Description

Air conditioning unit starting control method, device, equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioner control, in particular to a method, a device, equipment and a storage medium for controlling the starting of an air conditioning unit.
Background
In the prior art, when a (fixed frequency unit type) air-cooling cold air heat pump type air conditioning unit enters a heating operation stage of starting up, in order to prevent influence on blowing experience of a user due to low outlet air temperature in the starting up process, a cold air prevention function is usually set, for example, when the running time of a compressor is longer than the preset running time or the indoor unit pipe temperature is higher than the preset pipe temperature, an indoor fan is started to prevent cold air from being blown out when the air conditioning unit is started up, however, in the specific implementation, when the indoor fan is not started up by adopting the control mode, heat exchange of the indoor fan is easily blocked, heat cannot be dissipated from the indoor side in time, the exhaust pressure of a system rapidly rises to a high-voltage protection value to generate high-voltage protection, the air conditioning unit is further stopped, and the heating operation reliability of the air conditioning unit is influenced; especially, in a high-temperature environment, even if the indoor fan is started, the exhaust pressure of the system cannot be timely prevented from rising, high-pressure protection still occurs to the air conditioning system, the air conditioning unit is further stopped, and the heating operation reliability of the air conditioning unit is influenced.
The prior art also provides a solution, which controls the outdoor fan to be started or stopped according to the external environment temperature of the air conditioning unit, and controls the operation of the indoor fan by combining the indoor fan pipe temperature and the starting operation time of the air conditioning unit to suppress the rapid rise of the system exhaust pressure of the air conditioning unit, but the control precision for controlling the starting and stopping of the outdoor fan by only the outdoor environment temperature is obviously insufficient, and the phenomenon of mistakenly closing the outdoor fan is easy to occur (for example, the system exhaust pressure of the air conditioning unit does not reach a high-pressure protection value and the outdoor fan is closed in advance under a high-temperature environment), so that the heat exchange effect of the outdoor side is influenced, unnecessary economic loss is caused (for example, a compressor is damaged due to liquid return by air suction), and an error caused by the hysteresis of a temperature sensing bag for detecting the indoor fan pipe temperature cannot be avoided. Therefore, how to improve the control accuracy and the operation reliability of the air conditioning unit in the startup heating stage so as to further improve the blowing experience of the user becomes a problem to be solved urgently.
The above is only for the purpose of assisting understanding of the technical aspects of the present invention, and does not represent an admission that the above is prior art.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling a start-up of an air conditioning unit, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the method for controlling the start-up of the air conditioning unit according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the air conditioning unit startup control method includes the following steps:
step S10: when a starting heating instruction is received, acquiring an evaporator pressure value of an indoor fan evaporator and a system exhaust pressure value of the air conditioning unit;
it should be noted that, in this embodiment, when a power-on heating instruction is received, the air conditioning unit including, but not limited to, an indoor fan evaporator, and an outdoor fan may be controlled to enter a heating operation stage, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a cold-heat flow diagram related to the power-on control method of the air conditioning unit of the present invention, in fig. 3, 1 is a compressor for lifting low-pressure gas into high-pressure gas, which is a heart of a refrigeration system, and is configured to suck low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas from an air suction pipe, drive a piston to compress the refrigerant gas through operation of a motor, and then discharge the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas to an exhaust pipe to provide power for a refrigeration cycle, so as to implement a refrigeration cycle of compression → condensation (heat release) → expansion → evaporation (heat absorption), and 2 is a four-way valve having E, D, C, S oil ports as a control valve, which can implement a refrigeration cycle and a heat cycle based on four oil ports, 3 is the finned tube condenser, 4 is outdoor fan, 5 is throttling mechanism, 6 is the finned tube evaporimeter, 7 is indoor fan, 8 is vapour and liquid separator, 9 is the exhaust temperature sensing package, 10 is the exhaust pressure sensor, be used for detecting the exhaust pressure value of the blast pipe that links to each other with compressor 1, system exhaust pressure value promptly, 11 is outer coil pipe temperature sensing package, 12 is outdoor environment temperature sensing package, 13a and 13b are the filter, 14 is the evaporimeter pressure sensor, be used for detecting the pressure value of the finned tube evaporimeter 6 that corresponds with indoor fan 7, the evaporimeter pressure value of indoor fan evaporimeter promptly, 15 is indoor environment temperature sensing package, therefore, can acquire based on evaporimeter pressure sensor 14 the evaporimeter pressure value of indoor fan evaporimeter, acquire based on exhaust pressure sensor 10 the system exhaust pressure value of air conditioning unit.
