随着畜禽养殖业现代化、集约化、规模化的发展,畜禽养殖业中的传染性疾病大量出现,特别是近年来爆发的非洲猪瘟、禽流感给畜禽养殖业带来重大损失,疫病防控问题日益受到重视。由于抗生素等化学药品残留影响食品安全而在养殖业中被限用或禁用。将无机酸或有机酸单独或以混合物的形式添加到畜禽饲料中,降低消化道pH值,提高饲料使用效果和抑菌效果是一种较好的方法。CN 112205527 A公开了一种三硬脂酸甘油酯或三棕榈酸甘油酯为包被材料包覆柠檬酸或苹果酸的酸化剂,但是苹果酸和柠檬酸的主要作用为降低动物胃肠道pH值,以保持最佳消化环境,改善风味,增加动物的适口性,其本身的抑菌性能不太理想,尤其是柠檬酸促进钙的沉积和排泄,不利于用作家禽饲料添加剂。CN109123078 A采用木槿花、紫草、肿节风、黑松露提取物、蛇胆提取物、黄柏提取物、虎耳草、决明胶等中药材料,CN 112189758 A采用猴耳环、益智仁、山楂、肉豆蔻、泽兰、菟丝子、甘草、百合等中药材料,但是,中药组分复杂难以控制,部分中药稳定性或者水溶性不好,且部分中药毒副作用较大。CN105285399A公开了一种仔猪用液态复合微生态制剂及其制备方法,通过壳寡糖来强化微生态制剂的稳定性,尤其是乳酸菌的稳定性,开发出来的,可以有效维持体内的菌种平衡,但是,其无法抵挡外来细菌、病毒的感染。CN 112219937 A、CN112205513 A、CN 111363700 B采用添加益生菌或酶,提高抗病能力,促进畜禽生长。但是其制备工艺较为复杂。目前常用的杀菌消毒剂如84消毒剂,以次氯酸钠为主,溶于水后呈弱碱性,不能用作畜禽养殖饮用水。制备一种溶于水后呈弱酸性,可用作畜禽养殖饮用水且能有效杀灭外来细菌、病毒同时又能给畜禽提供营养、促进生产的畜禽养殖杀菌营养片在畜禽养殖饲料技术领域具有重要意义。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种畜禽养殖杀菌营养片,其易溶于水,呈弱酸性,能有效杀灭外来细菌、病毒同时又能给畜禽提供营养、促进生长。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明一种畜禽养殖杀菌营养片,该畜禽养殖杀菌营养片由包含以下重量份的原料组成:三氯异氰尿酸15-50份、粘合剂1-5份;滑石粉1-2份;硫酸钠40-60份;亚氯酸钠5-30份;L-抗坏血酸钙2-3份。
进一步的,所述粘合剂优选采用糊精或羟丙基纤维素。
本发明还提供了一张上述畜禽养殖杀菌营养片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将滑石粉与三氯异氰尿酸混合均匀,形成滑石粉包覆的三氯异氰尿酸;
S2.将滑石粉与亚氯酸钠混合均匀,形成滑石粉包覆的亚氯酸钠;
S3.搅拌条件下,将粘合剂和L-抗坏血酸钙溶解于水中,加入硫酸钠溶解,然后再加入所述滑石粉包覆的三氯异氰尿酸,混合均匀后烘干、冷却、研磨,过100-200目筛得混合物;
S4.将所述滑石粉包覆的亚氯酸钠加入所述混合物中,混合均匀后压片,得到畜禽养殖杀菌营养片。
进一步的,上述制备方法中,步骤S1中,所述混合的时间为20-30分钟。
进一步的,上述制备方法中,步骤S2中,所述混合的时间为20-30分钟。
进一步的,上述制备方法中,步骤S4中,所述混合的时间为20-30分钟。
进一步的,上述制备方法中,所述步骤S3中,水的用量为三氯异氰尿酸、粘合剂、滑石粉、硫酸钠、亚氯酸钠和L-抗坏血酸钙总质量的3-10%。
进一步的,上述制备方法中,所述步骤S3具体为:搅拌条件下,将粘合剂和L-抗坏血酸钙完全溶解于水中,然后再加入硫酸钠溶解,继续搅拌20-30分钟,得到糊状物,然后向所述糊状物中加入所述滑石粉包覆的三氯异氰尿酸,混合30-40分钟,烘干、冷却、研磨,过100-200目筛得混合物。
进一步的,上述制备方法中,所述步骤S3中,烘干的温度为100℃。
进一步的,上述制备方法中,所述步骤S4中,压片的条件为:温度为15-25℃,湿度为0-30%R.H.,压力为1-10T/cm2。
