Of course, in the embodiment of the present application, the specific number resource does not need to be borne by a card of hardware such as an SIM card, and the hardware of the IOT device does not need to be modified, including installing an SIM card slot and the like. It should be noted that, in a specific implementation, after a user applies a specific communication number to a number management server through an App provided in an embodiment of the present application, when registering an IOT device specifically, if only one IOT device is registered, the number management server may directly establish a binding relationship between the IOT device and the number, and then the IOT device may use the communication number to implement a call function. In another mode, multiple IOT devices may be registered for the same communication number. For example, a user simultaneously has one smart speaker and one smart vehicle-mounted terminal device, and needs to share the same communication number between the two IOT devices, the two IOT devices may be simultaneously registered, and correspondingly, the number management server may respectively allocate respective second identifiers to the two different IOT devices, and may consider that the two IOT devices both have the usage right of the communication number. Of course, when a communication number is used specifically, a binding application needs to be performed to the number management server, and only one IOT device can obtain the right to use the communication number at the same time. Different IOT devices can use the same communication number in different time periods in a time division multiplexing mode.
That is, in the case that the same communication number corresponds to a plurality of different IOT devices, when a certain IOT device has a call requirement, if the certain IOT device is not currently bound to a communication number, the certain IOT device may first apply for binding with the communication number to the number management server. Specifically, the specific binding request may be initiated by the user through the IOT device, for example, the specific binding request may be initiated by sending a voice command or the like, such as "Hi, a certain person, and binding a mobile phone card", or the like. In this way, the specific binding request may be first sent to the IOT service end, and then the IOT service end may forward the binding request to the number management service end, where the request may carry the second identity information corresponding to the IOT device, and may further include temporary token information provided by the number management service end for the number management service end. Thus, after receiving the binding request, the number management server may perform identity recognition and permission judgment on the IOT device according to the specific second identity information and the token information, and may allocate the usage permission of the communication number information corresponding to the second identity to the IOT device after the identity is correct. Then, the IOT device can use the communication number to implement a call function.
Specifically, when the call function is implemented by the IOT device, the specific control system may further provide a first signaling system and a first media system. When the IOT device initiates a call, a specific call request may first reach the first signaling system through a data network, where the call request may carry second account information, token information, called number information, and the like corresponding to the IOT device; then, the first signaling system can check the authority to the number management server, and if the authority is confirmed to be correct, the first signaling system can also obtain the mobile phone number information corresponding to the specific second account information from the number management server, namely, the mobile phone number information is used as the number of the calling party. Then, the first signaling system can call the second signaling system of the communication network operator by using the mobile phone number as the calling number, and the second signaling system establishes a call connection between the terminal devices corresponding to the called number and opens a data port. Then, the voice call can be carried out between the IOT device and the called terminal device. Specifically, the IOT device may send a voice data packet generated during a call to a first media system through a data network, and then forward the voice data packet to a second media system of an operator through the first media system, where the second media system sends the specific voice data packet to the called terminal device, and the called terminal device may play the specific voice. Correspondingly, the voice data packet of the called terminal equipment can also be sent to the second media system of the operator at first, the second media system forwards to the first media system, and then the first media system returns to the IOT equipment through the data network, so that the conversation between the IOT equipment and the called terminal equipment is realized.
In addition, the case of the IOT device as a callee is similar to the foregoing process. Specifically, assuming that a user dials a communication number bound to an IOT device through a terminal device of the user, a second signaling system of an operator may send a specific call request to the first signaling system provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the first signaling system may initiate a query to the number management server to determine second account information corresponding to the IOT device currently bound to the communication number. Then, a specific call request may be pushed to the IOT device, the IOT device rings, a call connection may be established, and a data port may be developed. Then, the second media system of the operator completes the delivery of the voice packet to the two parties of the call through the first media system.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the present application, information interaction between the IOT device side and the specific first signaling system and the specific first media system may be implemented through a data network, instead of a call network provided by a communication network operator. That is, for the IOT device side, the call can be realized by means of "internet phone". For example, the present invention can be specifically implemented based on VOIP (voice over Internet protocol), wherein VOIP is voice over IP transmission, and is a voice call technology, and a voice call and a multimedia conference are achieved through Internet Protocol (IP), that is, communication is performed through the Internet. For the target call device in the call with the IOT device, signaling and data packet transmission and reception are implemented through the call network provided by the communication network operator. In the process of one call, two parties of the call obtain the call function through different types of network environments.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the present application, a number management system can apply for obtaining a call permission from a communication network operator, provide the call permission for at least one IOT device associated with a target user, and allocate second identity information to the IOT device, so that when the IOT device has a call requirement, a call binding relationship can be established between the second identity of the IOT device and a communication number having a usage permission of the IOT device, so that the IOT device obtains the call permission to use the communication number for a call. Furthermore, when a specific IOT device specifically communicates with a target call device, the authority of the IOT device may be verified through the call binding relationship stored in the number management system by using the first signaling system as a bridge, and a call connection with the target call device is established and a data port is opened through the second signaling system of the communication network operator; and under the condition that the data port is opened, the first media system transmits and receives the call data packet at the IOT equipment side through a data network, and transmits and receives the call data packet at the target call equipment side through a second media system of the communication network operator. Therefore, the 'soft binding' between the IOT equipment and a specific communication number can be realized, the interaction with the first signaling system and the first media system provided by the embodiment of the application can be realized on one side of the IOT equipment through a data network, such as 'network telephone' and the like, and the interaction with the second signaling system and the second media system of a network operator can be realized on one side of the target conversation equipment of a conversation opposite side through a conversation network. Therefore, the communication function of taking the communication number of the soft binding as the calling number or the called number can be realized under the conditions that the IOT equipment is not required to be modified in the aspect of hardware, an SIM card slot is not required to be arranged, and the IOT equipment is not required to be bound with other mobile terminal equipment such as a mobile phone provided with an SIM card. Therefore, the reconstruction cost of the IOT equipment can be reduced, and the function of making and receiving calls through the IOT equipment can be realized more conveniently.
In addition, through the mode, the sharing of the same communication number among a plurality of different IOT devices can be more conveniently realized. Only a plurality of IOT devices need to be registered in the number management system respectively, and when one IOT device needs to use a communication function, the number management system is applied to establish a call binding relationship between the second identity and the communication number, so that time division multiplexing of the same communication number resource among different IOT devices is realized.
Example two
The second embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment, and provides a method for controlling a call of an internet of things device from the perspective of a number management system client, where referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:

