Abstract
The invention relates to a memory slot with good contact and small abrasion, which comprises a base provided with a mounting groove, wherein an elastomer is arranged on at least one side of the mounting groove, the lower end of the elastomer is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting groove, the upper end of the elastomer is a free end, the elastomer is bent and bulges towards the center of the mounting groove, a conductive sheet contacted with a golden finger of a memory strip is arranged on one side of the elastomer, which is close to the center of the mounting groove, and a plurality of dust scraping grooves are arranged on one side of the conductive sheet contacted with the golden finger from top to bottom. The invention solves the problems of poor contact and great abrasion of the memory strip and the slot by arranging the elastic body and the dust scraping groove.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to a memory bank slot with good contact and small abrasion and a server.
Background
The golden finger on the memory bar is used as a connecting part between the memory bar and the slot, all signals are transmitted through the golden finger, and the golden finger consists of a plurality of golden yellow conductive contact pieces which are arranged like fingers, so the golden finger is called as a golden finger. The invention has the beneficial effects that:
by arranging the elastic body, the elastic body is bent and bulges towards the center of the mounting groove, after the memory strip is inserted into the mounting groove, the bending degree of the elastic body is reduced or the elastic body is flat after the elastic body is extruded by the memory strip, so that the elastic body clamps the memory strip, and the situation of loose contact failure of the memory strip can not occur;
through setting up a plurality of dust scraping grooves on the conducting strip, when inserting or extracting the memory bank, the dust scraping groove can form the scraping effect to the golden finger of memory bank, makes dust and oxide film on the working face of golden finger and slot scraped off, makes the contact better;
through the elastomer that sets up and scrape dirt groove, when this two technical characteristics combined, insert or extract the memory strip, because the elastomer crooked change that appears, the root elasticity ratio of the dirt tooth that scrapes that forms between two dirt grooves of conducting strip simultaneously is great, mainly appears as interlock mode extrusion together or throw off between golden finger and the conducting strip, and the whole wearing and tearing can be littleer when this kind of interlock contact plug for this slot and memory strip are more durable.

Detailed Description

In a first embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a memory bank slot with good contact and small abrasion includes a base 1 provided with a mounting groove, and a first elastic body 2 and a second elastic body 4 are provided on both sides of the mounting groove. The lower ends of the first elastic body 2 and the second elastic body 4 are fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting groove, and can be bonded or physically spliced. The upper ends of the first elastic body 2 and the second elastic body 4 are free ends, and the first elastic body 2 and the second elastic body 4 are bent and bulge towards the center of the mounting groove. The first elastomer 2 is provided with the first conducting strip 3 that contacts with the golden finger of memory strip on being close to the side of the center of mounting groove, and the second elastomer 4 is provided with the second conducting strip 5 that contacts with the golden finger of memory strip on being close to the side of the center of mounting groove, and the one side that contacts with the golden finger on the first conducting strip 3 equipartition is provided with a plurality of first dust scraping grooves 31 from top to bottom, and the one side that contacts with the golden finger on the second conducting strip 5 equipartition is provided with a plurality of second dust scraping grooves 51 from top to bottom.
Fig. 3 is a view of the situation that the memory bank 6 is inserted into the slot, referring to fig. 2, the memory bank 6 includes a memory bank body 61, a gold finger 62 is disposed on the memory bank body 61, the gold finger 62 on the left side contacts the first conductive sheet 3, and the gold finger 62 on the right side contacts the second conductive sheet 5. The first elastic body 2 and the second elastic body 4 are bent and bulge towards the center of the mounting groove, after the memory bar 6 is inserted into the mounting groove, the first elastic body 2 and the second elastic body 4 are extruded by the memory bar 6 and then form straight shapes, so that the first elastic body 2 and the second elastic body 4 clamp the memory bar 6, and the situation of loose contact failure of the memory bar 6 cannot occur.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the structures on both sides of the mounting groove are symmetrically arranged with respect to the center of the mounting groove. Through setting up a plurality of first dust grooves 31 of scraping on first conducting strip 3, set up a plurality of second dust grooves 51 of scraping on second conducting strip 5, when inserting or extracting memory bank 6, first dust groove 31 of scraping and second dust groove 51 can form the effect of scraping to the golden finger 62 of memory bank 6 for dust and oxide film on the working face of golden finger 62 and slot are scraped, make the contact better.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the first elastic body 2 is matched with the first dust scraping groove 31, the second elastic body 4 is matched with the second dust scraping groove 51, when the memory bar 6 is inserted or pulled out, the bending of the first elastic body 2 and the second elastic body 4 changes, meanwhile, the root elasticity of the dust scraping teeth formed between the two first dust scraping grooves 31 of the first conductive sheet 3 is relatively large, the golden finger 62 and the first conductive sheet 3 are mainly extruded together or separated in a snap-in mode, and similarly, the golden finger 62 and the second conductive sheet 5 are mainly extruded together or separated in a snap-in mode, so that the overall abrasion is smaller when the snap-in contact is plugged in or pulled out, and the slot and the memory bar 6 are more durable.
