The difference between the first predicted marketable quantity F1 and the purchase quantity of the target commodity corresponding to the purchase instruction is the quantity of the target commodity which can be used for selling after the current selling is completed, and the online customer is successfully ordered and allowed to pay only when the quantity of the target commodity which can be used for selling after the current selling is larger than the offline reserved quantity D of the target commodity, so that the online customer can be ensured to still meet the requirement of offline selling after purchasing, and the online customer can be ensured to purchase the sufficient quantity of target commodity after ordering once.
Further, the commodity vending method may further include: after receiving information that online customers pay successfully, determining target locking quantity N of target commodities; sending a locking notification message of the target commodity to the target vending machine, wherein the locking notification message comprises a target locking quantity N; when a confirmation message of successful locking returned by the target vending machine is received within a set time, the online locking quantity C of the target commodity is updated according to the confirmation message.
In this embodiment, the server 020 stores the online locking number C of the current target commodity, and when receiving the purchase instruction, the server 020 determines the purchase number of the target commodity according to the purchase instruction, thereby determining the target locking number N, so that the target vending machine 010 can lock the target commodity (including the target commodity purchased online at this time and possibly including the commodity purchased online at other customers) which is purchased online but not yet taken out by the customer according to the target locking number N included in the locking notification message, and avoid being purchased by other customers. When the target vending machine 010 returns a confirmation message that the locking is successful, the server 020 updates the online locking number C of the target commodity according to the confirmation message.
Specifically, in an alternative embodiment, when the server 020 receives a confirmation message of successful locking returned by the target vending machine 010 within a set time, the on-line locking quantity C is updated by the locking quantity N in the locking notification message before the on-line locking quantity C of the target commodity is self-added, and in an alternative embodiment, when the server 020 receives a confirmation message of successful locking returned by the target vending machine 010 within a set time, the confirmation message of successful locking includes the actual locking quantity of the target commodity in the target vending machine 010, and the server 020 sets the on-line locking quantity C of the target commodity to the actual locking quantity.
Further, in the case where the server 020 further stores the online to-be-locked quantity E of the target commodity, when the server 020 receives the information that the online customer pays successfully, determining the target locked quantity N of the target commodity may specifically include: and after receiving the successful payment information of the online customer, updating the online quantity E to be locked of the target commodity according to the purchase quantity of the target commodity corresponding to the purchase instruction, and setting the target locking quantity N to be equal to the online quantity E to be locked. On the basis, the commodity selling method further comprises the following steps: when receiving the confirmation message of successful locking returned by the target vending machine 010 within the set time, the online quantity E to be locked of the target commodity is updated according to the confirmation message.
Specifically, after receiving the information that the online customer pays successfully, the server 020 adds the online to-be-locked quantity E of the target commodity to the purchase quantity of the target commodity to update the online to-be-locked quantity E of the target commodity, and then sets the target to-be-locked quantity N equal to the online to-be-locked quantity E; after the server 020 receives the confirmation message of successful locking, the online waiting locking quantity E of the target commodity is self-subtracted to the target locking quantity N in the locking notification message before. Since the server 020 may receive a new online order again in the period between sending the lock notification message and receiving the confirmation message that the lock is successful, the current online to-be-locked quantity E may not be equal to the target locking quantity N, when the server 020 receives the confirmation message that the lock is successful, this means that a part of the online to-be-locked target commodities have already been locked, so by subtracting the online to-be-locked quantity E from the target locking quantity N in the previous lock notification message, the server 020 can accurately store the quantity of the target commodities that have completed online payment but have not yet been notified to the target vending machine 010 to lock in the newly received order; meanwhile, as the target vending machine has completed the locking of the target commodity of the current sale, the server 020 can accurately record the number of the target commodity actually locked by the target vending machine 010 by adding the number C of the online locking to the number of the target commodity of the current sale, and the accuracy of online sale and offline sale of the target vending machine 010 is ensured.
Further, the commodity vending method may further include: when the server 020 does not receive the successful locking confirmation message returned by the target vending machine 010 within the set time, updating the online quantity E to be locked of the target commodity and initiating a refund request to the online customer corresponding to the current target commodity locking.
Specifically, the server 020 does not receive the confirmation message of successful locking returned by the target vending machine 010 within the set time, including: the server 020 does not receive an acknowledgement message returned from the target vending machine 010 within the set time, or the server 020 receives an acknowledgement message returned from the target vending machine 010 that the lock fails within the set time. In this case, the online to-be-locked quantity E is updated by automatically subtracting the online to-be-locked quantity E from the target locking quantity N in the previous locking notification message of the target commodity, and a refund request is initiated to the online customer corresponding to the current target commodity locking, so that the problem that the online sales target commodity cannot be locked to the online customer to cause loss due to the offline sales of the target vending machine 010 in the time period from the online customer ordering to the target vending machine 010 for target commodity locking is solved, and the online customer cancel the purchase of the target commodity by initiating the refund request to the corresponding online customer, thereby avoiding the situation that the online customer pays online to the target vending machine 010 for taking the commodity, but no commodity is advisable.