Wherein the registration request includes first identity identification information of the IOT device; the first identity mark is distributed to the IOT equipment by an IOT server corresponding to the IOT equipment; at this time, after allocating a second identity to the IOT device, the first identity and the second identity information may be provided to the IOT device server, so that the IOT device server provides the second identity information to the corresponding IOT device according to the first identity.
In specific implementation, if the IOT device in the registration request is one, the IOT device may be directly determined as the IOT device with the call requirement, and a call binding relationship is established between the second identity of the IOT device and the corresponding communication number, so that the IOT device obtains the call permission.
If the plurality of IOT devices of the registration requester are provided, after receiving a binding request sent by the first IOT device through the corresponding IOT server, the first IOT device may be determined as an IOT device with a call requirement, and a call binding relationship is established between the second identity of the first IOT device and the corresponding communication number, so that the first IOT device obtains a call right.
In addition, after receiving a binding request sent by a second IOT device through its corresponding IOT server, the second IOT device may be determined to be an IOT device with a call requirement, the binding relationship between the second identity of the first IOT device and the communication number is released, and a call binding relationship is established between the second identity of the second IOT device and the communication number, so that the second IOT device obtains a call permission.
After the IOT equipment obtaining the conversation authority initiates a call request to the first signaling system through a data network, an authority verification request submitted by the first signaling system can be received, wherein the request carries a second identity identifier of the IOT equipment; after the authority verification of the IOT device is passed, the communication number information having a call binding relationship with the second identity may be provided to the first signaling system, so that the first signaling system may use the communication number as a calling party number, and forward the call request to the second signaling system of the communication network operator in combination with the called number information carried in the call request, and the second signaling system establishes a call connection and opens a data port for transmission of a call data packet.
In addition, after the target communication equipment initiates a call request by taking the communication number as a called number, the target communication equipment can also receive a query request submitted by a first signaling system, wherein the request carries the information of the communication number; after determining the second identity identification information of the IOT device having a call binding relationship with the communication number, the second identity identification information may be returned to the first signaling system, so that the first signaling system forwards a call request to the IOT device corresponding to the second identity identification information through a data network, and notifies the second signaling system of a communication network operator after the IOT device is connected, and the second signaling system establishes a call connection and opens a data port for transmission of a call data packet.
In a specific implementation, in order to perform more accurate permission verification and avoid risks caused by the leakage of second identity information and the like, a temporary token may be generated for the at least one IOT device and provided to the IOT device through the corresponding IOT server, so that permission verification is performed on the IOT device through the second identity of the IOT device and the temporary token.