Step S20: determining an indoor fan operation mode according to the evaporator pressure value, and controlling the indoor fan to operate in the indoor fan operation mode;
it is easy to understand that, when the evaporator pressure value is obtained, an indoor fan operation mode may be determined according to the magnitude of the evaporator pressure value, and the indoor fan may be controlled to operate in the indoor fan operation mode, where the indoor fan operation mode includes, but is not limited to, controlling the indoor fan to operate without starting, controlling the indoor fan to operate at a low wind gear, and controlling the indoor fan to operate at a preset wind speed.
In a specific implementation, in order to improve the control accuracy of an indoor fan, when the pressure value of the evaporator is detected to be smaller than the first evaporator pressure value, the indoor fan is controlled not to start to operate; when the pressure value of the evaporator is greater than or equal to the pressure value of the first evaporator and less than the pressure value of the second evaporator, controlling the indoor fan to operate at a low wind gear, wherein the low wind gear can be understood as an adjusting gear of the indoor fan divided according to a preset gear division rule, such as a high wind gear and a low wind gear, and the preset gear division rule can be set according to actual requirements; when the pressure value of the evaporator is detected to be greater than or equal to the pressure value of the second evaporator, the indoor fan is controlled to operate at a preset air speed, the preset air speed can be set according to actual requirements, and the embodiment is not limited to this. When R410A refrigerant is selected, the first evaporator pressure value can be set to 1700kPa (gauge pressure), the second evaporator pressure value can be set to 2300kPa (gauge pressure), when the evaporator pressure value is increased from 1500kPa to 2500kPa, the indoor fan operates at a low wind gear when the evaporator pressure value is increased to 1700kPa, then the indoor fan operates at the low wind gear, and when the evaporator pressure value is increased to 2300kPa, the indoor fan operates at a preset wind speed; and in the process that the pressure value of the evaporator is reduced from 2500kPa to 1500kPa, the indoor fan is firstly operated at a preset wind speed, when the pressure value of the evaporator is reduced to be below 2300kPa, the indoor fan is changed to be operated at a low wind level and then is kept to be operated at the low wind level, and when the pressure value of the evaporator is reduced to be below 1700kPa, the indoor fan is stopped.
Step S30: acquiring the exhaust pressure change rate corresponding to the air conditioning unit;
it should be noted that, when obtaining the system exhaust pressure value corresponding to the air conditioning unit, the exhaust pressure change rate corresponding to the air conditioning unit may be calculated based on the system exhaust pressure value, in a specific implementation, when the compressor is started, a first system exhaust pressure value corresponding to a start time and a second system exhaust pressure value corresponding to an end time of each unit time within a preset time period of the compressor start may be obtained in real time, a pressure difference value is calculated according to the first system exhaust pressure value and the second system exhaust pressure value, and the exhaust pressure change rate corresponding to the air conditioning unit is calculated according to an interval duration corresponding to the unit time period and the pressure difference value. The preset time period may be set according to actual needs, for example, when R410A refrigerant is selected, the preset time period may be set to 2 minutes to 5 minutes. For another example, when the unit time is set to be 1 second, the first system exhaust pressure value is Pd, and the second system exhaust pressure value is Pd', the exhaust pressure change rate Δ P | -Pd |/1.
Step S40: and determining an outdoor fan operation mode according to the system exhaust pressure value and the exhaust pressure change rate, and controlling the outdoor fan to operate in the outdoor fan operation mode.
It is easy to understand that, when the system exhaust pressure value and the exhaust pressure change rate are obtained, the operation mode of the outdoor fan may be determined according to the system exhaust pressure value and the exhaust pressure change rate, and the outdoor fan may be controlled to operate in the outdoor fan operation mode (simultaneously with the control of the indoor fan). In a specific implementation, a corresponding outdoor fan operation mode may be determined according to a magnitude of system exhaust pressure, and then the outdoor fan operation mode may be further refined according to the exhaust pressure change rate, for example, the system exhaust pressure value may be compared with a preset exhaust pressure value, when the system exhaust pressure value is smaller than the preset exhaust pressure value, a corresponding first outdoor fan operation mode may be determined according to the exhaust pressure change rate, and the outdoor fan may be controlled to operate in the first outdoor fan operation mode; when the system exhaust pressure value is larger than or equal to the preset exhaust pressure value, determining a corresponding second outdoor fan operation mode according to the exhaust pressure change rate, and controlling the outdoor fan to operate in the second outdoor fan operation mode, so that the control precision of the outdoor fan is improved. Specifically, the preset exhaust pressure value may be set according to actual requirements, for example, when R410A refrigerant is selected, the preset exhaust pressure value may be set to 3000kPa (gauge pressure), which is not limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, in a specific implementation, the running time of the compressor 1 may also be obtained, and when the running time is greater than or equal to a preset running time, it is detected whether the starting-up heating instruction is received; or, when the compressor 1 is restarted, whether the starting-up heating instruction is received or not is detected, and the preset running time may be set according to actual requirements, so as to ensure that the air conditioning unit is not in the starting-up heating stage, and the cold air prevention function is not required to be executed.