Further, the commodity vending method may further include: when the server 020 determines that the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity is less than or equal to the off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity, it determines that the target commodity needs replenishment, and transmits a notification of insufficient stock quantity of the target commodity. Further, it will be understood that when the server 020 determines that the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity is less than or equal to the off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity, it may be considered that the stock of the target commodity in the target vending machine 010 is insufficient, and if the on-line purchase is allowed, the remaining target commodity quantity is likely to fail to satisfy the requirement of the off-line purchase, so that in this case, it may be determined that the on-line customer has failed to order, so as to avoid that other off-line customers cannot purchase the target commodity after the on-line purchase, or see that the target commodity is stored in the target vending machine 010, but cannot purchase the desired quantity. Further, the server 020 may send a notification that the target commodity needs to be restocked to a maintainer, so that when the predicted marketable quantity of the target commodity is less than or equal to the off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity, the maintainer may restock as soon as possible, thereby avoiding a phenomenon that after the target commodity reserved for the off-line customer is empty, the off-line customer still sees a large number of target commodities but does not purchase the target commodity when the off-line customer purchases the commodity. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the server 020 may also determine that the online customer has failed to order and send a notification of insufficient stock of the target commodity when it is determined that the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity does not satisfy the first preset condition.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method for selling goods according to another embodiment of the present application. The commodity vending method is applied to the automatic vending system 001 provided by the embodiment of the application, and comprises the following steps:
step S10, when receiving a purchase instruction of an online customer, a server determines a target vending machine and target goods corresponding to the purchase instruction, acquires a first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target goods, judges whether the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target goods meets a first preset condition, and when judging that the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target goods meets the first preset condition, determines that the online customer is successful in order and allows the online customer to pay; the first preset condition at least comprises that the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity is larger than the off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity.
Step S20, after receiving the successful payment information of the online customers, the server determines the target locking quantity N of the target commodity and sends a locking notification message of the target commodity to the target vending machine; wherein the lock notification message includes a target lock number N.
The specific implementation method of step S10 and step S20 may refer to the commodity vending method applied to the server 020 provided in the embodiment of the present application, which is not described herein again.
Step S30, after receiving the locking notification message of the target commodity sent by the server, the target vending machine calculates a second predicted saleable quantity F2 of the target commodity according to the target locking quantity N, judges whether the second predicted saleable quantity F2 of the target commodity meets a second preset condition, when judging that the second predicted saleable quantity F2 of the target commodity meets the second preset condition, the target vending machine locks the target commodity and returns a confirmation message of successful locking to the server, otherwise, the target vending machine returns a confirmation message of failure locking to the server, wherein the second predicted saleable quantity F2 of the target commodity is the quantity of the target commodity which can be used for selling after the target vending machine finishes locking the target commodity, and the second preset condition at least comprises that the second predicted saleable quantity F2 of the target commodity is not less than the off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity.
In the vending system 001 provided in this embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the locking notification message of the target commodity sent by the server 020, the target vending machine 010 determines again whether the number of target commodities that can be sold after the locking of the target commodity is completed is not less than the off-line reserved number D of target commodities, and only after the target vending machine 010 completes the locking of the target commodity, the number of target commodities that can be sold at least meets the condition that the number of target commodities is still greater than or equal to, that is, is not less than the off-line reserved number D, the target vending machine 010 locks the target commodity, so that the target vending machine 010 can still reserve a sufficient number of target commodities for off-line customers after the locking of the target commodity is completed, and the phenomenon that the off-line customers can see a large number of target commodities but cannot purchase the goods is avoided. The target vending machine 010 performs secondary judgment when the target vending machine 010 performs target commodity locking, and only when the target vending machine 010 finishes locking the target commodity, the target vending machine 010 performs target commodity locking only under the condition that the saleable quantity of the target commodity is at least not smaller than the off-line reserved quantity D, so that the problem that the saleable quantity of the target commodity is reduced due to off-line sales of the target vending machine 010 in a time period from ordering of on-line customers to target vending machine 010 performing target commodity locking can be avoided, the saleable quantity of the target commodity is smaller than the off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity after the target vending machine 010 finishes locking the target commodity, and the sufficient quantity of the target commodity is reserved for the off-line customers.
