Description

Protection control method and system for air conditioner, air conditioner and readable storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of low-voltage protection of air conditioners, in particular to a protection control method of an air conditioner, a protection control system of the air conditioner, the air conditioner and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
Generally, in order to ensure the reliability of the air conditioner and avoid the phenomenon that the low pressure of a low-pressure pipeline is too low during the operation of the air conditioner to cause 'frozen pipes', a low-pressure protection value needs to be set. The low-pressure protection value cannot change after leaving the factory, and when the air conditioner unit is started or the load of the unit changes instantaneously, fluctuation of the pressure value of a low-pressure pipeline can be caused, so that frequent triggering of low-pressure protection can be caused, and the compressor can be stopped frequently.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.
To this end, a first aspect of the present invention proposes a protection control method of an air conditioner.
A second aspect of the present invention provides a protection control system for an air conditioner.
A third aspect of the present invention provides an air conditioner.
A fourth aspect of the present invention is directed to a computer-readable storage medium.
In view of the above, a first aspect of the present invention provides a protection control method for an air conditioner, including: acquiring a current running current value of a compressor of the air conditioner; and determining the current evaporation pressure protection value of the air conditioner according to the running current value.
In the technical scheme, when the air conditioner unit is started or sudden change occurs in accordance with the air conditioner unit, the running current of the compressor is changed along with the sudden change. Therefore, current detection is added in a control circuit of the air conditioner, whether the air conditioner is in a special condition such as 'starting process' and/or 'sudden change of load' or not is judged according to the running current value of the compressor, and an evaporation pressure protection value suitable for the current scene is further determined, so that the condition that the preset evaporation pressure protection value is not suitable for 'starting' and 'sudden change of load' is avoided, frequent low-voltage protection is caused, and the problem that the compressor is frequently stopped is caused.
In addition, the protection control method of the air conditioner in the above technical solution provided by the present invention may further have the following additional technical features:
in the above technical solution, further, the step of obtaining the current operating current value of the compressor of the air conditioner specifically includes: acquiring a first current value when the current compressor operates, and acquiring a second current value when the compressor operates after delaying a target time length; the method comprises the following steps of determining the evaporation pressure protection value of the current air conditioner according to the current value, specifically comprising: calculating an absolute value of a difference between the first current value and the second current value; and determining a corresponding first pressure protection value based on the fact that the ratio of the absolute value to the rated current value of the compressor exceeds the fluctuation threshold value, and setting the first pressure protection value as an evaporation pressure protection value.
In the technical scheme, the running current value of the air conditioner compressor is acquired for two times in a delayed mode, the difference value of the current values acquired on two sides is calculated and compared with the rated current value, whether the current running current value fluctuates or not can be judged, when the current value fluctuates greatly, the current special conditions of a starting process or a load sudden change can be determined, the evaporation pressure protection value of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the special conditions, specifically, the evaporation pressure protection value is adjusted to be a first pressure protection value, the problem that the compressor is frequently stopped due to frequent triggering of low-voltage protection can be avoided, the reliability and the service life of the compressor are improved, and meanwhile, the working effect of the air conditioner is improved.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the step of determining the evaporation pressure protection value of the air conditioner according to the current value further includes: and determining a corresponding second pressure protection value based on the ratio of the absolute value to the rated current value of the compressor not exceeding the fluctuation threshold value, and setting the second pressure protection value as the evaporation pressure protection value.
In the technical scheme, if the absolute value of the difference value of the first current value and the second current value does not exceed the fluctuation threshold value, the current air conditioner can be determined to be in a normal and stable operation process, the second pressure protection value is used as an evaporation pressure protection value at the moment, the problem of 'freezing pipes' caused by low pressure of a pipeline can be avoided, and the operation reliability and stability of the air conditioner are improved.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, before the step of obtaining the current value of the compressor, the protection control method further includes: determining an operation state of the compressor; setting the first pressure protection value as an evaporation pressure protection value based on the operating state being a starting state; and executing the step of acquiring the operation current value of the compressor based on the operation state as the operation state.