本发明还提供了一种上述的畜禽养殖杀菌营养片或上述制备方法制备得到的畜禽养殖杀菌营养片的使用方法,将所述畜禽养殖杀菌营养片用水溶解,作为畜禽养殖饮用水。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)制备工艺非常简单,使用非常方便,杀菌营养片溶于水后生成pH值为4-6.5的弱酸性的稀次氯酸水溶液,可直接用作畜禽养殖饮用水,使得畜禽的消化系统保持弱酸性,降低畜禽胃肠道pH值,改变有害微生物的生存环境,促进畜禽生长。
(2)杀菌营养片溶于水可缓慢释放稀次氯酸,形成的稀次氯酸水溶液稳定,可有效杀灭致病细菌、病毒、微生物,防控畜禽养殖疫病的发生。
(3)杀菌营养片溶于水后的产物各组分均无毒、无害、无残留,对环境无影响。
(4)畜禽可以通过杀菌营养片溶于水后的饮用水补充定量的营养,无需从大量饲料中吸收补充。营养成分L-抗坏血酸钙与各组分不发生反应,也可以提高畜禽免疫力,补充维生素,促进畜禽生长,预防皮肤病变、脱毛、皮肤变厚及坏血病等,提高蛋鸡的产蛋性能,改善高产奶牛、快速生长肉鸡及处于高密度饲养的动物的生产性能,促进肠道对铁等微量元素的吸收。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
(1)分别称量0.2g滑石粉和3g三氯异氰尿酸,搅拌,均匀混合20-30分钟,形成滑石粉包覆的三氯异氰尿酸;
(2)称量0.2g滑石粉和6g亚氯酸钠,搅拌,均匀混合20-30分钟,形成滑石粉包覆的亚氯酸钠;
(3)搅拌条件下,将0.6g糊精和0.6gL-抗坏血酸钙溶解于1g水中,然后加入9.4g硫酸钠溶解,继续搅拌20-30分钟,得到糊状物,然后再加入步骤(1)制备的滑石粉包覆的三氯异氰尿酸,均匀混合30-40分钟后100℃烘干、冷却、研磨,过100-200目筛得混合物;
(4)将步骤(2)的滑石粉包覆的亚氯酸钠加入到步骤(3)得到的混合物中,均匀混合20-30分钟后,温度为15-25℃,湿度为0-30%R.H.,压力为1T/cm2的条件下压片,得畜禽养殖杀菌营养片。
实施例2
(1)分别称量0.2g滑石粉和5.6g三氯异氰尿酸,搅拌,均匀混合20-30分钟,形成滑石粉包覆的三氯异氰尿酸;
(2)称量0.2g滑石粉和2g亚氯酸钠,搅拌,均匀混合20-30分钟,形成滑石粉包覆的亚氯酸钠;
(3)搅拌条件下,将0.2g羟丙基纤维素和0.6gL-抗坏血酸钙溶解于0.8g水中,然后加入11.2g硫酸钠溶解,继续搅拌20-30分钟,得到糊状物,然后再加入步骤(1)制备的滑石粉包覆的三氯异氰尿酸,均匀混合30-40分钟后100℃烘干、冷却、研磨,过100-200目筛得混合物;
(4)将步骤(2)的滑石粉包覆的亚氯酸钠加入到步骤(3)得到的混合物中,均匀混合20-30分钟后,温度为15-25℃,湿度为0-30%R.H.,压力为5T/cm2的条件下压片,得畜禽养殖杀菌营养片。
实施例3
(1)分别称量0.2g滑石粉和6g三氯异氰尿酸,搅拌,均匀混合20-30分钟,形成滑石粉包覆的三氯异氰尿酸;
(2)称量0.2g滑石粉和1g亚氯酸钠,搅拌,均匀混合20-30分钟,形成滑石粉包覆的亚氯酸钠;
(3)搅拌条件下,将1g糊精和0.4g L-抗坏血酸钙溶解于2g水中,然后加入11.2g硫酸钠溶解,继续搅拌20-30分钟,得到糊状物,然后再加入步骤(1)制备的滑石粉包覆的三氯异氰尿酸,均匀混合30-40分钟后100℃烘干、冷却、研磨,过100-200目筛得混合物;
(4)将步骤(2)的滑石粉包覆的亚氯酸钠加入到步骤(3)得到的混合物中,均匀混合20-30分钟后,温度为15-25℃,湿度为0-30%R.H.,压力为10T/cm2的条件下压片,得畜禽养殖杀菌营养片。
实施例1、实施例2、实施例3制得的杀菌营养片0.5克,用不同量的水进行溶解。根据消毒技术规范(2002版)2.2.1.2.1测定有效氯的含量,据消毒技术规范(2002版)2.2.1.4测定不同浓度水溶液的pH值,为5.3~6.1,说明水溶液具有弱酸性。
