Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a method and a system for determining the starting frequency of an air conditioner.
Background
When the air conditioning system is in a refrigeration mode, a refrigerant reaches an outdoor unit condenser through a four-way valve by a compressor, enters the indoor side through the throttling action of an electronic expansion valve of the outdoor unit, enters an evaporator for heat exchange through the throttling action of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit, then enters the outdoor side, flows into a gas-liquid separator through the four-way valve again, and finally flows back to the compressor to form a complete refrigeration cycle.
Generally, in order to rapidly circulate a refrigerant in an air conditioning system to participate in cooling or heating of an air conditioner, a compressor is generally started at a maximum starting frequency in a soft start stage. However, when the air conditioning system is refrigerating, under the condition of high outdoor environment temperature, especially under the working condition of T3, the outdoor environment temperature can reach 40-50 ℃ at the highest, and at this time, because the condensation effect of the condenser is limited, if the starting frequency is high, the discharge pressure of the compressor is too high, the high-pressure switch is easily disconnected to perform shutdown protection on the air conditioner, so that the problem that the air conditioning system cannot be normally started is caused, and the normal use of a user is influenced.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new method and system for determining the starting frequency of an air conditioner to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the conventional air conditioning system cannot be normally started under the condition of high outdoor environment temperature, the present invention provides a method and a system for determining the starting frequency of an air conditioner, so that the air conditioner can be normally started under the condition of high outdoor temperature without failure.
The invention provides a method for determining the starting frequency of an air conditioner, which comprises the following steps: acquiring an actual temperature value of an outdoor environment; comparing the actual temperature value with a preset first temperature threshold value and a preset second temperature threshold value, wherein the first temperature threshold value is smaller than the second temperature threshold value; and determining a starting frequency of the air conditioner based on the result of the comparison.
As a preferable technical solution of the method for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner provided by the present invention, the determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner based on the comparison result includes: and if the actual temperature value is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value, determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner as a first starting frequency.

As a preferable technical solution of the method for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner provided by the present invention, the functional relationship is used to represent a general trend that the starting frequency decreases with an increase of the actual temperature value.
As a preferable technical solution of the method for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner provided by the present invention, the determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner based on the comparison result includes: and if the actual temperature value is greater than or equal to the second temperature threshold value, determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner as 0.
In addition, the invention correspondingly provides a system for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner, which comprises the following steps: the system comprises an acquisition module, a control module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring an actual temperature value of an outdoor environment; the comparison module is used for comparing the actual temperature value with a preset first temperature threshold and a preset second temperature threshold, and the first temperature threshold is smaller than the second temperature threshold; a determination module for determining a start frequency of the air conditioner based on a result of the comparison.
As a preferable technical solution of the system for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner provided by the present invention, the determining module determines the starting frequency of the air conditioner based on the comparison result by: and if the actual temperature value is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value, determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner as a first starting frequency.
As a preferable technical solution of the system for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner provided by the present invention, the determining module determines the starting frequency of the air conditioner based on the comparison result by: and if the actual temperature value is between the first temperature threshold value and the second temperature threshold value, determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner according to a preset functional relation that the starting frequency changes along with the actual temperature value.
As a preferred technical solution of the system for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner provided by the present invention, the functional relationship is used to represent a general trend that the starting frequency decreases with an increase in the actual temperature value.
As a preferable technical solution of the system for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner provided by the present invention, the determining module determines the starting frequency of the air conditioner based on the comparison result by: and if the actual temperature value is greater than or equal to the second temperature threshold value, determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner as 0.
According to the method and the system for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner, the obtained actual temperature value of the outdoor environment is compared with the preset first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold, and the starting frequency of the air conditioner is determined based on the comparison result. Therefore, the starting frequency of the air conditioner is respectively determined according to the actual temperature values of different outdoor environments, so that the air conditioner can be normally started under the condition of higher outdoor temperature without failure, the performance of the air conditioner is further optimized, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Further, according to the method and system for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner, when the actual temperature value of the outdoor environment is between the first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold, the starting frequency of the air conditioner is determined according to a preset functional relation that the starting frequency changes along with the actual temperature value, and the functional relation is used for representing a general trend that the starting frequency decreases along with the increase of the actual temperature value. Therefore, when the actual temperature value of the outdoor environment exceeds the first temperature threshold value, the air conditioner can still be ensured to be started quickly at the highest frequency as possible along with the increase of the actual temperature value of the outdoor environment.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present embodiment is described in connection with the air conditioning system shown in fig. 4, this is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and those skilled in the art may apply the present invention to air conditioning systems having other structures without departing from the principles of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, when the air conditioning system performs a cooling mode, the d end of the four-way valve is connected to the c end, and the e end is connected to the s end, the refrigerant coming out of the compressor 1 reaches the outdoor unit condenser 5 through the four-way valve 4, enters the indoor side after passing through the throttling action of the outdoor unit electronic expansion valve 6, enters the evaporator 8 for heat exchange through the throttling action of the indoor unit electronic expansion valve 7, then enters the outdoor side, passes through the four-way valve 4 again, flows into the gas-liquid separator 10, and finally flows back to the compressor 1, thereby completing a complete cooling cycle. Wherein, a high pressure sensor 2 and a high pressure switch 3 are arranged between the compressor 1 and the four-way valve, and a low pressure sensor 9 is connected with the refrigerant inlet side of the gas-liquid separator 10.
