the old-age database is used for inputting and storing the information of the old, wherein the information of the old comprises name, gender, ethnicity, age, identification number and home address;
the nursing staff database is used for inputting and storing nursing staff information, wherein the nursing staff information comprises name, gender, ethnicity, age, identity card number, home address and service skill, and the state of the nursing staff in the nursing staff database is defined according to the real-time state fed back by the nursing staff terminal unit;
the request transfer unit is used for receiving the service requirement information sent by the endowment terminal unit, reading the personal information of the old people in the endowment database according to the account number for sending the information, and sending the personal information of the old people and the service requirement;
the mapping unit is used for receiving the personal information and the service requirements of the old people sent by the request transfer unit, mapping idle nursing staff with corresponding service skills according to the service requirements, then calculating in an idle nursing staff mapping set to obtain a nursing staff with a home address closest to the home address of the old people, generating service assignment information and sending the service assignment information;
the nursing staff terminal unit is used for independently logging in the nursing account registered with the nursing staff information in advance, receiving the service assignment information sent by the mapping unit, completing the service within the specified time according to the assignment information, and selecting the real-time state of the nursing staff terminal unit according to the self condition: idle state, in-service state, and offline state, and feeds back its own state to the caregiver database.

The internet + -based regional rural endowment method of claim 1, wherein a 1+18+ N regional rural endowment model is formed according to different regional endowment requirements, based on the internet technology, home community endowment service centers are established in 18 villages and towns, and simultaneously N service sites are established with a radius of 2.4 kilometers to form a grid layout, thereby providing personalized services for the elderly with different requirements.
3. The internet + -based regional rural endowment method of claim 1, wherein the caregiver can complete the on-line completion of the work order on the caregiver terminal unit.
4. The internet + -based regional rural endowment method of claim 1, wherein the caregiver terminal unit and the endowment terminal unit are registered using face recognition.
5. The internet + -based regional rural elderly care method of claim 1, wherein the distance between the caregiver and the elderly is calculated in the mapping unit by using GPS positioning.

The Internet + -based regional rural endowment method of claim 1, wherein a three-level hospital + rural health hospital + rural medical care system is established, remote medical diagnosis technology is integrated, and expert consultation and bidirectional referral are provided for the elderly in home and community endowment; perfects the health management, chronic disease management and other public health services of the old.
7. The internet + -based regional rural endowment method of claim 1, wherein the caregiver terminal unit and the endowment terminal unit can be installed on the mobile phone in the mobile phone APP format; the old people can also adopt a telephone mode to meet the service requirement.
8. An internet + -based regional rural endowment method according to claim 1, wherein the elderly can be evaluated on the endowment terminal unit according to the quality of service of the caregiver.
