角度,辨认出杆体14的控制状态。
弹性组件18可设置在指示部24与壳体12底面(例如电路基板30)之间。外力施压杆体14以操作游戏杆10时,指示部24会随着杆体14的动作而移动或转动,此时弹性组件18受压而储存弹性恢复力。若施压在杆体14的外力移除,弹性组件18的弹性恢复力便能将杆体14回复到初始位置,例如将施压部22回复到壳体12的正中央。通常来说,指示部24会以可分离方式设置在壳体12的内部,故弹性组件18可用来从下而上推挤指示部24,让指示部24止抵于壳体12内部的上表面;然实际应用不限于此。
请另参阅图4,图4为本发明另一实施例的游戏杆10’的部分结构组立图。本实施例中,与先前实施例具有相同编号的组件具有相同结构与功能,于此不再重复说明。游戏杆10’将弹性组件18’的两端分别固定在施压部22的底面与壳体12的外表面,意即弹性组件18’位于壳体12的外部。弹性组件18’的弹性恢复力会在施压杆体14的外力移除后,驱动施压部22回复到初始位置。
请再参阅图1至图3,指示部24可为半球形构件,并且以可移动与可转动方式设置在壳体12的内部。指示部24可区分成相互连结的第一区段R1以及第二区段R2。第一区段R1的径向尺寸优选地可小于破孔123的孔径尺寸,第二区段R2的径向尺寸优选地可大于破孔123的孔径尺寸;因此,指示部24可部分伸出壳体12以连结施压部22,使杆体14能够可活动地结合壳体12,并且受限于破孔123而不会掉出壳体12。进一步来看,壳体12还可包括止锁部32,设置在破孔123的孔壁,用来止挡指示部24,防止杆体14脱离破孔123。
特别一提的是,止锁部32还能用来限制杆体14相对于壳体12的旋转角度。举例来说,若壳体12没有在破孔123的孔壁设置止锁部32,破孔123的孔径尺寸较大,杆体14可以相对壳体12进行大幅度的摆动或转动;若将止锁部32设置在破孔123的孔壁,则能用于限缩杆体14相对于壳体12的摆动幅度或转动幅度。止锁部32的深度与宽度等结构尺寸不限于附图所示实施例的态样,端视设计需求而定。

请参阅图8至图11,图8至图11分别为本发明不同实施例的辨识图案26的示意图。如图8所示,辨识图案26可为对称型态的单个辨识点261,例如梯形、圆形、方形或三角形等。如图9所示,辨识图案26还可为非对称型态的单个辨识点261,例如各种非对称图标或符号。如图10所示,辨识图案26进一步还能设计成以对称方式排列的多个辨识点261;或者,如图11所示,辨识图案26则能设计成以非对称方式排列的多个辨识点261。游戏杆10利用处理器对于辨识图案26的影像分析算法会依照辨识点261的数量与型态进行调整,其变化不限于前揭实施态样而定。不论辨识图案26的辨识点261数量与型态,只要辨识图案26位于光学传感器16的预定视角范围内,不致因杆体14大幅度移动、摆动或转动而脱离预定范围,即符合本发明之设计范畴。
若辨识图案26为单个辨识点261,杆体14在摆动与旋转过程中造成辨识点261之移动会限制在光学传感器16的视野范围内。若辨识图案26为多个辨识点261,多个辨识点261的移动范围较大,部分辨识点261可能在杆体14摆动或旋转时移出光学传感器16的视野范围,因此本发明提供一套特殊算法来消除重新抓取辨识点261时产生的累积误差。举例来说,光学传感器16会连续地拍摄多张侦测影像,并可在多张侦测影像的首张侦测影像内先行定义一个中心点,再将首张侦测影像内的多个辨识点261中最接近中心点的某个辨识点261,设定为首张侦测影像的第一参考辨识点。当杆体14移动时,可分析多张侦测影像的第二张侦测影像以追踪第一参考辨识点在首张侦测影像和第二张侦测影像之间的位置变动,从而进一步判断游戏杆10的移动、摆动或转动的幅度与角度。