Generally, in order to make the refrigerant in the air conditioning system rapidly circulate to participate in the cooling or heating of the air conditioner, the frequency of the compressor 1 in the soft start stage is generally set to be relatively high and is a fixed value (e.g. 40Hz), when the air conditioning system cools under the condition of relatively high outdoor environment temperature, because the condensation effect of the condenser 5 is limited, if the start frequency still adopts 40Hz, the discharge pressure of the compressor 1 detected by the high-pressure sensor 2 is too high, and the high-pressure switch 3 is easily disconnected to cause the air conditioning system to enter the shutdown protection.
Taking the refrigerant R410A as an example, the off value of the high-pressure switch is generally 4.15MPa, and the corresponding saturation temperature is 64.7 ℃. When the outdoor environment temperature is high, the pressure of the refrigerant in the air conditioning system is correspondingly increased.
Generally, air conditioners are generally classified into three types: a cold air type, a heat pump type, an electric heating type, and the like. The range of ambient temperatures to which they are applied varies from climate to climate. According to the regulations of the national standard GB/T7725-1996 Room air conditioner, the climate types are divided into three categories, namely T1, T2 and T3. The T3 climate type air conditioner has the highest working environment temperature of 52 ℃ and can adapt to tropical climate, so the air conditioner is called as a tropical type air conditioner; t2 climate type air conditioners are called cold zone type air conditioners; the T1 climate type air conditioner is called a temperate air conditioner.
Taking an air conditioner with the climate type T3 as an example, when the specified highest air conditioner can operate the outdoor environment temperature at 52 ℃, the corresponding system pressure is 3.2 MPa. If the starting frequency of the compressor is set unreasonably (for example, the starting frequency is still 40Hz), the exhaust pressure 2 can easily reach 4.15MPa, and further the high-pressure switch 3 is triggered to break down, so that the empty system can not be started normally, and normal use of a user is affected.
In order to solve the above problem in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the conventional air conditioning system cannot be normally started under the condition of a high outdoor ambient temperature, the present embodiment provides a method and a system for determining a start-up frequency of an air conditioner, so that the air conditioner can be normally started under the condition of a high outdoor temperature without a fault.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for determining the start frequency of an air conditioner provided in this embodiment includes:
s100, acquiring an actual temperature value of an outdoor environment;
s200, comparing the actual temperature value with a preset first temperature threshold and a preset second temperature threshold, wherein the first temperature threshold is smaller than the second temperature threshold;
and S300, determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner based on the comparison result.
For example, a temperature sensor may be disposed in the outdoor environment to detect an actual temperature value of the outdoor environment, the temperature sensor may be in communication connection with a controller of the air conditioning system, the temperature sensor may feed back the acquired actual temperature value of the outdoor environment to the controller of the air conditioning system, the controller of the air conditioning system compares the actual temperature value with a first temperature threshold and a second temperature threshold, respectively, which are preset, and determines a start frequency of the air conditioner based on a result of the comparison.
In the method for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner provided by this embodiment, the obtained actual temperature value of the outdoor environment is respectively compared with the preset first temperature threshold and the preset second temperature threshold, and the starting frequency of the air conditioner is determined based on the comparison result.
As a preferable implementation of the method for determining the start frequency of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment, in step S300, determining the start frequency of the air conditioner based on the comparison result includes: and if the actual temperature value is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value, determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner as a first starting frequency.
Illustratively, the first temperature threshold is a critical value of the outdoor ambient temperature with negligible influence on the starting frequency of the air conditioner, and may be 35 ℃ for example; also, the rated value for cooling in a T1 climate type air conditioner is 35 ℃, which is the starting point for most air conditioning system developments. In a specific application, the first temperature threshold may be any value between 32 ℃ and 38 ℃; the first start frequency may be a maximum start frequency value of the air conditioner, for example, may be 40 Hz; when the actual temperature value of the outdoor environment is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value, the air conditioner can be started according to the maximum starting frequency value, so that the air conditioner can be quickly started at a frequency as high as possible.