In this technical solution, a suitable protection value for the evaporation pressure can be selected according to the operating state of the compressor. Specifically, if the compressor is in a starting state, at the moment, because the starting current is high, and in the starting process of the compressor, the pressure in the refrigerant pipeline is different from that in stable operation, the first pressure protection value is used as the current evaporation pressure protection value at the moment, the problem that the starting of the compressor fails because the low-pressure protection is triggered by mistake in the starting process can be avoided, and the starting stability of the air conditioner is improved. And if the compressor is in a normal running state, the current appropriate evaporation pressure protection value is further determined according to the invisible current value so as to avoid frequent triggering of low-voltage protection due to current fluctuation and improve the working effect of the air conditioner.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the protection control method of an air conditioner further includes: the second pressure protection value is set to the evaporation pressure protection value based on the operating state being the shutdown state.
In the technical scheme, when the compressor is in a shutdown state, parameters such as working current of the compressor cannot fluctuate, the second pressure protection value is set as the evaporation pressure protection value, and the problem of 'frozen pipes' can be effectively avoided.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the first pressure protection value includes a first frequency limit protection value and a first shutdown protection value; the second pressure protection value comprises a second frequency limiting protection value and a second shutdown protection value; the second frequency limiting protection value is larger than the second shutdown protection value, the second shutdown protection value is larger than the first frequency limiting protection value, and the first frequency limiting protection value is larger than the first shutdown protection value.
In this technical scheme, the evaporation pressure protection includes frequency limiting protection and shutdown protection, when evaporation pressure is less than frequency limiting protection value, control compressor reducing frequency in order to improve evaporation pressure, and when evaporation pressure further reduces to being less than shutdown protection value, need control the compressor and shut down in order to avoid appearing "freezing the pipe" condition.
Specifically, the first pressure protection value includes a first frequency-limiting protection value and a first shutdown protection value, and likewise, the second pressure protection value includes a second frequency-limiting protection value and a second shutdown protection value. Because the second shutdown protection value corresponds to the starting process of the compressor and the scenes of compressor current fluctuation and the like caused by sudden load change, the protection value can be properly improved and the condition of triggering low-voltage protection is reduced in order to avoid frequent shutdown caused by frequent triggering of low-voltage protection. The value of the second pressure protection value is thus overall greater than the first pressure protection value. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the second frequency limiting protection value is larger than the second shutdown protection value, the second shutdown protection value is larger than the first frequency limiting protection value, and the first frequency limiting protection value is larger than the first shutdown protection value.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the protection control method of an air conditioner further includes: controlling the compressor to reduce the running frequency based on that the low-pressure evaporation pressure of the compressor is lower than a first frequency limiting protection value and/or the low-pressure evaporation pressure is lower than a second frequency limiting protection value; and controlling the compressor to stop based on the low-pressure evaporation pressure being lower than the first stop protection value and/or the low-pressure evaporation pressure being lower than the second stop protection value.
In the technical scheme, when the low-pressure evaporation pressure of the compressor is lower than a first frequency limiting protection value and/or lower than a second frequency limiting protection value, frequency limiting protection operation is triggered, the running frequency of the compressor is reduced at the moment, so that the low-pressure evaporation pressure is improved, and the phenomenon of 'frozen pipes' caused by further reduction of the low-pressure evaporation pressure is avoided. If the low-pressure evaporation pressure is further reduced to be lower than the first shutdown protection value and/or lower than the second shutdown protection value, the shutdown protection operation is triggered, the compressor is controlled to be shut down at the moment, the phenomenon of 'frozen pipe' caused by too low-pressure evaporation pressure is avoided, and the working reliability and stability of the air conditioner are improved.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, a value range of the target duration is: 0.1 to 20 seconds; the value range of the fluctuation threshold is as follows: 10% to 40%.
The invention provides a protection control system of an air conditioner in a second aspect, which comprises a memory and a processor; the memory is configured to be adapted to store a computer program; the processor is configured to be suitable for executing a computer program to implement the protection control method of the air conditioner provided in any one of the above technical solutions, and therefore, the protection control system of the air conditioner includes all the beneficial effects of the protection control method of the air conditioner provided in any one of the above technical solutions, which are not described herein again.