在某些可能情况下,可再进一步分析多张侦测影像的第三张侦测影像,找出在第三张侦测影像内的第一参考辨识点的位置可能非常靠近影像边缘,但仍落在光学传感器16的视野范围内,此时可预估多张侦测影像的第四张侦测影像无法追踪到第一参考辨识点移动后的位置。因此,本发明可在第三张侦测影像重新定义一个新的中心点,再将第三张侦测影像内的多个辨识点261中最接近重新定义的中心点的某个辨识点261,设定为第三张侦测影像的第二参考辨识点;故在分析多张侦测影像的第四张侦测影像时,可追踪第三张侦测影像和第四张侦测影像内的第二参考辨识点的位置,以判断游戏杆10在第三张侦测影像与第四张侦测影像之间拍摄时间差的移动、摆动或转动的幅度与角度。
另外,辨识图案26还可包括尺寸彼此相同或不同的多个辨识点261。举例来说,辨识图案26可包含一大一小的两个辨识点261,并可利用一大一小的两个辨识点261的连接延伸线作为长轴划设一个椭圆形。因此,光学传感器16可侦测涵盖一大一小两个辨识点261的椭圆图案来判断游戏杆10的移动、摆动和/或转动的幅度与角度。特别一提的是,若椭圆图案位于光学传感器16视野范围的正中央,可选择性搭配其它侦测条件来判断游戏杆10的旋转方向;若将椭圆图案的中心偏离光学传感器16视野范围的正中央,则不需搭配其它侦测条件,即能正确判断游戏杆10的移动、摆动和/或转动的幅度与角度。
请参阅图12与图13,图12为本发明另一实施例的游戏杆10A的部分结构组立图,图13为本发明另一实施例的游戏杆10B的部分结构组立图。该些实施例中,与先前实施例具有相同编号的组件具有相同结构与功能,于此不再重复说明。如图12所示,游戏杆10A的杆体14具有立方形构件的指示部24A,以可移动方式设置在壳体12的内部;此实施例的游戏杆10A优选地提供按压操作。如图13所示,游戏杆10B的杆体14具有球形构件的指示部24B,壳体12则具有容置结构38,指示部24B以紧配方式可转动地设置在壳体12的内部;此实施例的游戏杆10B优选地提供旋转操作。
综上所述,本发明利用光学感测技术来实时追踪游戏杆的绝对移动及相对移动,进而避免游戏杆输出的鼠标在多次操作后因机械结构磨损或弹性疲乏所造成的漂移问题。本发明的游戏杆可在杆体的指示部下方形成凹陷结构,凹陷结构的内表面设置辨识图案以供光学传感器分析辨识;如此一来,能够大幅缩小游戏杆的整体尺寸,但仍然保留足够的光路径长度,确保光学传感器可提供优选的辨识精准度。此外,辨识图案设置在指示部的凹陷结构内的设计,还能避免辨识图案因杆体小幅度动作就脱离光学传感器的视角范围,有效改善游戏杆的辨识良率。

15.如权利要求13所述的游戏杆,其特征在于,该多个辨识点以对称或非对称方式排列。
16.如权利要求1所述的游戏杆,其特征在于,该游戏杆进一步包括弹性组件,设置在该施压部与该壳体的外表面之间,该弹性组件的弹性恢复力用来将该施压部复原到初始位置。
17.如权利要求1所述的游戏杆,其特征在于,该游戏杆进一步包括弹性组件,设置在该指示部与该壳体的底面之间,该弹性组件的弹性恢复力用来将该施压部复原到初始位置。
18.如权利要求17所述的游戏杆,其特征在于,该指示部以可分离方式设置在该壳体的内部,并且该弹性组件推动该指示部止抵于该壳体。
19.如权利要求1所述的游戏杆,其特征在于,该游戏杆进一步包括光源,设置在该壳体的内部,用来朝向该辨识图案输出照明光信号。
20.如权利要求1所述的游戏杆,其特征在于,该辨识图案位于该光学传感器的视角的预定范围内。