据消毒技术规范(2002版)2.2.3测定水溶液的稳定性,将密封好的水溶液放入54℃恒温箱内14天,测定放置前后水溶液有效氯含量,计算有效氯含量下降率,测得有次氯酸含量下降率<10%,说明水溶液的稳定性较好。
据消毒技术规范(2002版)2.1.11采用菌落数法测定对大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、绿农杆菌、溶血性链球菌的杀菌率。不同量的水溶解杀菌营养片0.5克形成的水溶液次氯酸及杀菌效果见表1。
测试结果表明,本发明的畜禽养殖杀菌营养片溶于水用作畜禽养殖饮用水,具有弱酸性和较好的杀菌作用,还可补充营养,提高畜禽免疫力,补充维生素,促进肠道对铁等微量元素的吸收,共同促进畜禽生长。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (11)
1.一种畜禽养殖杀菌营养片,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的原料组成:三氯异氰尿酸15-50份、粘合剂1-5份;滑石粉1-2份;硫酸钠40-60份;亚氯酸钠5-30份;L-抗坏血酸钙2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的畜禽养殖杀菌营养片,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为糊精或羟丙基纤维素。
3.权利要求1或2所述的畜禽养殖杀菌营养片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将滑石粉与三氯异氰尿酸混合均匀,形成滑石粉包覆的三氯异氰尿酸;
S2.将滑石粉与亚氯酸钠混合均匀,形成滑石粉包覆的亚氯酸钠;
S3.搅拌条件下,将粘合剂和L-抗坏血酸钙溶解于水中,加入硫酸钠溶解,然后再加入所述滑石粉包覆的三氯异氰尿酸,混合均匀后烘干、冷却、研磨,过100-200目筛得混合物;
S4.将所述滑石粉包覆的亚氯酸钠加入所述混合物中,混合均匀后压片,得到畜禽养殖杀菌营养片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,所述混合的时间为20-30分钟。
5.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,所述混合的时间为20-30分钟。
6.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中,所述混合的时间为20-30分钟。
7.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,水的用量为三氯异氰尿酸、粘合剂、滑石粉、硫酸钠、亚氯酸钠和L-抗坏血酸钙总质量的3-10%。
8.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3具体为:搅拌条件下,将粘合剂和L-抗坏血酸钙完全溶解于水中,然后再加入硫酸钠溶解,继续搅拌20-30分钟,得到糊状物,然后向所述糊状物中加入所述滑石粉包覆的三氯异氰尿酸,混合30-40分钟,烘干、冷却、研磨,过100-200目筛得混合物。
9.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,烘干的温度为100℃。
10.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中,压片的条件为:温度为15-25℃,湿度为0-30%R.H.,压力为1-10T/cm2。
11.一种权利要求1~2任一项所述的畜禽养殖杀菌营养片或权利要求3~10任一项所述制备方法制备得到的畜禽养殖杀菌营养片的使用方法,其特征在于,将所述畜禽养殖杀菌营养片用水溶解,作为畜禽养殖饮用水。
