The method can accurately evaluate the freezing and sticking strength of the surface of the fabric and has great significance for developing the fabric with ice-repelling performance. Related researches in China also do not have exploration in the aspect, the proposed method is mostly applied to the evaluation of the anti-icing performance of the surface of the rigid material, and the evaluation method for the anti-icing performance of the surface of the flexible material is complex to operate and has large errors. There is currently no accepted method for testing fabric surface freeze-thaw strength.

1) fixing two long ends of a fabric to be tested on fixing spines of a sample fixing plate (1-2-1) in a sample clamp (1), and tightening the fabric to be tested by rotating a lifting knob (1-2-4);
2) fixing two short ends of a fabric to be detected on fixing spines of a sample supporting frame (1-3) in a sample clamp (1);
3) placing the icing cup (2) on the icing cup holder (3) with the cup mouth facing upwards, and adding a preset amount of distilled water into the icing cup body (2-3) of the icing cup (2);
4) the sample clamp (1) with the fabric sample to be tested is buckled on the cup mouth of the icing cup (2) in an inverted mode, and the fabric sample to be tested is kept in contact with the surface of distilled water;
5) placing the test device in an environment at-20 ℃ for freezing;
6) and after freezing for a preset time, taking out the testing device, and respectively installing the clamp handle (1-1) on the sample clamp (1) and the flexible clamp handle (2-1-1) on the fabric normal freezing adhesion strength testing clamp handle (2-1) on an upper clamp and a lower clamp of a universal strength machine for tensile testing, wherein the obtained data is the normal freezing adhesion strength of the fabric to be tested.
8. A fabric surface freeze-adhesion strength test method applied to the fabric surface freeze-adhesion strength test device according to claims 1 to 6, the test method comprising:
1) placing the icing cup (2) on the icing cup holder (3) with the cup mouth facing upwards, and adding a preset amount of distilled water into the icing cup body (2-3) of the icing cup (2);
2) flatly placing the fabric to be tested on the cup mouth of the icing cup (2), keeping the fabric sample to be tested in contact with the surface of distilled water, and enabling the fabric to be tested to at least have a free end which extends out of the cup mouth of the icing cup (2) and is opposite to the fabric tangential freezing and sticking strength test clamping handle (2-2);
3) placing the test device in an environment at-20 ℃ for freezing;
4) and after freezing for a preset time, taking out the testing device, and respectively installing the free end of the fabric to be tested and the fabric tangential freezing and bonding strength testing clamp handle (2-2) on an upper clamp and a lower clamp of a universal strength machine for tensile force testing, wherein the obtained data is the normal freezing and bonding strength of the fabric to be tested.
