Description

Temperature protection control method and air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioner protection, in particular to a temperature protection control method and an air conditioner.
Background
The installation environment has a great influence on the use of the air conditioning apparatus. Taking the ambient temperature as an example, if the ambient temperature is too high, the system pressure of the air conditioning product is directly increased. An increase in system pressure will affect the stability of the air conditioning product. Meanwhile, the installation environment of the air conditioner is difficult to control, and particularly, for the outdoor unit of the air conditioner which is usually installed in a small space outdoors, the corresponding environment temperature is almost difficult to intervene manually.
In order to solve the problem of overhigh system pressure for air-conditioning products due to overhigh ambient temperature, in the related technology, a solution is provided for additionally arranging a heat exchanger coil temperature protection function. Specifically, when the temperature of the coil pipe exceeds a set value, the running frequency of the low-pressure compressor is reduced or stopped. Although the solution is low in cost, different operation stages exist in the operation process of the air conditioner product, and the same standard often causes the condition of false triggering of frequency reduction, thereby causing the poor cooling or heating effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a temperature protection control method to improve the above problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a temperature protection control method is applied to an air conditioner and comprises the following steps: judging whether entering a stable operation stage; if the stable operation stage is not entered, starting a first temperature protection strategy; and if the stable operation stage is entered, starting a second temperature protection strategy, wherein the triggering conditions for controlling the compressor by the second temperature protection strategy are different from those for controlling the compressor by the first temperature protection strategy.
Further, the manner of enabling the second temperature protection strategy includes: collecting the temperature of a coil of a heat exchanger according to a preset time interval; when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than a first temperature threshold and lower than a second temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to maintain the current frequency operation, and forbidding frequency increase; when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than the second temperature threshold and smaller than a third temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at a first frequency reduction speed until the collected temperature of the coil is lower than the second temperature threshold; when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than the third temperature threshold and lower than a fourth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at a second frequency reduction speed until the collected temperature of the coil is lower than the third temperature threshold; wherein the second downconversion speed is higher than the first downconversion speed; and when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than the fourth temperature threshold value, controlling the compressor to stop running until the collected temperature of the coil is lower than a preset removal threshold value, and restarting the compressor.
Further, the manner of starting the first temperature protection strategy includes: collecting the coil temperature of the heat exchanger according to the time interval; when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than a fifth temperature threshold and lower than a sixth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to maintain the current frequency operation, and forbidding frequency increase; wherein the fifth temperature threshold is not less than the first temperature threshold, and the sixth temperature threshold is not less than the second temperature threshold; when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than the sixth temperature threshold and lower than a seventh temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at the first frequency reduction speed until the collected temperature of the coil is lower than the sixth temperature threshold; the seventh temperature threshold is not less than the third temperature threshold; when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than the seventh temperature threshold and lower than an eighth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at the second frequency reduction speed until the collected temperature of the coil is lower than the seventh temperature threshold; wherein the eighth temperature threshold is not less than the fourth temperature threshold; and when the collected coil temperature is higher than the eighth temperature threshold value, controlling the compressor to stop running until the collected coil temperature is lower than the release threshold value, and restarting the compressor.
Further, the manner of starting the first temperature protection strategy includes: collecting the coil temperature of the heat exchanger according to the time interval; when the temperature of the coil collected in a first continuous time period is higher than the first temperature threshold and lower than the second temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to maintain the current frequency operation and forbidding frequency increase; controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at the first frequency reduction speed when the collected coil temperature is higher than the second temperature threshold and lower than the third temperature threshold within a second continuous time period until the collected coil temperature is lower than the second temperature threshold; when the collected temperature of the coil pipe is higher than the third temperature threshold value and lower than the fourth temperature threshold value within a third continuous time period, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at the second frequency reduction speed until the collected temperature of the coil pipe is lower than the third temperature threshold value; and when the collected coil temperature is higher than the fourth temperature threshold value within a continuous fourth time period, controlling the compressor to stop running until the collected coil temperature is lower than the removal threshold value, and restarting the compressor.