In this embodiment, when a start-up heating instruction is received, an evaporator pressure value of an evaporator of an indoor fan and a system exhaust pressure value of an air conditioning unit are obtained, an indoor fan operation mode is determined according to the evaporator pressure value, the indoor fan is controlled to operate in the indoor fan operation mode, an exhaust pressure change rate corresponding to the air conditioning unit is obtained, an outdoor fan operation mode is determined according to the system exhaust pressure value and the exhaust pressure change rate, and the outdoor fan is controlled to operate in the outdoor fan operation mode. Compared with the prior art that the start and stop of the outdoor fan are controlled according to the external environment temperature of the air conditioning unit acquired by the temperature sensing bulb, and the start and stop of the indoor fan are controlled according to the pipe temperature of the indoor fan acquired by the temperature sensing bulb, the error caused by the temperature hysteresis of the temperature sensing bulb during detection and the influence on the control precision of the air conditioning unit cannot be avoided, in the embodiment, when a start-up heating instruction is received, the operation mode of the indoor fan is determined according to the acquired evaporator pressure value of the evaporator of the indoor fan, the indoor fan is controlled to operate in the operation mode of the indoor fan, the control precision of the indoor fan during the start-up heating stage is improved, the operation mode of the outdoor fan is determined according to the acquired system exhaust pressure value and exhaust pressure change rate of the air conditioning unit, and the outdoor fan is controlled to operate in the operation mode of the outdoor fan, the control precision of the outdoor fan in the starting and heating stage is improved, so that the control precision of the air conditioning unit in the starting and heating stage is improved, the judgment precision of the stopping phenomenon of the air conditioning unit due to high-voltage protection is also improved, and the operation reliability and the blowing experience of a user are further improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling the start-up of an air conditioning unit according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the first embodiment described above, in the present embodiment, the step S40 includes:
step S401: when the system exhaust pressure value is smaller than a preset exhaust pressure value, determining a corresponding first outdoor fan operation mode according to the exhaust pressure change rate, and controlling the outdoor fan to operate in the first outdoor fan operation mode;
it should be noted that, when the system exhaust pressure value is smaller than a preset exhaust pressure value, a corresponding first outdoor fan operation mode may be determined according to the exhaust pressure change rate, and the outdoor fan is controlled to operate in the first outdoor fan operation mode, where the first outdoor fan operation mode may be: when the exhaust pressure change rate is smaller than or equal to a first preset exhaust pressure change rate, controlling the outdoor fan to operate; when the discharge pressure change rate is greater than the first preset discharge pressure change rate and less than a second preset discharge pressure change rate, controlling the outdoor fan to maintain the current running state; and when the discharge pressure change rate is greater than or equal to the second preset discharge pressure change rate, controlling the outdoor fan to stop. Wherein, the preset exhaust pressure value, the first preset exhaust pressure change rate and the second preset exhaust pressure change rate can be set according to actual requirements, the first preset exhaust pressure change rate is smaller than the second preset exhaust pressure change rate, for example, when R410A refrigerant is selected, the preset exhaust pressure value can be set to 3000kPa (gauge pressure), the first preset exhaust pressure change rate is set to 50kPa/s, and the second preset exhaust pressure change rate is set to 100kPa/s, when the system exhaust pressure value is smaller than 3000kPa (gauge pressure), the outdoor fan can be controlled according to the magnitude of the exhaust pressure change rate, for example, when the exhaust pressure change rate is increased from 30kPa/s to 120kPa/s, when the exhaust pressure change rate is increased to 50kPa/s, the outdoor fan is started to operate, and the operation is kept until the exhaust pressure change rate is increased to 100kPa/s, the outdoor fan stops running; and in the process that the exhaust pressure change rate is reduced from 120kPa/s to 30kPa/s, the outdoor fan does not operate at first, and the outdoor fan is started to operate until the exhaust pressure change rate is reduced to 50kPa/s, so that the accuracy of controlling the outdoor fan according to the exhaust pressure change rate of the air conditioning unit when the system exhaust pressure value of the air conditioning unit is smaller than the preset exhaust pressure value is improved.
