In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a certificate image uploading method, and the execution subject is the server.
Referring to the flowchart of the document image uploading method shown in fig. 2, the document image uploading method provided in this embodiment may include the following specific steps:
step 100, acquiring a certificate image to be uploaded to a database.
In step 100 described above, in order for the server to obtain the document image to be uploaded to the database, the worker may place the document for which the document image is to be uploaded in the image acquisition area of the image acquisition device.
The image acquisition equipment can detect the image in the image acquisition area in real time, detect certificates placed in the image acquisition area, execute image acquisition operation when detecting that the certificates appear in the image acquisition area, thereby obtaining certificate images to be uploaded to the database, and send certificate image acquisition instructions to the server, so that the server learns that the certificate images are acquired by the image acquisition equipment.
And after receiving the certificate image acquisition instruction sent by the image acquisition equipment, the server acquires the certificate image to be uploaded to the database from the image acquisition equipment.
The image acquisition device can adopt any target recognition technology in the prior art to recognize and detect the certificates placed in the image acquisition area, and the description is omitted here.
102, identifying the certificate type of the certificate corresponding to the certificate image and the certificate identification code in the certificate image; the certificate identification code is a character string for uniquely identifying the certificate.
The certificate identification code may be, but is not limited to: invoice number on the invoice, and frame number on the license and pass are purchased by the vehicle.
In the step 102, the certificate type of the certificate corresponding to the certificate image may be identified through OCR technology. The specific implementation process is the prior art and will not be described in detail here.
In order to identify the document identification code in the document image, the above step 102 may be performed as follows steps (1) to (4):
(1) Detecting a certificate area in the certificate image to obtain the certificate area in the certificate image;
(2) Detecting the area where the certificate identification code is located from the certificate area;
(3) Detecting characters in the area where the certificate identification code is located to obtain the display direction of the characters in the area where the certificate identification code is located currently, and rotating the certificate image when the display direction of the characters in the area where the certificate identification code is located is not consistent with the display direction of the certificate image after the characters are uploaded to the database, so that the display direction of the characters in the area where the certificate identification code is located after the rotation is consistent with the display direction of the certificate image after the characters are uploaded to the database;
(4) And identifying the certificate identification code of the vehicle to which the certificate image belongs from the certificate area of which the display direction of the characters is consistent with the display direction of the certificate image after the characters are uploaded to the database.
In the step (1), the server detects the document area in the document image by using a target detection technology, so as to detect the document area in the document image. And determining the certificate type and the certificate direction in the image, and roughly correcting the certificate direction.
This step is mainly implemented using object detection techniques. The target detection technology is mainly used for detecting whether targets to be detected exist in the image or not. When the certificate type is detected by the target detection technology, different certificate types can be preset, so that after the target detection technology is used, the certificate area of the certificate in the image can be detected, and the certificate type of the certificate can be determined.
Meanwhile, in order to roughly correct the direction of the certificate, when an identification model based on a target detection technology is trained, the forward certificate and the certificates rotating 90 degrees, 180 degrees and 270 degrees on the forward basis are trained into different categories, and then the server can determine the approximate direction of the certificate according to the detected categories after carrying out target detection on the certificate image through the identification model. Such as whether the direction of the document image is forward or has a rotation angle of approximately 90 degrees, 180 degrees, or 270 degrees from forward. When it is determined that the direction of the document image and the forward direction have a rotation angle of approximately 90 degrees, 180 degrees or 270 degrees, the document image is rotated based on the determined direction of the document image and the forward rotation angle, and coarse correction of the document image is performed. The coarsely rectified document image may also have a small magnitude of tilt, but the general direction is forward.
The forward direction refers to the display direction of the certificate image.
The certificate area is used for indicating an image area where the certificate is located in the certificate image.
The target detection technology may be any technology in the prior art that can detect a specific area in an image (for example, a master rcnn, yolo, ssd, etc.), so as to detect a document area in the document image, which is not described herein.
In the step (2), the server identifies the position of the tag of the identification code of the certificate from the certificate area by the target detection technology, and detects the area of the identification code of the certificate from the certificate area by the prior knowledge stored in the server in advance (that is, the number of characters of the identification code and the pixel size of the area occupied by each character) based on the identified position of the tag of the identification code of the certificate, and moving backwards by a certain distance in the character display direction of the identification code (the moving distance is determined by the number of characters of the identification code of the certificate and the pixel size of the area occupied by each character).
Here, the tag of the certificate identification code is the name of the certificate identification code.
In the step (3), in one embodiment, the server may use any existing text detection method (such as ctpn, east, seglink, etc.) to detect the characters in the area where the identification code of the certificate is located, so as to obtain a quadrilateral frame closely attached to the characters in the area where the identification code of the certificate is located and four end coordinates of the quadrilateral frame, where the quadrilateral frame is along the text direction and closely attached to the text. According to the four end coordinates of the quadrangular frame, the server can calculate the inclination angle between the boundary formed by any two adjacent end points in the quadrangular frame and the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 3, and take the calculated inclination angle as the inclination angle of the character of the certificate identification code, so that the display direction of the character in the certificate identification code can be secondarily corrected according to the inclination angle of the character of the certificate identification code.
The arrow indicates the direction, which can be the extending direction of any coordinate axis (coordinate system X axis or coordinate system Y axis) in rectangular coordinates established by the server during the processing of the certificate image; the arrow indicates a direction for representing a display direction of the document image.
The quadrilateral frame closely attached to the characters in the area where the certificate identification code is located is an image subarea which only contains the characters used for representing the certificate identification code in the certificate image.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic diagram that the display direction of the characters in the document area (the document area includes the area where the document identification code is located) is identical to the display direction of the document image (i.e., the direction indicated by the arrow). In order to facilitate the staff to look up the identification code of the document in the document image transferred to the database, it is necessary to ensure that the display direction of the characters in the area where the identification code of the document is located is consistent with the display direction of the document image. The arrangement direction of the characters in the document image shows the display direction of the characters in all the labels in the document area, and the arrow indication direction in fig. 3 shows the display direction of the document image after uploading to the database.
All tags in the credential area, including but not limited to: certificate identification code, certificate name and certificate validity period.
In one embodiment, in order to make the display direction of the characters in the area where the document identification code is located coincide with the display direction of the document image, it is necessary that the boundary of the area where the document identification code is located in the horizontal direction is perpendicular to the arrow indication direction.
When the boundary of the area where the certificate identification code is located in the horizontal direction is not perpendicular to the arrow indication direction, the server can determine that the display direction of the characters in the certificate area is inconsistent with the display direction of the certificate image. And then the certificate image can be rotated according to the included angle between the side frame of the region where the certificate identification code is positioned in the horizontal direction and the direction indicated by the arrow, so that the display direction of the characters in the rotated certificate region is consistent with the display direction of the certificate image.
The characters in the area of the certificate identification code are the characters used for representing the certificate identification code.
Of course, any other inclination angle determining method in the prior art may be used to determine whether the display direction of the characters in the document area is consistent with the display direction of the document image after the characters are uploaded to the database, which will not be described in detail herein.
In the step (4), the server may identify the certificate identification code of the vehicle to which the certificate image belongs from the certificate area in which the display direction of the character is identical to the display direction of the certificate image after uploading to the database by combining the DenseNet with the CTC technology. The identification method of the certificate identification code can use any existing character identification method, and is not repeated here.
The relevant programs of the text detection technologies such as ctpn, east, seglink and the like run in the server and are used for detecting characters in the area where the identification code of the certificate is located.
After identifying the credential type of the credential corresponding to the credential image and the credential identification code in the credential image via step 102 above, the uploading of the credential image may continue with step 104 below.
Step 104, when it is determined that the certificate image of the certificate type needs to be uploaded based on the certificate identification code, uploading the certificate image to a database.
Specifically, in order to upload the document image, the above step 104 may perform the following specific steps (1) to (3):
(1) Inquiring vehicle information with the certificate identification code;
(2) Acquiring a certificate image uploading state identifier of the certificate type carried in the vehicle information;
(3) When the certificate image uploading state identification of the certificate type indicates that the certificate image of the certificate type is in an un-uploading state, determining that the certificate image needs to be uploaded, and uploading the certificate image to a database.
In the step (1), the server searches the database for the vehicle information having the certificate identification code according to the identified certificate identification code.
In the step (2), the certificate image uploading state identifier is used for indicating that the certificate image of the certificate type associated with the certificate image uploading state identifier is in an un-uploaded state or an uploaded state.
In one embodiment, the document image upload status identifier may be 0 or 1.
And when the certificate image uploading state identifier is 0, indicating that the certificate image of the certificate type associated with the certificate image uploading state identifier is in an unoccupied state. And when the certificate image uploading state identifier is 1, the certificate image used for indicating the certificate of the certificate type associated with the certificate image uploading state identifier is in the uploaded state.
In the step (3), when uploading the certificate image to a database, the server sends the certificate identification code, the certificate type and the certificate image to the database, so that the database stores the certificate image in the vehicle information of the vehicle to which the certificate identification code belongs according to the certificate identification code; and according to the certificate type, the certificate image uploading state identification corresponding to the certificate type is changed from the never uploading state to the uploaded state. Thus, the uploading operation of the certificate image is completed.
In summary, in the method for uploading the document image provided in the embodiment, after the document image to be uploaded is obtained, the document type of the corresponding document of the document image to be uploaded and the document identification code in the document image are identified, and when the document image is determined to be uploaded based on the document identification code, the document image is uploaded to the database.
