Description

Synergistic composition and application thereof in pesticide preparation of aqueous suspension
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a synergist composition and application thereof in a water-suspension pesticide preparation.
Background
The water suspension agent is one of important formulation types in the existing pesticide, is one of four environment-friendly formulation types recommended by food organization (FAO) of the United nations, has relatively short research time in the development history of pesticide formulation, but is in continuous perfection. The aqueous suspension has the advantages of cost saving, consumption reduction, good environmental compatibility and the like, and the appearance of the formulation provides a new development opportunity for the production and application of a plurality of pesticide preparations which are neither hydrophilic nor oleophilic. However, since an oil-based pesticide such as an aqueous suspension concentrate or an emulsifiable concentrate contains water as a dispersion medium, the pesticide effect is inferior to that of an emulsifiable concentrate because the surface tension is large and the permeability is relatively weak as compared with an emulsifiable concentrate containing oil as a dispersion medium. The research on how to improve the drug effect of the aqueous suspension agent and form the aqueous suspension agent preparation with outstanding drug effect has important practical significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides the pesticide synergist composition which improves the permeability and the wettability of the water-suspended pesticide preparation, has obvious pesticide effect synergy, improves the pesticide utilization rate, reduces the pesticide use amount and lightens the pesticide cost of farmers.

Test sample of aqueous suspension, contrast agent, and commercial contrast agent penetration contrast test
Determination of the permeability: according to a wetting method for measuring the permeability of a textile auxiliary of a GB5557-85 surfactant, a canvas settlement method is adopted to measure the time required by a circular canvas sheet to contact 200 times of a diluent of a suspending agent preparation until settlement starts.
The results of the permeability tests are shown in Table 1
Figure BDA0002944660250000122
Figure BDA0002944660250000131
Note: the shorter the wet settling time in table 1 indicates the better the liquid permeability.
It can be seen from Table 1 that the permeability of the aqueous suspension samples was generally better than that of the prepared and commercially available control agents.
Test for surface tension measurement of example sample, preparation of contrast agent, and commercial contrast agent.
Measurement of surface tension: referring to NY/T1860.31-2016 physicochemical Properties of pesticides determination rules, section 31: surface tension of aqueous solution the surface tension of 200-fold and 500-fold dilutions was measured using a fully automatic surface tensiometer, and each aqueous solution was tested five times, and the average of five times was taken as the measurement result.
The results of surface tension measurements of the sample, the prepared contrast agent and the commercial contrast agent are shown in Table 1
It can be seen from table 1 that the surface tension levels of the example samples are generally lower than those of the prepared and commercially available control formulations, resulting in better wetting.
In conclusion, the synergist improves the permeability of the preparation in the oil-based pesticide, reduces the surface tension of the preparation, improves the volatilization resistance of the oil-based preparation, and has obvious synergistic effect on the oil-based preparation.