As a preferable implementation of the method for determining the start frequency of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment, in step S300, determining the start frequency of the air conditioner based on the comparison result includes: and if the actual temperature value is between the first temperature threshold value and the second temperature threshold value, determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner according to a preset functional relation that the starting frequency changes along with the actual temperature value.
For example, the second temperature threshold may be a highest temperature value of the outdoor environment when the air conditioner is normally operated, and when the actual temperature value of the outdoor environment is between the first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold, if the starting frequency of the air conditioner is high, the actual temperature of the outdoor environment is easily not adapted, so that the discharge pressure of the compressor is too high, and shutdown protection of the air conditioning system occurs. Therefore, when the ambient temperature is higher, the starting frequency of the air conditioner can be properly reduced to ensure the normal starting of the air conditioner. The method for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner through the function relation that the preset starting frequency changes along with the actual temperature value is convenient and practical.
As a preferred implementation of the method for determining the start-up frequency of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment, the functional relationship is used to represent a general trend of the start-up frequency decreasing with an increase in the actual temperature value.
Illustratively, the functional relationship may generally represent the decreasing relationship of the starting frequency with the increasing of the actual temperature value, and the functional relationship may be a linear relationship corresponding to a straight line a as shown in fig. 2, a non-linear relationship corresponding to a concave curve B as shown in fig. 2, a non-linear relationship corresponding to a convex curve C as shown in fig. 2, and a non-linear relationship corresponding to a step-type broken line D as shown in fig. 3. Those skilled in the art can make specific settings according to differences in the performance of the compressor, the type of refrigerant, and the like. Further, when the function relationship is a linear relationship corresponding to the straight line a shown in fig. 2, taking the first temperature threshold as 35 ℃, the second temperature threshold as 54 ℃, the maximum starting frequency of the air conditioner as 40Hz, and the least effective starting frequency of the air conditioner as 10Hz as an example, the corresponding function relationship is f (-1.58 Tao +95.26) Hz, where Tao represents an actual temperature value of the outdoor environment.
In addition, since the compressor specification generally has a minimum start frequency (or a minimum effective start frequency) described therein, when the start frequency of the air conditioner is determined based on an actual temperature value of the outdoor environment, the start frequency of the air conditioner should be ensured to be not lower than the minimum start frequency in order to normally start the air conditioner. The functional images shown in fig. 2 and 3 each have 10Hz as the lowest effective starting frequency of the air conditioner.
As a preferable implementation of the method for determining the start frequency of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment, in step S300, determining the start frequency of the air conditioner based on the comparison result includes: and if the actual temperature value is greater than or equal to the second temperature threshold value, determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner as 0.
For example, the second temperature threshold may be a maximum temperature value of the outdoor environment when the air conditioner is normally operated. For example, a T3 climate type air conditioner has a maximum operating ambient temperature of 52 ℃. The second temperature threshold is 54 ℃ in both fig. 2 and fig. 3. When the actual temperature of the outdoor environment is greater than or equal to the second temperature threshold, the air conditioner may be prohibited from starting in order to protect the air conditioning system from accidents.
It should be noted that although the detailed steps of the method of the present invention have been described in detail, those skilled in the art can combine, separate and change the order of the above steps without departing from the basic principle of the present invention, and the modified technical solution does not change the basic concept of the present invention and thus falls into the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the method for determining the start-up frequency of the air conditioner provided in the present embodiment may be stored as a program in a computer-readable storage medium. The storage medium includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a processor (processor) to perform some steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
In addition, this embodiment correspondingly provides a system for determining a starting frequency of an air conditioner, including: the acquisition module is used for acquiring an actual temperature value of the outdoor environment; the comparison module is used for comparing the actual temperature value with a preset first temperature threshold and a preset second temperature threshold, and the first temperature threshold is smaller than the second temperature threshold; and the determining module is used for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner based on the comparison result.
As a preferred implementation of the above system for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment, the determining module determines the starting frequency of the air conditioner based on the comparison result by: and if the actual temperature value is less than or equal to the first temperature threshold value, determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner as a first starting frequency.

As a preferred implementation of the above-mentioned system for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner provided by this embodiment, the functional relationship is used to represent a general trend of decreasing the starting frequency with an increase in the actual temperature value.
As a preferred implementation of the above system for determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment, the determining module determines the starting frequency of the air conditioner based on the comparison result by: and if the actual temperature value is greater than or equal to the second temperature threshold value, determining the starting frequency of the air conditioner as 0.