Further, the manner of starting the first temperature protection strategy includes: collecting the coil temperature of the heat exchanger according to the time interval; when the temperature of the coil collected in the first continuous time period is higher than the fifth temperature threshold and lower than the sixth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to maintain the current frequency operation, and forbidding frequency increase; when the collected temperature of the coil pipe in a second continuous time period is higher than the sixth temperature threshold and lower than the seventh temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at the first frequency reduction speed until the collected temperature of the coil pipe is lower than the sixth temperature threshold; when the collected coil temperature in a third continuous time period is higher than the seventh temperature threshold and lower than the eighth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at the second frequency reduction speed until the collected coil temperature is lower than the seventh temperature threshold; and when the collected coil temperature in the continuous fourth time period is higher than the eighth temperature threshold value, controlling the compressor to stop running until the collected coil temperature is lower than the release threshold value, and restarting the compressor.
Further, the manner of determining whether to enter the stable operation phase includes: acquiring the running time of the compressor; if the running time is not greater than a preset time threshold, judging that the stable running stage is not entered; and if the running time is greater than a preset time threshold, judging to enter the stable running stage.
Further, the manner of determining whether to enter the stable operation phase includes: acquiring the specified pipe temperature in the air conditioner according to a preset period; if the difference value between the specified pipe temperatures corresponding to two adjacent periods exceeds a preset value, judging that the stable operation stage is not entered; and if the difference value between any two of the continuously collected specified pipe temperatures does not exceed a preset value, judging to enter the stable operation stage.
Further, the specified tube temperature includes any one of an exhaust gas temperature or a coil temperature of a heat exchanger.
Compared with the prior art, the temperature protection control method has the following advantages:
the temperature protection control method provided by the invention has the advantages that whether the stable operation stage is started or not is judged firstly, and then the air conditioner uses temperature protection strategies with different triggering conditions in different operation stages according to the judgment result, so that the targeted temperature protection strategies avoid the error triggering of the frequency adjustment of the compressor of the air conditioner. That is, a first temperature protection strategy is initiated when the steady operation phase is not entered, and a conventional second temperature protection strategy is initiated when the steady operation phase is entered. The triggering conditions for triggering the frequency adjustment of the compressor by the two temperature protection strategies are different, so that the temperature protection cannot be triggered by mistake due to the fact that the triggering conditions of the conventional second temperature protection strategy are accidentally reached under the special operation stage that the stable operation stage is not entered; in the stable operation stage, the effect of the temperature protection function cannot be influenced because the triggering condition corresponding to the first temperature protection strategy cannot be triggered all the time. The temperature protection is ensured to effectively reduce the system pressure, the problem that the effect is poor due to the fact that temperature fluctuation triggers frequency reduction when the temperature does not enter a stable operation stage is avoided, and the reliability and the using effect of the air conditioner are enhanced. Another objective of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner to improve the above mentioned problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
an air conditioner, comprising: the judging module is used for judging whether to enter a stable operation stage; the first execution module is used for starting a first temperature protection strategy if the stable operation stage is not entered; and the second execution module is used for starting a second temperature protection strategy if the stable operation stage is entered, wherein the triggering conditions for controlling the compressor by the second temperature protection strategy are different from the triggering conditions for controlling the compressor by the first temperature protection strategy.
Further, the second execution module is specifically configured to: collecting the temperature of a coil of a heat exchanger according to a preset time interval; when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than a first temperature threshold and lower than a second temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to maintain the current frequency operation, and forbidding frequency increase; when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than the second temperature threshold and smaller than a third temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at a first frequency reduction speed until the collected temperature of the coil is lower than the second temperature threshold; when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than the third temperature threshold and lower than a fourth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at a second frequency reduction speed until the collected temperature of the coil is lower than the third temperature threshold; wherein the second downconversion speed is higher than the first downconversion speed; and when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than the fourth temperature threshold value, controlling the compressor to stop running until the collected temperature of the coil is lower than a preset removal threshold value, and restarting the compressor.
Compared with the prior art, the air conditioner and the temperature protection control method have the same advantages, and are not repeated herein.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The installation environment has a great influence on the use of the air conditioning apparatus. Taking the ambient temperature as an example, if the ambient temperature is too high, the system pressure of the air conditioning product is directly increased. An increase in system pressure will affect the stability of the air conditioning product. In order to solve the problem of overhigh system pressure for air-conditioning products due to overhigh ambient temperature, in the related technology, a solution is provided for additionally arranging a heat exchanger coil temperature protection function. Specifically, when the heat exchanger coil temperature exceeds a set value, the compressor operating frequency is reduced or shut down.