A third aspect of the present invention provides an air conditioner, including a compressor, a heat exchanger connected to the compressor, and a protection control system of the air conditioner as provided in any one of the above technical solutions, so that the air conditioner includes all the beneficial effects of the protection control system of the air conditioner as provided in any one of the above technical solutions, which are not described herein again.

Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A protection control method of an air conditioner, a protection control system of an air conditioner, and a computer-readable storage medium according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a protection control method of an air conditioner, including:
s102, acquiring a current running current value of a compressor of the air conditioner;
in S102, it can be determined which operation state the compressor is in according to the current operation current value of the compressor. If the running current value has large fluctuation, the compressor can be judged to be in a starting state, or the load of the compressor has sudden change, so that the compressor can be accurately judged to be in a stable state or an unstable state by acquiring the running current value in real time.
And S104, determining the current evaporation pressure protection value of the air conditioner according to the running current value.
In S104, the compressor is judged to be in a stable state or an unstable state according to the running current value, and a proper evaporation pressure protection value is selected according to different running states of the compressor, so that on one hand, reliable low-pressure protection can be ensured, the problems of 'frozen pipe' and the like can be prevented, on the other hand, the triggering of low-pressure protection can be reduced at the starting stage of the compressor or under the condition that the load of the compressor changes suddenly, the compressor is prevented from being frequently protected and stopped, the abnormal loss of the compressor is reduced, the service life of the compressor is prolonged, and meanwhile, the working effect of the air conditioner is improved.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner set is turned on or the coincidence of the air conditioner set changes abruptly, the operating current of the compressor changes accordingly.
Example two:
optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the protection control method of the air conditioner specifically includes:
s202, acquiring a first current value when the current compressor operates, and acquiring a second current value when the compressor operates after delaying a target time length;
in S202, a current value of the compressor during operation is collected in real Time, specifically, a first current value a01 is collected, and a second current value a02 is collected again after a delay target Time duration Time 1. The current is collected after a certain time delay, so that transient current change can be avoided, and the current collection precision is improved. By collecting the current value for many times, the change amplitude and the change trend of the working current value can be judged.
S204, calculating the absolute value of the difference value of the first current value and the second current value;
in S204, the absolute value of the difference between the first current value and the second current value is calculated, and the same calculation result can be obtained in both the rising interval and the falling interval of the current waveform.
S206, determining a corresponding first pressure protection value based on the condition that the ratio of the absolute value to the rated current value of the compressor exceeds the fluctuation threshold value, and setting the first pressure protection value as an evaporation pressure protection value.
In S206, the absolute value of the difference between a01 and a02 is compared with the rated current value, and the obtained ratio can indicate the deviation degree of the "fluctuation" of the current from the rated current in a stable state, so that the fluctuation of the operating current is accurately identified, and the "start state" and the "sudden load change state" can be accurately identified.
When special conditions such as 'starting state', 'load sudden change state' and the like occur, the first pressure protection value is set as the current evaporation pressure protection value of the air conditioner, so that on one hand, the loss of the compressor caused by frequent starting and stopping can be avoided, the reliability of the compressor is improved, the service life is prolonged, on the other hand, the uneven refrigerating/heating effect of the air conditioner caused by frequent starting and stopping of the compressor can be avoided, and the working effect of the air conditioner is improved.
Optionally, the step of determining the protection value of the evaporation pressure of the air conditioner according to the current value further comprises: and determining a corresponding second pressure protection value based on the ratio of the absolute value to the rated current value of the compressor not exceeding the fluctuation threshold value, and setting the second pressure protection value as the evaporation pressure protection value.
Optionally, before the step of obtaining the current value of the compressor, the protection control method further includes: determining an operation state of the compressor; setting the first pressure protection value as an evaporation pressure protection value based on the operating state being a starting state; and executing the step of acquiring the operation current value of the compressor based on the operation state as the operation state.
Optionally, the protection control method of the air conditioner further includes: the second pressure protection value is set to the evaporation pressure protection value based on the operating state being the shutdown state.
