Abstract
The invention provides application of yellow-green mixed light quality in promoting creeping stem generation of strawberries and a promoting method, and particularly relates to the technical field of strawberry breeding. The invention utilizes the light-to-mass ratio of yellow light to green light as (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2) the strawberries are irradiated by yellow-green mixed light, so that the reproductive capacity of stolons of the strawberry seedlings is more obvious, and more stolons are generated. The method takes the strawberry variety which is difficult to generate stolons as a test material, and the yellow-green mixed light quality is irradiated to start generating the stolons after being treated for 30 days, so that the generation of the strawberry stolons, particularly the stolons seedlings which are difficult to generate, can be effectively promoted by using the yellow-green mixed light quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of strawberry breeding, and particularly relates to application of yellow-green mixed light quality in promoting generation of strawberry stolons and a promoting method.
Background
Strawberry (Fragaria ananassa Duch.) belongs to the genus strawberry of Rosaceae and Rosa of Rosaceae, perennial herbaceous plants are one of the crops widely planted in the world at present due to unique fragrance, palatable sour and sweet taste and the fact that the strawberry has the name of "fruit king". The key problem of high quality and high yield of strawberries is to cultivate high-quality strong seedlings, and stolon division propagation and tissue culture propagation are commonly used in production. The generation quantity of the stolons of the strawberries is a key factor for seedling production and is also an important reproductive organ of the strawberries, which develops from axillary buds, but the stolons are less in generation and difficult to breed aiming at certain varieties of stolons difficult to pump, especially strawberries in four seasons.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide an application of yellow-green mixed light quality in promoting generation of strawberry stolons and a promoting method, which effectively promote generation of stolons through illumination regulation and provide technical support for breeding seedlings of strawberry varieties difficult to generate stolons.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
the invention provides an application of a yellow-green mixed light quality in promoting generation of strawberry stolons, wherein the light quality ratio of yellow light to green light in the yellow-green mixed light quality is (0.8-1.2): (0.8 to 1.2).
Preferably, the total light quantum flux density (PPFD) > 300 of the yellow-green mixed light mass.
The invention also provides a method for promoting strawberry stolons to occur, which comprises the following steps: irradiating the transplanted strawberries with uniform growth vigor; the illumination comprises the step of illuminating yellow-green mixed light, wherein the light-to-quality ratio of yellow light to green light in the yellow-green mixed light is (0.8-1.2): (0.8 to 1.2).
Preferably, the strawberries comprise 7-30 days after transplanting.
Preferably, the varieties of the strawberries are all varieties of strawberries.
Preferably, the total light quantum flux density of the yellow-green mixed light mass is more than 300.
Preferably, the duration of the irradiation treatment is not shorter than 30 d.
Preferably, the temperature during the irradiation treatment is 16 to 28 ℃.
Preferably, during the irradiation treatment, the irradiation time of the yellow-green mixed light quality per day is more than or equal to 12h, and the rest time is dark treatment.
The invention also provides application of the method in strawberry seedling production.
The invention provides an application of a yellow-green mixed light quality in promoting generation of strawberry stolons, wherein the light quality ratio of yellow light to green light in the yellow-green mixed light quality is (0.8-1.2): (0.8-1.2), the strawberries are irradiated by the yellow-green mixed light, so that the reproductive capacity of stolons of the strawberry seedlings is more obvious, and more stolons are generated. In the embodiment of the invention, the four-season strawberry variety Zijin which is difficult to generate stolons is irradiated in four seasons by the yellow-green mixed light, and the stolons begin to grow out after 30 days of treatment, so that the yellow-green mixed light can effectively promote the generation of the strawberry stolons, particularly the stolons seedlings.

Detailed Description
The invention provides an application of a yellow-green mixed light quality in promoting generation of strawberry stolons, wherein the light quality ratio of yellow light to green light in the yellow-green mixed light quality is (0.8-1.2): (0.8 to 1.2).
The total light quantum flux density (PPFD) of the yellow-green mixed light mass of the invention is preferably > 300.
The invention also provides a method for promoting strawberry stolons to occur, which comprises the following steps: irradiating the transplanted strawberries with uniform growth vigor; the illumination comprises the step of illuminating yellow-green mixed light, wherein the light-to-quality ratio of yellow light to green light in the yellow-green mixed light is (0.8-1.2): (0.8 to 1.2), preferably 1: 1.
The source of the transplanted strawberry is not particularly limited in the present invention. The strawberries preferably comprise strawberries 7-30 days after transplanting, and the strawberries grow uniformly. The variety of the strawberry is not specially limited, any strawberry variety can promote the generation of stolons by using the method, and particularly, the creeping stem strawberry variety has obvious effect. In the embodiment of the invention, the method is preferably verified by utilizing the four-season strawberry variety Zijin which is difficult to generate stolons in four seasons.
The method carries out illumination treatment on the strawberries with uniform growth vigor after transplanting, wherein the total PPFD of the yellow-green mixed light quality is preferably more than 300. The irradiation treatment is preferably carried out in a greenhouse at the temperature of 16-28 ℃, the irradiation treatment time is not shorter than 30 days, the irradiation treatment time per day is preferably not less than 12h/d, and the rest time is dark treatment.
By utilizing the method, the creeping stem which is difficult to grow in the four-season strawberry variety Zijin can grow out in the four seasons after 30 days, and the method is used for producing strawberry seedlings.
The invention also provides application of the method in strawberry seedling production.
The application of the present invention is preferably the same as the above method, and will not be described herein.

Example 1
The method comprises the following steps of taking the creeping stem seasonal strawberry variety Zijin seasonal which is bred and approved by the agricultural academy of Jiangsu province and is difficult to generate as a test material:
transplanting the seedlings into matrix soil for cultivation after the seedlings are cultivated and grown, and selecting strawberry seedlings with uniform vigor for illumination treatment after 30 days of transplanting (figure 1);
in a greenhouse at 23 ℃, a yellow-green mixed light quality 1:1, irradiating by light, wherein the PPFD is 308, the photoperiod is 14h/d (8: 00 am-22: 00pm), and performing dark treatment at the rest time;
and 6, generating stolons after the yellow-green mixed light treatment for 30 days (figure 2).
Comparative example: the conditions were the same as in example 1 except that the light quality was different, and the light quality used in this comparative example was blue, red and white, and stolons did not grow as shown in FIG. 3 after 30 days of irradiation treatment.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