And then at the initial stage of starting and running of the air conditioner, the temperature change of the coil pipe of the heat exchanger is firstly increased and then decreased, and finally the temperature is stable. Meanwhile, the difference value of 2-3 ℃ exists between the highest coil temperature reached by the coil in the initial operation stage and the final stable coil temperature. That is, when the air conditioner has not entered the stable operation stage, the temporary coil pipe with high temperature is easy to trigger down-conversion, and then the down-conversion protection cannot be exited, and the air conditioner is maintained in the low-frequency operation, so that the cooling or heating effect of the air conditioner is deteriorated. Therefore, embodiments of the present invention are directed to a temperature protection control method, which is used to solve the above problems.
In addition, the stable operation stage mentioned in the embodiment of the present invention refers to an operation stage of the air conditioner, in which various operation indexes (for example, various coil temperatures) in the air conditioner are stable and do not fluctuate temporarily. The first temperature protection strategy mentioned in the embodiment of the present invention is meant to include a plurality of trigger conditions and corresponding adjustment modes of the compressor frequency. The second temperature protection strategy mentioned in the embodiments of the present invention also includes a plurality of trigger conditions and corresponding compressor frequency adjustment modes. It should be noted that the trigger conditions corresponding to the first temperature protection strategy and the second temperature protection strategy are different from each other. The specified pipe temperature referred to in the embodiments of the present invention refers to the temperature of a preselected type of coil. Alternatively, the specified tube temperature may be any one of the exhaust gas temperature or the coil temperature of the heat exchanger.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a temperature protection control method, which is to ensure that the system pressure of the air conditioner 1 can be effectively reduced, and avoid the temporary high temperature of the coil triggering the air conditioner 1 to reduce the frequency when the air conditioner does not enter a stable operation stage, so as to further affect the use effect of the air conditioner 1. As shown in fig. 1, the temperature protection control method may include the steps of:
and step S101, judging whether to enter a stable operation stage.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it is first determined whether the air conditioner 1 has entered the stable operation stage. Alternatively, the manner of determining whether to enter the stable operation stage may be to acquire the operation time of the compressor, i.e., to count time from the operation of the compressor to obtain the operation time of the compressor. And if the acquired running time is not greater than a preset time threshold, judging that the stable running stage is not entered. And if the running time is greater than a preset time threshold, judging to enter the stable running stage.
Optionally, the manner of determining whether to enter the stable operation phase may be to collect the specified pipe temperature in the air conditioner 1 according to a preset period. And if the difference value between the specified pipe temperatures corresponding to two adjacent periods exceeds a preset value, judging that the stable operation stage is not entered. And if the difference value between any two of the continuously collected specified pipe temperatures does not exceed a preset value, judging to enter the stable operation stage. It should be noted that, after the air conditioner 1 enters the stable operation stage, each index parameter is very stable and will not fluctuate. Taking the coil temperature as an example, in the stable operation stage, the temperature of various coils in the air conditioner 1 does not fluctuate on the time axis. Preferably, the specified tube temperature includes any one of an exhaust gas temperature or a coil temperature of the heat exchanger.
And step S102, if the stable operation stage is entered, starting a second temperature protection strategy.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in the stable operation stage, the air conditioner 1 collects the coil temperature of the heat exchanger at preset time intervals. And judging how to adjust the working state of the compressor according to the acquired temperature of the coil. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the step S102 may include the following sub-steps:
and a substep S1021, collecting the coil temperature of the heat exchanger according to a preset time interval.
And a substep S1022, when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than a first temperature threshold and lower than a second temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to maintain the current frequency operation, and forbidding frequency increase. Optionally, the first temperature threshold is smaller than the second temperature threshold, and the temperature threshold may be obtained according to a test. When the collected coil temperature is between the first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold, the system pressure corresponding to the air conditioner 1 has a small influence on the operation of the air conditioner 1. At this time, although it is not necessary to control the compressor of the air conditioner 1 to be down-converted or stopped, it is necessary to prohibit the compressor from being up-converted.
And a substep S1023 of controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at a first frequency reduction speed when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than the second temperature threshold and lower than a third temperature threshold. And continuously acquiring the temperature of the coil of the heat exchanger according to the time period in the frequency reduction process until the acquired temperature of the coil is lower than a second temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to maintain the current frequency operation, not reducing the frequency of the compressor any more, but limiting the frequency increase.
And a substep S1024 of controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at a second frequency reduction speed when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than the third temperature threshold and lower than a fourth temperature threshold. And in the frequency reduction process, the temperature of the coil of the heat exchanger is continuously collected according to the time period until the collected temperature of the coil is lower than the third temperature threshold, wherein the second frequency reduction speed is higher than the first frequency reduction speed. Specifically, when the coil temperature is lower than the third temperature threshold and higher than a second temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to switch to down-frequency at a first down-frequency speed; and when the temperature of the coil is also lower than the second temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to stop reducing the frequency, and simultaneously forbidding increasing the frequency.
And a substep S1025, when the collected coil temperature is higher than a fourth temperature threshold value, controlling the compressor to stop running until the collected coil temperature is lower than a preset removal threshold value, and restarting the compressor. It should be noted that the release threshold may be a temperature value smaller than the first temperature threshold.
In the embodiment of the present invention, there is no necessary sequence between the sub-steps S1022 to S1024.
And step S103, if the stable operation stage is not entered, starting a first temperature protection strategy.
In the embodiment of the present invention, there is no inevitable order between step S102 and step S103. Optionally, the operating state of the compressor of the air conditioner 1 is adjusted by using a first temperature protection strategy according to the collected coil temperature. Specifically, the starting of the first temperature protection strategy may be implemented in any one of the following manners:
(1) and acquiring the temperature of a coil of the heat exchanger according to the time interval, and controlling the compressor to maintain the current frequency operation and forbid frequency increase when the acquired temperature of the coil is higher than a fifth temperature threshold and lower than a sixth temperature threshold. It should be noted that the fifth temperature threshold is not less than the first temperature threshold, and the sixth temperature threshold is not less than the second temperature threshold.
And when the collected temperature of the coil pipe is higher than the sixth temperature threshold and is smaller than a seventh temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at the first frequency reduction speed, continuously collecting the temperature of the coil pipe of the heat exchanger according to the time period in the frequency reduction process until the collected temperature of the coil pipe is lower than the sixth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to maintain the current frequency operation, not reducing the frequency of the compressor any more, but limiting the frequency increase. It should be noted that the seventh temperature threshold is not less than the third temperature threshold.
And when the collected temperature of the coil is higher than a seventh temperature threshold and smaller than an eighth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at the second frequency reduction speed until the collected temperature of the coil is lower than the seventh temperature threshold. And in the frequency reduction process, the temperature of the coil of the heat exchanger is continuously collected according to the time period until the collected temperature of the coil is lower than the seventh temperature threshold. Specifically, when the coil temperature is lower than the seventh temperature threshold and higher than a sixth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to switch to down-frequency at a first down-frequency speed; and when the temperature of the coil is also lower than the sixth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to stop reducing the frequency, and forbidding increasing the frequency. It should be noted that the eighth temperature threshold is not smaller than the fourth temperature threshold.
And when the collected coil temperature is higher than the eighth temperature threshold value, controlling the compressor to stop running until the collected coil temperature is lower than the release threshold value, and restarting the compressor.
In this embodiment, compared to the second temperature protection strategy, the coil temperature threshold for triggering the control of the working state of the compressor is increased, so that the temperature protection is prevented from being triggered by mistake due to temporary increase of the coil temperature of the heat exchanger when the compressor does not enter the stable stage. Further, the influence on the cooling or heating effect of the air conditioner 1 caused by the mistaken entering of the low-frequency operation state is avoided.
(2) And acquiring the temperature of a coil of the heat exchanger according to the time interval, and controlling the compressor to maintain the current frequency operation and forbid frequency increase when the acquired temperature of the coil in the continuous first time period is higher than the first temperature threshold and smaller than the second temperature threshold.
And when the collected coil temperature in the continuous second time is higher than the second temperature threshold and smaller than the third temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at the first frequency reduction speed, continuously collecting the coil temperature of the heat exchanger according to the time period in the frequency reduction process until the collected coil temperature is lower than the second temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to maintain the current frequency operation, not reducing the frequency of the compressor any more, but limiting the frequency increase.
And when the collected temperature of the coil in a third continuous time period is higher than the third temperature threshold and smaller than the fourth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to carry out frequency reduction at the second frequency reduction speed until the collected temperature of the coil is lower than the third temperature threshold.
And when the collected coil temperature is higher than the fourth temperature threshold value within a continuous fourth time period, controlling the compressor to stop running until the collected coil temperature is lower than the removal threshold value, and restarting the compressor.
In the present embodiment, by limiting the duration time relative to the second temperature protection strategy, it is avoided that the temperature of the coils of the heat exchanger temporarily rises to false trigger the temperature protection when the stabilization phase is not entered. Further, the influence on the cooling or heating effect of the air conditioner 1 caused by the mistaken entering of the low-frequency operation state is avoided.