In an alternative embodiment, the target vending machine 010 stores an online locking quantity C of the target commodity, wherein the online locking quantity C of the target commodity is a quantity of the target commodity which has been sold online and has completed locking at the target vending machine 010 and waits for the customer to take goods offline, and the target vending machine 010 performs locking of the target commodity includes: the target vending machine 010 adds the stored on-line locking quantity C of the target commodity to the target locking quantity N, the target vending machine 010 returns the on-line locking quantity C of the target commodity to the server 020, and by updating the on-line locking quantity C of the target commodity when locking the target commodity, the quantity of the locked target commodity can be considered when calculating the saleable quantity of the target commodity in the subsequent selling process of the target commodity, the target commodity which is sold on line is prevented from being repeatedly sold, and the on-line customer who has completed on-line purchase can be ensured to be taken out of the target vending machine 010 on line.
In another alternative embodiment, the target vending machine 010 stores a current stock quantity B of the target commodity, an online locking quantity C, wherein the online locking quantity C is a quantity of the target commodity that has been sold online and has completed locking at the target vending machine 010 and is waiting for the customer to take goods offline, and the target vending machine 010 calculates a second predicted marketable quantity F2 according to the target locking quantity N after receiving the locking notification message of the target commodity sent from the server, includes: the target vending machine 010 acquires the current stock quantity B and the on-line locking quantity C of the target commodity, and calculates a second predicted marketable quantity F2 of the target commodity according to the current stock quantity B, the on-line locking quantity C and the target locking quantity N of the target commodity, wherein f2=b-C-N.
Further, the commodity vending method may further include: when the target vending machine 010 determines that the second predicted marketable quantity F2 of the target commodity is equal to or smaller than the off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity, the target vending machine 010 issues a notification to the server 020 that the target commodity requires replenishment.
The target vending machine 010 sends a notification that the target commodity needs to be restocked to the server 020 when the second predicted marketable quantity of the target commodity is equal to or smaller than the off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity, so that the server 020 can timely obtain the restocking requirement of the target commodity and notify maintenance personnel to restock as soon as possible, and the phenomenon that a large number of target commodities are seen but not purchased when the off-line customer purchases the commodity on line after the target commodity reserved for the off-line customer is sold is avoided.
Further, when the target vending machine 010 performs off-line goods taking, on-line goods taking, and on-line goods replenishment of the target goods, the current stock quantity B of the target goods is updated, and the updated current stock quantity B of the target goods is uploaded to the server 020, and when the target vending machine 010 performs off-line goods taking, on-line goods locking success, on-line goods selling, of the target goods, the on-line locking quantity C of the target goods is updated, and the updated on-line locking quantity C of the target goods is uploaded to the server 020. The specific updating method of the current stock quantity B and the online locking quantity C of the target commodity can refer to the commodity selling method applied to the server 020 provided in the embodiment of the present application, and will not be described herein again.
In summary, according to the commodity vending method provided by the embodiment of the present application, when receiving the purchase instruction of the online customer, it is determined whether the number of the target commodities that can be currently vended meets the first preset condition (at least including the number of the target commodities that can be currently vended being greater than the offline reserved number D of the target commodities), and only when the number of the target commodities that can be currently vended meets the first preset condition, the online customer is determined to be successful in ordering and the online customer is allowed to pay. Therefore, through the commodity selling method, a certain number of commodities can be reserved for off-line customers when on-line selling is performed, so that the off-line customers can be guaranteed not to see a large number of commodities but not to purchase the commodities due to early purchase of a large number of on-line customers, and the problem of poor customer experience is further solved; further, the server informs the vending machine of the goods purchased by the online customer in advance after the online customer pays successfully, so that the problem that the online customer cannot get the goods on the online vending machine after the online customer pays due to the online overstock of the vending machine can be avoided, and the customer experience is poor. Further, the server of the automatic vending system can timely inform the automatic vending machine of locking the goods after the online customer purchases the goods and finishes payment, and the automatic vending machine can timely transmit the goods data to the server when the inventory quantity and the online locking quantity of the goods change, so that timeliness and accuracy of the goods data synchronization between the server of the automatic vending system and the automatic vending machine are ensured.
The foregoing is merely specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions easily conceivable by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present application should be covered in the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (9)
1. A method for vending articles, applied to a server of a vending system, the vending system further comprising a plurality of vending machines communicatively connected to the server, the method comprising:
when receiving a purchase instruction of an online customer, determining a target vending machine and a target commodity corresponding to the purchase instruction, wherein the target commodity is a commodity corresponding to the purchase instruction in the target vending machine;
acquiring a first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity, wherein the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity is the quantity of the target commodity which can be currently used for marketing;
judging whether the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity meets a first preset condition, wherein the first preset condition at least comprises that the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity is larger than an off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity;
When it is determined that the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity meets the first preset condition, determining that the online customer ordering is successful and allowing the online customer to pay;
the server stores a current stock quantity B of the target commodity, an online locking quantity C and an online to-be-locked quantity E, wherein the online locking quantity C is the quantity of the target commodity which is sold online and is locked on the target vending machine and waits for a customer to take goods offline, and the online to-be-locked quantity E is the quantity of the target commodity which is paid online and is not informed of the locking of the target vending machine; the step of obtaining a first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity includes:
obtaining the current stock quantity B, the online locking quantity C and the online quantity E to be locked of the target commodity, and calculating the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity according to the current stock quantity B, the online locking quantity C and the online quantity E to be locked of the target commodity, wherein F1=B-C-E.