As shown in fig. 4-6, a plurality of protruding blocks 21 are arranged on one side of the first elastic body 2 near the center of the mounting groove, and grooves 32 matched with the protruding blocks 21 are correspondingly arranged on the first conductive sheet 3. When the first conductive sheet 3 is adhered to the first elastic body 2, the bump 21 is inserted into the groove 32, so that the first conductive sheet 3 is not easy to fall off from the first elastic body 2. The protruding blocks 21 are uniformly distributed from top to bottom along one side of the first elastic body 2.
Further, the head of the bump 21 is provided with a barb crown 211, and the bottom of the groove 32 is provided with an expansion cavity 321. When the bump 21 is inserted into the groove 32, the barb crown 211 is clamped in the expansion cavity 321, so that the first conductive sheet 3 is fixed on the first elastic body 2 more firmly. The top of the barbed crown 211 is chamfered to form a tapered top 212 to facilitate the smooth insertion of the tab 21 into the recess 32.
The second conductive sheet 5 and the first conductive sheet 3 have the same structure, and the second elastic body 4 and the first elastic body 2 have the same structure.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the first embodiment is provided with the first elastic body 2, the first conductive sheet 3, the second elastic body 4 and the second conductive sheet 5 symmetrically at both sides of the installation groove, the second embodiment is provided with the first elastic body 2 and the first conductive sheet 3 which have the same structure as the first embodiment only at the left side of the installation groove, the second conductive sheet 5 is directly arranged on the wall of the installation groove in a conventional manner at the right side of the installation groove, and the golden finger is in contact with the second conductive sheet 5, as shown in fig. 7. A second dust scraping groove 51 may be further disposed on the second conductive sheet 5 to form a scraping effect on the gold finger 62 of the memory bank 6, as shown in fig. 8.
It will be understood that modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art from the foregoing description, and it is intended that all such modifications and variations be included within the scope of the following claims.
Claims (8)
1. The memory slot with good contact and small abrasion comprises a base provided with a mounting groove, and is characterized in that an elastomer is arranged on at least one side of the mounting groove, the lower end of the elastomer is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting groove, the upper end of the elastomer is a free end, the elastomer is in a bent shape and bulges towards the center of the mounting groove, a conducting strip contacted with a golden finger of a memory strip is arranged on one side of the elastomer, which is close to the center of the mounting groove, and a plurality of dust scraping grooves are formed in one side of the conducting strip contacted with the golden finger from top to bottom;
a plurality of protruding blocks are arranged on one side, close to the center of the mounting groove, of the elastic body, and grooves matched with the protruding blocks are correspondingly arranged on the conducting plates;
an elastic body is arranged on one side of the mounting groove, and a conductive sheet is directly arranged on the other side of the mounting groove.
2. The memory bank slot with good contact and low wear as in claim 1, wherein said tab head is provided with a barbed crown and said groove bottom is provided with an enlarged cavity that mates with said barbed crown.
3. The well-contacted and low wear memory stick socket of claim 2 wherein said inverted crown top chamfer forms a tapered top.
4. The well-contacted and low-wear memory stick socket of claim 1 wherein said plurality of bumps are uniformly distributed from top to bottom along one side of said elastomer.
5. The memory bank slot with good contact and small abrasion according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of dust scraping grooves are uniformly distributed on the conductive sheet from top to bottom.
6. The memory stick socket of claim 1, wherein the elastic body is disposed on both sides of the mounting groove, and the structures on both sides of the mounting groove are symmetrically disposed with respect to the center of the mounting groove.
7. The memory bank slot with good contact and small abrasion according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of dust scraping grooves are provided from top to bottom on a conductive sheet directly provided on the other side of the mounting groove.
8. A server provided with a well-contacted and less worn memory stick socket as claimed in any one of claims 1-7.