(3) And acquiring the coil temperature of the heat exchanger according to the time interval, and controlling the compressor to maintain the current frequency operation and forbidding frequency increase when the coil temperature acquired in the continuous first time period is higher than the fifth temperature threshold and smaller than the sixth temperature threshold.
And when the collected temperature of the coil pipe is higher than the sixth temperature threshold and lower than the seventh temperature threshold within a second continuous time period, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at the first frequency reduction speed until the collected temperature of the coil pipe is lower than the sixth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to maintain the current frequency operation, not reducing the frequency of the compressor any more, but limiting frequency increase.
When the collected coil temperature in the third continuous time period is higher than the seventh temperature threshold and lower than the eighth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at the second frequency reduction speed until the collected coil temperature is lower than the seventh temperature threshold, specifically, when the coil temperature is lower than the seventh temperature threshold and higher than a sixth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to perform frequency reduction at a first frequency reduction speed; and when the temperature of the coil is also lower than the sixth temperature threshold, controlling the compressor to stop reducing the frequency, and forbidding increasing the frequency.
And when the collected coil temperature in the continuous fourth time period is higher than the eighth temperature threshold value, controlling the compressor to stop running until the collected coil temperature is lower than the release threshold value, and restarting the compressor.
In this embodiment, not only is the coil temperature threshold that triggers control of the compressor operating conditions increased, but the time duration limit is also increased, relative to the second temperature protection strategy at this time. The temperature protection device can avoid that the temperature of the coil of the heat exchanger temporarily rises to trigger the temperature protection by mistake more accurately when the heat exchanger does not enter a stable stage. Further, the influence on the cooling or heating effect of the air conditioner 1 caused by the mistaken entering of the low-frequency operation state is avoided.
In order to describe the embodiment of the present invention in detail, the following further describes the temperature protection control method provided by the present invention with an application example shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 3:
and S1, acquiring the current running time T of the compressor and the coil temperature T of the heat exchanger.
S2, judging whether the running time t exceeds a preset time threshold t 1. The process proceeds to step S3 if the flow exceeds the predetermined threshold, and proceeds to step S4 if the flow does not exceed the predetermined threshold.
And S3, adjusting the working state of the compressor by adopting a first temperature protection strategy according to the obtained coil temperature T. Specifically, the step S3 may include the following sub-steps:
and S31, judging whether the collected coil temperature T is higher than a first temperature threshold T1. If so, the process proceeds to substep S32, and if not, the compressor is controlled to include the current operating state.
And S32, forbidding the frequency rise of the compressor and controlling the compressor to operate at the current frequency.
S33, it is determined whether the collected coil temperature T is greater than a second temperature threshold T2. If yes, and the temperature T of the coil is not higher than the third temperature threshold T3, the process goes to substep S34; if so, and the coil temperature T is greater than the third temperature threshold T3, flow proceeds to substep S35. If not, the current state is maintained, i.e. the compressor frequency is kept inhibited from increasing.
S34, the frequency of the compressor is decreased at the first down speed c 1.
S35, the frequency of the compressor is decreased at the second down speed c 2.
S36, judging whether the coil temperature T is higher than a second temperature threshold T4. If so, the flow of control proceeds to step S5. If not, the current running state is maintained.
And S4, adjusting the working state of the compressor by adopting a second temperature protection strategy according to the obtained coil temperature T. Specifically, the step S4 may include the following sub-steps:
s41, judging whether the collected coil temperature T is higher than a fifth temperature threshold value T5, wherein T5 is more than or equal to T1. If so, the process proceeds to substep S42, and if not, the compressor is controlled to include the current operating state.
And S42, forbidding the frequency rise of the compressor and controlling the compressor to operate at the current frequency.
S43, judging whether the collected coil temperature T is higher than a sixth temperature threshold T6, wherein T6 is more than or equal to T2. If yes, the temperature T of the coil is not higher than a seventh temperature threshold T7, T7 is larger than or equal to T3, and the process goes to substep S44; if so, and the coil temperature T is above the seventh temperature threshold T7, flow proceeds to substep S45. If not, the current state is maintained, i.e. the compressor frequency is kept inhibited from increasing.
S44, the frequency of the compressor is decreased at the first down speed c 1.
S45, the frequency of the compressor is decreased at the second down speed c 2.
S46, judging whether the temperature T of the coil is higher than an eighth temperature threshold T8, wherein T8 is more than or equal to T4. If so, the flow of control proceeds to step S5. If not, the current running state is maintained.