2. The merchandise sales method of claim 1, wherein the first preset condition further comprises: the difference between the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity and the purchase quantity of the target commodity corresponding to the purchase instruction is not smaller than the off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity.
3. The merchandise sales method of claim 1, wherein the merchandise sales method further comprises:
after receiving the information that the online customer pays successfully, determining the target locking quantity N of the target commodity;
sending a locking notification message of the target commodity to the target vending machine; wherein the lock notification message includes the target lock number N;
and when receiving a confirmation message of successful locking returned by the target vending machine within a set time, updating the online locking quantity C of the target commodity according to the confirmation message.
4. The article vending method of claim 3, wherein said step of determining a target locked quantity N of said target article upon receipt of said information that said online customer paid successfully comprises:
after receiving the successful payment information of the online customer, updating the online quantity E to be locked of the target commodity according to the purchase quantity of the target commodity corresponding to the purchase instruction, and setting the target locking quantity N to be equal to the online quantity E to be locked;
the commodity selling method further comprises the following steps: and when receiving a confirmation message of successful locking returned by the target vending machine within a set time, updating the online quantity E to be locked of the target commodity according to the confirmation message.
5. The merchandise sales method of claim 4, further comprising: and when the confirmation message of successful locking returned by the target vending machine is not received within the set time, updating the online quantity E to be locked of the target commodity and initiating a refund request to an online customer corresponding to the current target commodity locking.
6. The merchandise sales method of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the merchandise sales method further comprises:
when it is determined that the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity is equal to or less than the off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity, it is determined that the target commodity requires restocking.
7. A method for selling goods, which is applied to an automatic vending system, wherein the automatic vending system comprises a server and a plurality of automatic vending machines which are in communication connection with the server, and the method for selling goods comprises the following steps:
when receiving a purchase instruction of an online customer, the server determines a target vending machine and a target commodity corresponding to the purchase instruction, acquires a first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity, judges whether the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity meets a first preset condition, and determines that the online customer ordering is successful and allows the online customer to pay when judging that the first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity meets the first preset condition; the first preset condition at least comprises that the first predicted saleable quantity F1 of the target commodity is larger than the off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity; the server stores a current stock quantity B of the target commodity, an online locking quantity C and an online to-be-locked quantity E, wherein the online locking quantity C is the quantity of the target commodity which is sold online and is locked on the target vending machine and waits for a customer to take goods offline, and the online to-be-locked quantity E is the quantity of the target commodity which is paid online and is not informed of the locking of the target vending machine; the step of obtaining a first predicted marketable quantity F1 of the target commodity includes: acquiring the current stock quantity B, the online locking quantity C and the online quantity E to be locked of the target commodity, and calculating the first predicted saleable quantity F1 of the target commodity according to the current stock quantity B, the online locking quantity C and the online quantity E to be locked of the target commodity, wherein F1=B-C-E;
After receiving the successful payment information of the online customer, the server determines the target locking quantity N of the target commodity and sends a locking notification message of the target commodity to the target vending machine; wherein the lock notification message includes the target lock number N;
after receiving the locking notification message of the target commodity sent by the server, the target vending machine calculates a second predicted saleable quantity F2 of the target commodity according to the target locking quantity N, judges whether the second predicted saleable quantity F2 of the target commodity meets a second preset condition, and when judging that the second predicted saleable quantity F2 of the target commodity meets the second preset condition, the target vending machine locks the target commodity and returns a confirmation message of successful locking to the server, otherwise, the target vending machine returns a confirmation message of failure locking to the server, wherein the second predicted saleable quantity F2 of the target commodity is the quantity of the target commodity which can be used for selling after the target vending machine completes locking of the target commodity, and the second preset condition at least comprises that the second predicted saleable quantity F2 of the target commodity is not less than the off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity.
8. The article vending method of claim 7, wherein the step of calculating the second predicted vendable quantity F2 from the target lock quantity N after the target vending machine receives the lock notification message of the target article transmitted from the server comprises:
the target vending machine obtains the current stock quantity B and the on-line locking quantity C of the target commodity, and calculates a second predicted marketable quantity F2 of the target commodity according to the current stock quantity B, the on-line locking quantity C and the target locking quantity N of the target commodity, wherein F2=B-C-N.
9. The merchandise sales method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the merchandise sales method further comprises:
when it is determined that the second predicted marketable quantity F2 of the target commodity is equal to or less than the off-line reserved quantity D of the target commodity, the target vending machine issues a notification to the server that the target commodity requires restocking.
