Fig. 5 is a schematic block diagram of an authorized call system 30 based on a voice device 10 in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. Authorized call system 30 may generally include voice device 10 and call control management module 20. The authorized call system 30 may be applied to hotels, offices, and the like. Taking the authorized call system 30 applied to the hotel as an example, the authorized call system 30 may further include a management platform of the hotel. The speech device 10 may be a smart speaker. The call control management module 20 may be a module that takes a computer as a tool to manage and control calls from the voice device 10, and can provide not only a call management control interface for the management platform of the hotel to call, but also a configuration management interface for the voice device 10. The authorized call system 30 will be described in detail below in connection with various interaction procedures.
The first is the network distribution and setting process of the voice device 10. A manager of the hotel can send the distribution network information to the voice device 10 by operating a specific application program in the control terminal, so that the voice device 10 accesses the wireless access point of the service area, and the distribution network information may carry the IP address and the password of the wireless access point. And fourthly, adjusting the authorization process. The call control management module 20 may establish a data connection with a detection device in the guest room, which may include a human detection device or a door lock detection device. When the detection device detects that the visitor leaves or enters the guest room, the usage status of the guest room changes, and at this time, the detection device may send a status adjustment instruction to the call control management module 20, so that the call control management module 20 generates an adjustment instruction of the voice transmission permission. For example, if a visitor in the room 805 leaves the room 805, the usage status of the room 805 is switched from the manned status to the unmanned status, and the call control management module 20 may generate a first adjustment instruction to cancel the voice transmission permission between the voice device 10 in the room 805 and the other voice devices 10. The unsubscribe instruction may be sent to call control management module 20. The call control management module 20 can inquire the device identification of the voice device 10 matching with the room number according to the unsubscribe instruction and perform the de-authorization.
By using the method, the voice transmission permission is obtained, the alternative voice equipment with the interactive permission is identified from the voice equipment group according to the voice transmission permission, and when the voice transmission initiation request is obtained and under the condition that the receiving end of the voice transmission initiation request is the alternative voice equipment, the voice transmission initiation request is sent to the receiving end so as to establish voice transmission connection with the receiving end. In this embodiment, the method for processing data of the voice device 10 is improved by using the above method, and a new voice device 10 is provided, so that the voice device 10 can establish a voice transmission connection according to the voice transmission right, which enables different voice devices 10 to communicate with each other within a range defined by the voice transmission right, thereby reducing or avoiding causing unnecessary disturbance and improving the use experience of a user of the voice device 10.

1. A data processing method of a voice device, comprising:
acquiring voice transmission authority;
identifying alternative voice equipment with interactive authority from a voice equipment group according to the voice transmission authority, wherein the voice equipment group comprises a plurality of controlled voice equipment in a preset range;
acquiring a voice transmission initiation request;
judging whether a receiving end of the voice transmission initiating request is the alternative voice equipment or not;
and if so, sending the voice transmission initiation request to the receiving end so as to establish voice transmission connection with the receiving end.

and recovering the voice transmission authority between the candidate voice equipment and the corresponding candidate voice equipment under the condition that the candidate voice equipment is switched from the offline state to the online state.

determining a wireless access point accessing to a service area;
and sending a data connection request to a control terminal of the service area so as to establish data connection with the control terminal.

and under the condition that the receiving end of the voice transmission initiation request is not the alternative voice equipment, outputting a first prompt signal.

acquiring a voice transmission receiving request;
judging whether the sending end of the voice transmission receiving request is the alternative voice equipment or not;
and if so, outputting a second prompt signal.

acquiring an authority removing instruction;
and releasing the voice transmission permission according to the permission release instruction.
10. A speech device comprising:
