An embodiment of the present invention provides a non-volatile computer storage medium, where the non-volatile computer storage medium stores computer-executable instructions, where the computer-executable instructions are configured to enable a computer to perform the steps of the method for issuing an electronic invoice, such as performing step 201 shown in fig. 2: receiving an invoice issuing request sent by a client, wherein the invoice issuing request carries a running water number generated by the client and a tax control equipment identifier obtained by the client; step 202: judging whether the serial number is recorded in the association database, if so, executing step 203: determining whether a corresponding electronic invoice is issued for the serial number or not based on whether the index number and the invoice identifier associated with the serial number are recorded in the association database or not; if not, go to step 204: controlling the tax control equipment corresponding to the tax control equipment identification to make a corresponding electronic invoice aiming at the serial number, generating an index number, and establishing an association relation between the serial number and the index number and the invoice identification of the electronic invoice in the association database.

Having described the tax control systems, methods, apparatus and non-volatile computer storage media of exemplary embodiments of the present invention, an electronic device for electronic invoicing of exemplary embodiments of the present invention is described next. An embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device for issuing an electronic invoice, and referring to fig. 5, the electronic device may include: memory 501, processor 502 and a computer program stored on memory 501, which when executed by processor 502, implement the steps of the above-described method of issuing electronic invoices, such as implementing step 201 as shown in fig. 2: receiving an invoice issuing request sent by a client, wherein the invoice issuing request carries a running water number generated by the client and a tax control equipment identifier obtained by the client; step 202: judging whether the serial number is recorded in the association database, if so, executing step 203: determining whether a corresponding electronic invoice is issued for the serial number or not based on whether the index number and the invoice identifier associated with the serial number are recorded in the association database or not; if not, go to step 204: controlling the tax control equipment corresponding to the tax control equipment identification to make a corresponding electronic invoice aiming at the serial number, generating an index number, and establishing an association relation between the serial number and the index number and the invoice identification of the electronic invoice in the association database.
Preferably, the memory 501 may include Read Only Memory (ROM) and Random Access Memory (RAM), and the processor 502 may be a parallel processor.
Preferably, the electronic device for electronic invoice presentment in the sixth embodiment of the present invention may further include an input device 503, an output device 504, and the like. Input devices 503 may include a stylus, keyboard, mouse, touch screen, etc.; the output device 504 may include a Display device such as a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a touch screen, or the like. The memory 501, the processor 502, the input device 503 and the output device 504 may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 5 only illustrates the connection by a bus.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, a server of an electronic invoice issuing platform receives an invoice issuing request sent by a client, where the invoice issuing request carries a serial number generated by the client and a tax control device identifier obtained by the client; judging whether a serial number is recorded in the association database; if so, determining whether a corresponding electronic invoice is made for the serial number or not based on whether the index number and the invoice identifier associated with the serial number are recorded in the association database or not; if not, controlling the tax control equipment corresponding to the tax control equipment identification to make a corresponding electronic invoice aiming at the serial number, generating the index number, and establishing an association relation among the serial number, the index number and the invoice identification of the electronic invoice in the association database. Therefore, by establishing the association relation among the serial number, the index number and the invoice identifier in the association database and carrying the generated serial number when the invoice issuing request is sent, whether the corresponding electronic invoice has been issued for the serial number can be determined by using whether the index number and the invoice identifier associated with the serial number are recorded in the association database before the electronic invoice is issued, the risk of repeated issuing of the electronic invoice is effectively avoided, and the effectiveness of issuing the electronic invoice is improved.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the embodiments of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the embodiments of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to encompass such modifications and variations.

Claims (14)

1. The method for issuing the electronic invoice is applied to a server side of an electronic invoice issuing platform and comprises the following steps:
establishing an association relation among the serial number, the index number and the invoice identifier in an association database;
receiving an invoice issuing request sent by a client, wherein the invoice issuing request carries a running water number generated by the client and a tax control equipment identifier obtained by the client;
judging whether the serial number is recorded in the association database;
if yes, determining whether a corresponding electronic invoice has been issued for the serial number based on whether an index number and an invoice identifier associated with the serial number are recorded in the association database, including: if the index number and the invoice identification which are associated with the serial number are recorded in the association database, acquiring the electronic invoice corresponding to the index number and the invoice identification from the tax control equipment; if the index number and the invoice identifier associated with the serial number are not recorded in the association database, determining whether a corresponding electronic invoice is issued for the serial number based on whether the index number and the invoice identifier associated with the serial number are recorded in the tax control equipment; determining whether a corresponding electronic invoice has been issued for the serial number based on whether an index number and an invoice identification associated with the serial number are recorded in the tax control device, including: reading the last serial number which is associated with the index number and is before the serial number from the association database, and taking the read serial number as a target serial number; acquiring invoice identifications and index numbers corresponding to N serial numbers with the target serial number as a start from the tax control equipment, wherein the value of N is the difference value between the target serial number and the serial number; judging whether the index numbers and the invoice identifications corresponding to the serial numbers exist in the index numbers and the invoice identifications corresponding to the N serial numbers; if so, when the electronic invoice associated with the index number and the invoice identifier is acquired in the tax control equipment, determining that a corresponding electronic invoice is issued for the serial number; if not, determining that the corresponding electronic invoice is not issued aiming at the serial number;
if not, controlling tax control equipment corresponding to the tax control equipment identification to make a corresponding electronic invoice aiming at the serial number, generating an index number, and establishing an association relation between the serial number and the index number as well as the invoice identification of the electronic invoice in the association database.
2. The method of issuing recited in claim 1, wherein before controlling the tax control device corresponding to the tax control device identification to issue a corresponding electronic invoice for the serial number, further comprising:
acquiring an invoice identifier from the tax control equipment, and establishing an association relation between the invoice identifier and the serial number in the association database when the invoice identifier is determined not to be recorded in the association database.
3. A method as recited in claim 2, further comprising:
when the invoice identifier is determined to be recorded in the association database, judging whether an index number associated with the invoice identifier is recorded in the association database;
if yes, acquiring an electronic invoice associated with the index number from the tax control equipment;
and if not, deleting the invoice identifier recorded in the associated database.
4. The opening method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to generating the index number:
and reading an invoice mark from the tax control equipment as a comparison invoice mark, and confirming that the tax control equipment has successfully made an electronic invoice when the comparison invoice mark is determined to be different from the invoice mark.
5. The opening method of claim 4, further comprising:
and when the compared invoice identification is determined to be the same as the invoice identification, the tax control equipment is determined to have failed to issue the electronic invoice, and the association relation between the invoice identification and the serial number established in the association database is deleted.
6. The method of issuing a draft according to claim 2, wherein establishing an association between said serial number and said index number and an invoice identifier of said electronic invoice in said association database comprises:
and adding the index number to the incidence relation between the invoice identifier and the serial number established in the association database to obtain the incidence relation between the serial number and the index number and the invoice identifier.

when determining whether a corresponding electronic invoice has been issued for the serial number based on whether the index number and the invoice identifier associated with the serial number are recorded in the association database, the determining unit is specifically configured to: if the index number and the invoice identification which are associated with the serial number are recorded in the association database, acquiring the electronic invoice corresponding to the index number and the invoice identification from the tax control equipment; if the index number and the invoice identifier associated with the serial number are not recorded in the association database, determining whether a corresponding electronic invoice is issued for the serial number based on whether the index number and the invoice identifier associated with the serial number are recorded in the tax control equipment;
when determining whether a corresponding electronic invoice has been issued for the serial number based on whether the index number and the invoice identifier associated with the serial number are recorded in the fiscal device, the determining unit is specifically configured to: reading the last serial number which is associated with the index number and is before the serial number from the association database, and taking the read serial number as a target serial number; acquiring invoice identifications and index numbers corresponding to N serial numbers with the target serial number as a start from the tax control equipment, wherein the value of N is the difference value between the target serial number and the serial number; judging whether the index numbers and the invoice identifications corresponding to the serial numbers exist in the index numbers and the invoice identifications corresponding to the N serial numbers; if so, when the electronic invoice associated with the index number and the invoice identifier is acquired in the tax control equipment, determining that a corresponding electronic invoice is issued for the serial number; if not, determining that the corresponding electronic invoice is not issued aiming at the serial number.