Or receiving a called request forwarded by a first signaling system associated with the number management system, wherein the called request is initiated by a target communication device by using a communication number bound by the IOT device as a called number; then, it can also provide the called prompt information and return the response message to the first signaling system, so that the first signaling system forwards the response message to the second signaling system of the communication network operator, and the second signaling system establishes the call connection and opens the data port for the transmission of the call data packet.
In addition, in a specific implementation, temporary token information forwarded by the IOT server may also be received, where the temporary token information is provided by the number management system; in this way, when a binding request is submitted to the IOT server, the second identity and the temporary token information may be carried in the binding request, so that the number management system performs permission verification on the IOT device by using the second identity and the temporary token information.
The IOT equipment receives a command for establishing a call binding relationship or initiating a call, wherein the command comprises a voice command.

A called request receiving unit, configured to receive a called request forwarded by a first signaling system associated with the number management system, where the called request is initiated by a target communication device with a communication number bound to the IOT device as a called number;
a called prompt information providing unit, configured to provide called prompt information and return a response message to the first signaling system, so that the first signaling system forwards the response message to a second signaling system of a communication network operator, and the second signaling system establishes a call connection and opens a data port for transmission of a call data packet.

The instruction received by the IOT device to establish the call binding relationship or initiate the call may specifically include a voice instruction. Corresponding to the eighth embodiment, an embodiment of the present application provides an internet of things device call control apparatus, referring to fig. 15, where the apparatus is applied to an IOT server, and includes:
an identity receiving unit 1501, configured to receive second identity information allocated by the number management system to the IOT device with the usage right of the target communication number; the communication number is used by at least one IOT device provided by the number management system to a target user association;
an identity forwarding unit 1502, configured to provide the second identity information to the IOT device;
a binding request forwarding unit 1503, configured to forward the binding request to the number management system after receiving the binding request submitted by the IOT device, where the number management system establishes a call binding relationship between the second identity information and the target communication number, so that the IOT device obtains a call permission.

Fig. 16 illustrates an architecture of an electronic device, which may include, in particular, a processor 1610, a video display adapter 1611, a disk drive 1612, an input/output interface 1613, a network interface 1614, and a memory 1620. The processor 1610, video display adapter 1611, disk drive 1612, input/output interface 1613, and network interface 1614, as described above, and the memory 1620 may be communicatively coupled via a communication bus 1630.
The processor 1610 may be implemented by a general-purpose CPU (Central Processing Unit), a microprocessor, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits, and is configured to execute related programs to implement the technical solution provided in the present Application.
The Memory 1620 may be implemented in the form of a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random access Memory), a static storage device, a dynamic storage device, or the like. Memory 1620 may store an operating system 1621 for controlling operation of electronic device 1600, a Basic Input Output System (BIOS) for controlling low-level operation of electronic device 1600. The communication control processing system 1625 may be an application program that implements the operations of the foregoing steps in this embodiment of the application. In summary, when the technical solution provided in the present application is implemented by software or firmware, the relevant program codes are stored in the memory 1620 and called for execution by the processor 1610.
The input/output interface 1613 is used for connecting an input/output module to input and output information. The i/o module may be configured as a component in a device (not shown) or may be external to the device to provide a corresponding function. The input devices may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, a microphone, various sensors, etc., and the output devices may include a display, a speaker, a vibrator, an indicator light, etc.
The network interface 1614 is used for connecting a communication module (not shown in the figure) to implement communication interaction between the present apparatus and other apparatuses. The communication module can realize communication in a wired mode (such as USB, network cable and the like) and also can realize communication in a wireless mode (such as mobile network, WIFI, Bluetooth and the like).
The bus 1630 includes a path that transfers information between various components of the device, such as the processor 1610, the video display adapter 1611, the disk drive 1612, the input/output interface 1613, the network interface 1614, and the memory 1620.
In addition, the electronic device 1600 may also obtain information of specific derivation conditions from the virtual resource object derivation condition information database 1641, for performing condition judgment, and the like.

the first media system is configured to receive and transmit a call packet at the IOT device side through a data network when the data port is open, and to receive and transmit a call packet at the target call device side through a second media system of the communication network operator.

the number management system server is used for applying for obtaining a plurality of communication numbers to a communication network operator, determining a target communication number applied by the client after receiving the application of the client, distributing a second identity for the IOT equipment according to the registration request, and providing the first identity and the second identity information for the IOT equipment through the IOT equipment server.

the number management system server provides a plurality of communication numbers to the number management client as candidate communication numbers to be displayed;
after receiving application information for obtaining the use right of a target communication number, which is submitted by a number management system client, allocating the use right of the target communication number to a user associated with the client, and receiving a request for registering at least one associated IOT device;
and allocating a second identity to the IOT device, so that the IOT device can obtain the call permission of calling by using the target communication number in a mode of establishing a call binding relationship between the second identity and the target communication number when the IOT device has a call requirement.
12. The method of claim 11,
the registration request comprises first identity identification information of the IOT equipment; the first identity mark is distributed to the IOT equipment by an IOT server corresponding to the IOT equipment;
the method further comprises the following steps:
after distributing a second identity identifier for the IOT equipment, providing the first identity identifier and second identity identifier information to the IOT equipment server, so that the IOT server can provide the second identity identifier information to the corresponding IOT equipment according to the first identity identifier.

if the IOT equipment in the registration request is one, determining the IOT equipment as IOT equipment with a call requirement, and establishing a call binding relationship between the second identity of the IOT equipment and the corresponding communication number so that the IOT equipment obtains a call authority.

if the IOT equipment of the registration requester is multiple, after receiving a binding request sent by the first IOT equipment through the corresponding IOT server, determining the first IOT equipment as the IOT equipment with a call requirement, and establishing a call binding relationship between the second identity of the first IOT equipment and the corresponding communication number so that the first IOT equipment obtains a call authority.

after receiving a binding request sent by a second IOT device through a corresponding IOT server, determining the second IOT device as the IOT device with a call requirement, removing the binding relationship between the second identity of the first IOT device and the communication number, and establishing a call binding relationship between the second identity of the second IOT device and the communication number so that the second IOT device can obtain a call permission.
16. The method of claim 11, further comprising:
after an IOT device obtaining a call permission initiates a call request to a first signaling system through a data network, receiving a permission verification request submitted by the first signaling system, wherein the request carries a second identity of the IOT device;
and after the authority verification of the IOT equipment passes, providing communication number information having a call binding relationship with the second identity mark to the first signaling system, so that the first signaling system takes the communication number as a calling party number, forwards the call request to a second signaling system of a communication network operator by combining called number information carried in the call request, and establishes a call connection and opens a data port for transmitting a call data packet by the second signaling system.