Step S402: and when the system exhaust pressure value is greater than or equal to the preset exhaust pressure value, determining a corresponding second outdoor fan operation mode according to the exhaust pressure change rate, and controlling the outdoor fan to operate in the second outdoor fan operation mode.
It is easy to understand that, when the system exhaust pressure value is greater than or equal to a preset exhaust pressure value, a corresponding second outdoor fan operation mode may be determined according to the exhaust pressure change rate, and the outdoor fan is controlled to operate in the second outdoor fan operation mode, where the second outdoor fan operation mode may be: when the exhaust pressure change rate is smaller than or equal to a first preset exhaust pressure change rate, controlling the outdoor fan to stop; when the exhaust pressure change rate is greater than the first preset exhaust pressure change rate and less than a second preset exhaust pressure change rate, controlling the outdoor fan to stop, and controlling the indoor fan to operate at a high wind gear; and when the discharge pressure change rate is greater than or equal to the second preset discharge pressure change rate, controlling the compressor to stop running and controlling the outdoor fan to be turned off in a delayed manner. Wherein, the preset exhaust pressure value, the first preset exhaust pressure change rate and the second preset exhaust pressure change rate can be set according to actual requirements, the first preset exhaust pressure change rate is smaller than the second preset exhaust pressure change rate, for example, when a R410A refrigerant is selected, the preset exhaust pressure value can be set to 3000kPa (gauge pressure), the first preset exhaust pressure change rate is set to 50kPa/s, and the second preset exhaust pressure change rate is set to 100kPa/s, when the system exhaust pressure value is smaller than 3000kPa (gauge pressure), the outdoor fan can be controlled according to the magnitude of the exhaust pressure change rate, for example, in the process that the exhaust pressure change rate is increased from 30kPa/s to 120kPa/s, the outdoor fan is controlled to stop running, when the exhaust pressure change rate is increased to more than 50kPa/s, the indoor fan is controlled to run at a high wind gear (can be the highest wind gear), and keeping the indoor fan running until the discharge pressure change rate is increased to above 100kPa/s, controlling the compressor to be closed, and closing the outdoor fan in a delayed manner (for example, delaying for 15 seconds); and in the process that the discharge pressure change rate is reduced from 120kPa/s to 30kPa/s, firstly controlling the compressor to stop running, controlling the outdoor fan to stop running and to be turned off in a delayed mode (for example, delaying for 15 seconds), and when the discharge pressure change rate is reduced to be below 100kPa/s, controlling the indoor fan to forcibly run at a high wind gear (which can be the highest wind gear) until the discharge pressure change rate is reduced to be below 50kPa/s, so that the accuracy of controlling the outdoor fan and the indoor fan according to the discharge pressure change rate of the air conditioning unit is improved when the system discharge pressure value of the air conditioning unit is greater than or equal to the preset discharge pressure value.
In this implementation, when the system exhaust pressure value is smaller than a preset exhaust pressure value, determining a corresponding first outdoor fan operation mode according to the exhaust pressure change rate, and controlling the outdoor fan to operate in the first outdoor fan operation mode; and when the system exhaust pressure value is greater than or equal to the preset exhaust pressure value, determining a corresponding second outdoor fan operation mode according to the exhaust pressure change rate, and controlling the outdoor fan to operate in the second outdoor fan operation mode. Compared with the prior art that the starting and stopping of the outdoor fan are controlled according to the external environment temperature of the air conditioning unit acquired by the temperature sensing bulb, and according to the error caused by the temperature hysteresis of the temperature sensing bulb during detection and the influence on the control precision of the air conditioning unit, which cannot be avoided when the temperature sensing bulb acquires the pipe temperature of the indoor fan to control the starting and stopping of the indoor fan, the embodiment determines different outdoor fan operation modes according to the exhaust pressure value of the comparison system and the preset exhaust pressure value, namely a first outdoor fan operation mode and a second outdoor fan operation mode, and further refines the control modes of the indoor fan and the outdoor fan based on the discharge pressure change rate in the first outdoor fan operation mode and the second outdoor fan operation mode, the control precision of the indoor fan and the outdoor fan is further improved, and the operation reliability of the air conditioning unit and the blowing experience of a user are also improved.
