Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be more fully understood, reference will now be made to the accompanying drawings and specific examples. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a commodity counting method in this embodiment, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, and fig. 5 respectively show a login interface diagram, a management interface diagram, an operation interface diagram, and an information input interface diagram of a mobile phone APP counting system of the commodity counting method in this embodiment, and with reference to fig. 1 to fig. 5, a commodity counting method is applicable to small-scale sales places such as convenience stores and small supermarkets, and this embodiment takes a convenience store inside a gas station as an example, and the convenience store has been divided into corresponding counting areas, which includes A, B and C three counting areas. In these three inventory areas, it is possible to place the same or different types of goods. Of course, the number of inventory zones is increased or decreased depending also on the actual inventory area of the convenience store. The checking method is completed through an APP checking system, a mail processing system and a commodity management system of the mobile phone.
In the mobile phone APP checking system, an administrator account and a checking account are already set in a background of a login account area so as to ensure the data security of the system, wherein the administrator account is kept by a station leader of a gas station, and a password can be modified; the checking account and the password are created by the administrator account and are valid only in the current checking period; at most 6 inventory account numbers can be added, and the inventory of goods is carried out simultaneously.
Compared with a daily checking method in which a special scanning gun needs to be configured, the commodity checking method of the embodiment changes a mobile phone of an android system into commodity checking equipment, and increases the practicability of the method.
The commodity checking is divided into regular checking and temporary checking, wherein the regular checking is monthly checking, and checking documents are uniformly manufactured by a management department; the temporary inventory may be created by the administrator account. The number of temporary checking is not limited, but 2 checking documents which are simultaneously performed cannot exist in the same store, so that the checking data are not repeated.
After acquiring a checking account number and a login password, a checking person logs in an installed APP checking system of a mobile phone, commodity checking work is carried out in a specified checking area, commodity information needing checking is collected, namely the process of S1 is executed, specifically, a mobile phone can scan a commodity bar code or a two-dimensional code, the production date, the effective date or the limited use date of a commodity can also be recorded, the date is identified by the system, if the identification is unsuccessful, time information such as the production date, the effective date or the limited use date (quality guarantee period) of the commodity can also be directly input, and therefore first commodity information of the checking area is obtained and stored in the APP checking system. Like time and date information of batches of commodities already exists in a corresponding system, the APP checking system can prompt information such as a production date, an effective date or a use limiting date which are recently recorded in the commodities so as to improve input efficiency.
In the checking process, if the commodities are placed in different checking areas, when commodity information is input, the system can prompt whether the commodity quantity of the different checking areas is overlapped, and if the superposition is selected, the real-disc quantity of the same commodity at different checking (display) positions can be automatically overlapped and calculated; if the superposition is not selected, the real disk data input for the second time can cover the historical data of the system, and the effect of correcting the real disk data is achieved.
After the checking is completed, the mobile phone APP checking system exports the first commodity information, sends the first commodity information to an administrator mailbox through a mail processing system of an enterprise intranet, and executes the process of S2. Thus, the inventory data cannot be directly uploaded to the commodity management system of the webpage version through the network in consideration of the need of protecting the safety of intranet data of an enterprise. The inventory data is sent through the mail processing system to ensure the safety of the intranet.
The mail processing system and the mobile phone APP checking system are provided with connecting ports and are in communication connection, namely after all checking personnel participating in checking complete physical checking, the mobile phone APP checking system can directly send the checking data to a designated enterprise intranet mailbox through an electronic mail after exporting the checking data, and an S3 procedure is executed. Of course, the administrator can also intervene to manually send the inventory data to the designated intranet mailbox through an electronic mail.
According to the first commodity information listed in the inventory data, the system or the administrator collects the information and then leads the information and the second commodity information recorded on the inventory system into the commodity management system of the webpage version together. The commodity management system automatically performs difference matching between the first commodity information and the second commodity information of the inventory and executes the step S4; if the difference value does not exceed the set threshold value, the counting is finished, and a counting report is further produced.
If the difference value exceeds the set threshold value, the disk is copied, and meanwhile, the system also generates an inventory report. This completes the step S5.
When the disk is copied, the administrator creates a temporary inventory document, allocates an inventory account and an inventory area, and continues to execute the process of S1. The double-disc checking is carried out on the commodities needing checking for the second time, the processes of S2, S3 and S4 are sequentially executed, the system automatically matches the checking data imported for the second time with the checking data imported for the first time, and replaces the number of the duplicated commodity real discs with the real disc data of the double disc so as to check the checking difference again; and finally, an inventory report is generated, and the record of the compound disk is embodied in the inventory report.
In the checking process, the administrator can check information such as the number of checking personnel, the checking time, the number of checked commodities, the batch and the like, and the information can be reflected in the checking report.
After the checking is finished, the administrator can check the commodity return reminding in the near term, such as about 2 months, check the commodity expiration and sale reminding, arrange the commodity processing matters of return and exchange, and avoid missing the return time; the administrator can also arrange the interstation distribution and promotion application of the commodities which are temporarily sold in a delayed way in a centralized manner according to the checking report so as to accelerate the turnover efficiency of the commodities and avoid overstock and overdue risks of the commodities.