after the target communication equipment initiates a call request by taking the communication number as a called number, receiving a query request submitted by a first signaling system, wherein the request carries the information of the communication number;

and submitting a binding request to an IOT server according to second identity identification information corresponding to the IOT equipment so that the IOT server forwards the binding request to the number management system, and after the authority of the IOT equipment is verified by the number management system, establishing a call binding relationship between the second identity identification of the IOT equipment and the communication number so that the IOT equipment obtains call authority.

receiving a called request forwarded by a first signaling system associated with the number management system, wherein the called request is initiated by a target communication device by using a communication number bound by the IOT device as a called number;

after receiving application information for obtaining the use right of a target communication number, which is submitted by a number management system client, allocating the use right of the target communication number to a user associated with the client, and receiving a request for registering at least one associated IOT device;
and allocating a second identity to the IOT device, so that the IOT device can obtain the call permission of calling by using the target communication number in a mode of establishing a call binding relationship between the second identity and the target communication number when the IOT device has a call requirement.
40. The electronic device of claim 39,
the program instructions are also for performing the method of any one of claims 12 to 18.
41. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
determining IOT equipment with a call requirement, and establishing a call binding relationship between a second identity of the IOT equipment and a communication number with a use authority of the IOT equipment; wherein the communication number is used by at least one IOT device provided by the number management system to a target user association; the second identity of the IOT equipment is allocated to the IOT equipment by the number management system;
and under the condition that the IOT equipment needs to communicate with target communication equipment, the authority of the IOT equipment is verified through the communication binding relationship, so that a first signaling system establishes communication connection with the target communication equipment and opens a data port through a second signaling system of a communication network operator, the first media system receives and transmits communication data packets at one side of the IOT equipment through a data network, and the second media system of the communication network operator receives and transmits the communication data packets at one side of the target communication equipment.
42. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
under the condition that the IOT equipment needs to communicate with target communication equipment, authority verification is carried out on the IOT equipment through a communication binding relation stored by a number management system; the IOT equipment and a target communication number have a call binding relationship, and the target communication number is provided for at least one IOT equipment associated with a target user by the number management system to use;
and establishing a call connection with the target call device and opening a data port through a second signaling system of a communication network operator so that the first media system can receive and transmit call data packets at one side of the IOT device through a data network and can receive and transmit call data packets at one side of the target call device through the second media system of the communication network operator.
43. The electronic device of claim 41,

44. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
receiving a notification message that a call connection is established and a data port is developed; the call connection is established according to the call requirement between the IOT equipment and target call equipment, the call binding relationship between the second identity of the IOT equipment and the communication number with the use authority of the IOT equipment is maintained by a number management system, and the communication number is provided for at least one IOT equipment associated with a target user by the number management system to use; the second identity of the IOT equipment is allocated to the IOT equipment by the number management system; the call connection is created by the first signaling system through a second signaling system of the communication network operator;
and receiving and transmitting the call data packet at the IOT equipment side through a data network, and receiving and transmitting the call data packet at the target call equipment side through a second media system of the communication network operator.
45. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
obtaining second identity information, wherein the second identity is distributed by a number management system for the IOT equipment with the target communication number use right;
receiving an instruction for establishing a call binding relationship with the target communication number; wherein the communication number is used by at least one IOT device provided by a number management system to a target user for association;
and submitting a binding request to an IOT server according to second identity identification information corresponding to the IOT equipment so that the IOT server forwards the binding request to the number management system, and after the authority of the IOT equipment is verified by the number management system, establishing a call binding relationship between the second identity identification of the IOT equipment and the communication number so that the IOT equipment obtains call authority.
46. The electronic device of claim 45,
the program instructions are also for performing the method of any one of claims 25 to 28.
47. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
receiving second identity identification information distributed by the number management system for the IOT equipment with the target communication number use right; the communication number is used by at least one IOT device provided by the number management system to a target user association;
providing the second identity information to the IOT device;
and after receiving a binding request submitted by the IOT equipment, forwarding the binding request to the number management system, and establishing a call binding relationship between the second identity identification information and the target communication number by the number management system so that the IOT equipment obtains a call authority.
