the first nut 53 is screwed, the position of the first sleeve 6 is fixed, the first nut 53 is unscrewed, and the first bolt 52 can move in the first notch 511 and drive the first sleeve 6 to rotate left and right relative to the bottom surface of the first connecting plate 5. In such design, when equipment is assembled, the insulating rod is firstly arranged on the two second connecting seats at the bottom, and then the insulating rod is arranged on the first connecting seat, so that the first sleeve on the first connecting seat can rotate, the final step of assembly is convenient, and if the second sleeve on the second connecting seat is inclined in the manufacturing process, the first sleeve can also be adjusted through the rotating first sleeve, so that the reject ratio of the equipment is reduced.
In an embodiment, the second sleeve 8 is connected to the second connecting plate 7 in a vertical rotation manner, a second limiting fixing plate 71 is respectively disposed at a front side and a rear side of the second sleeve 8 corresponding to the second connecting plate 7, a second notch 711 is formed in the second limiting fixing plate 71, a second bolt 72 is threaded through the second sleeve 8, the second bolt 72 penetrates through the second notch 711 on the second limiting fixing plate 71 on one side of the second sleeve 8, penetrates through the second sleeve 8 and the insulating rod 1 in the second sleeve 8, and penetrates out from the second notch 711 on the second limiting fixing plate 71 on the other side of the second sleeve 8, and a second nut 73 is mounted at a penetrating end of the second bolt 72;
the second nut 73 is screwed, the position of the second sleeve 8 is fixed, the second nut 73 is unscrewed, and the second bolt 72 can move in the second notch 711 and drive the second sleeve 8 to rotate up and down relative to the second connecting plate 7. The design makes equipment be applicable to the insulating rod of various length, and when the length dimension of one or two insulating rods changes and the insulating performance of the insulating rod is not influenced, the insulating rod can be installed on the equipment by adjusting the angle between the second sleeve and the second connecting plate, so that the waste of the insulating rod caused by the change of the length dimension is reduced.
Preferably, the soft layer 9 is provided on one surface of the first upper clamping plate 21 and the first lower clamping plate 22 for clamping the phase line corresponding thereto, and the soft layer 9 is also provided on one surface of the second upper clamping plate 31 and the second lower clamping plate 32 for clamping the phase line corresponding thereto. By the design, the phase lines in the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate can be protected from being worn, and the friction force between the clamping plates and the phase lines is increased.
Preferably, the soft layer 9 may be made of rubber, leather, or the like.
During installation, a first clamping plate of the equipment is placed on a middle-phase lead of a line by using a qualified insulating operation rod, then the insulating operation rod is used for hooking the first circular ring 24 to rotate, so that the first screw 23 drives the first lower clamping plate 22 to clamp the middle-phase lead in the first clamping plate in a labor-saving way until the middle-phase lead is not rotated, the first circular ring 24 is hung on the first hook 26 to prevent the first screw 23 from loosening, and the installation of the first clamping plate is completed;
the other two-side phase lines are installed, the insulated operating rod is used for hooking the lead or the insulated rod 1, the lead is placed in the second clamping plate, then the insulated operating rod is used for hooking the second circular ring 34 to rotate, the second screw rod 33 drives the second lower clamping plate 32 to clamp the lead in the second clamping plate in a labor-saving way until the lead is not rotated, the second circular ring 34 is hung on the second hook 36, and the second screw rod 33 is prevented from loosening, so that the assembly work can be completed.

the first clamping plate comprises a Z-shaped first upper clamping plate (21), a first lower clamping plate (22) in clamping fit with the first upper clamping plate (21) and a first screw rod (23) which is arranged on the first upper clamping plate (21) and the first lower clamping plate (22) in a penetrating mode and drives the first lower clamping plate (22) to move towards the first upper clamping plate (21), and a first circular ring (24) is arranged at the bottom of the first screw rod (23);
the second clamping plate comprises a second upper clamping plate (31) in an inverted L shape, a second lower clamping plate (32) in clamping fit with the second upper clamping plate (31) and a second screw rod (33) penetrating through the second upper clamping plate (31) and the second lower clamping plate (32) and driving the second lower clamping plate (32) to move towards the second upper clamping plate (31), and a second circular ring (34) is arranged at the bottom of the second screw rod (33);
the first lower clamping plate (22) is provided with a first penetrating hole (221), the first screw (23) penetrates from the first penetrating hole (221) on the first lower clamping plate (22) and penetrates through the first upper clamping plate (21) and is in threaded connection with the first upper clamping plate (21), the first screw (23) can slide left and right in the first penetrating hole (221), and one end of the first lower clamping plate (22) is rotationally connected to the first upper clamping plate (21);
the second lower clamping plate (32) is provided with a second penetrating hole, the second screw (33) penetrates through the second upper clamping plate (31) from the second penetrating hole in the second lower clamping plate (32) and is connected to the second upper clamping plate (31) in a threaded manner, the second screw (33) can slide left and right in the second penetrating hole, and one end of the second lower clamping plate (32) is rotationally connected to the second upper clamping plate (31);
the first upper clamping plate (21) is provided with a first pin (25), one end of the first pin (25) penetrates through the top surface of the first upper clamping plate (21) to the bottom surface of the first upper clamping plate (21) and is hinged with one end of the first lower clamping plate (22) so as to realize that one end of the first lower clamping plate (22) is rotationally connected with the first upper clamping plate (21), the other end of the first pin (25) cannot penetrate through the first upper clamping plate (21), and the first pin (25) can move up and down in the first upper clamping plate (21);

after the first clamping plate clamps the phase line corresponding to the first clamping plate, the first circular ring (24) can be rotatably hung on the first hook (26), and after the second clamping plate clamps the phase line corresponding to the second clamping plate, the second circular ring (34) can be rotatably hung on the second hook (36).

6. The live working triangular clamping plate type spacer according to claim 5, wherein: the part of the first connecting plate (5) connected with the first clamping plate protrudes out of the front side surface or the rear side surface of the first connecting plate (5).