Specifically, if the absolute value of the difference value of the first current value and the second current value does not exceed the fluctuation threshold value, the current air conditioner can be determined to be in a normal and stable operation process, the second pressure protection value is used as an evaporation pressure protection value at the moment, the problem of 'freezing pipes' caused by low pressure of a pipeline can be avoided, and the operation reliability and stability of the air conditioner are improved.
Further, the protection value of the evaporation pressure can also be determined according to the running state of the compressor. If the compressor is in a starting state, at the moment, because the starting current is higher, and in the starting process of the compressor, the pressure in the refrigerant pipeline is different from that in stable operation, at the moment, the first pressure protection value is used as the current evaporation pressure protection value, the problem that the starting of the compressor fails because the low-pressure protection is triggered by mistake in the starting process can be avoided, and the starting stability of the air conditioner is improved.
If the compressor is in a shutdown state, parameters such as working current of the compressor and the like cannot fluctuate, the second pressure protection value is set as the evaporation pressure protection value, and the problem of 'frozen pipes' can be effectively avoided.
Through the different running states according to the compressor, select different evaporation pressure protection values, can be in the reliability of guaranteeing low pressure protection, guarantee that the air conditioner can not cause the basis of the condition of hardware damage such as "freezing pipe" because of low pressure trouble, guarantee that the compressor is under different operating modes, if when starting, when shutting down and the load condition appears the sudden change, can not cause the compressor to frequently open and stop because of low pressure protection "malfunction", reduced the loss of compressor on the one hand, the life of compressor has been improved, on the other hand has guaranteed the refrigeration/heating efficiency of air conditioner, the operation effect of air conditioner has been improved.
Example three:
in one embodiment of the invention, the first pressure protection value comprises a first frequency limited protection value and a first shutdown protection value; the second pressure protection value comprises a second frequency limiting protection value and a second shutdown protection value; the second frequency limiting protection value is larger than the second shutdown protection value, the second shutdown protection value is larger than the first frequency limiting protection value, and the first frequency limiting protection value is larger than the first shutdown protection value.
Optionally, the protection control method of the air conditioner further includes: controlling the compressor to reduce the running frequency based on that the low-pressure evaporation pressure of the compressor is lower than a first frequency limiting protection value and/or the low-pressure evaporation pressure is lower than a second frequency limiting protection value; and controlling the compressor to stop based on the low-pressure evaporation pressure being lower than the first stop protection value and/or the low-pressure evaporation pressure being lower than the second stop protection value.
Optionally, the value range of the target duration is: 0.1 to 20 seconds; the value range of the fluctuation threshold is as follows: 10% to 40%.
Specifically, the evaporation pressure protection comprises frequency limiting protection and shutdown protection, when the evaporation pressure is lower than a frequency limiting protection value, the frequency of the compressor is controlled to be reduced so as to increase the evaporation pressure, and when the evaporation pressure is further reduced to be lower than a shutdown protection value, the compressor needs to be controlled to be shut down so as to avoid the 'frozen pipe' condition.
The first pressure protection value comprises a first frequency limiting protection value and a first shutdown protection value, and similarly, the second pressure protection value comprises a second frequency limiting protection value and a second shutdown protection value.
When the low-pressure evaporation pressure of the compressor is lower than the first frequency limiting protection value and/or lower than the second frequency limiting protection value, frequency limiting protection operation is triggered, the running frequency of the compressor is reduced at the moment, so that the low-pressure evaporation pressure is improved, and the phenomenon of 'frozen pipes' caused by further reduction of the low-pressure evaporation pressure is avoided.
Example four:
as shown in fig. 3, in a complete embodiment of the present invention, during the operation of the air conditioner, the setting logic of the protection value of the evaporation pressure is specifically as follows:
s302, starting an air conditioning unit;
s304, judging whether the running state of the compressor is in a normal running state or not; if yes, entering S310, otherwise entering S306;
s306, judging whether the running state of the compressor is in a starting state or not; if yes, the process goes to S320, otherwise, the process goes to S308;
s308, determining that the compressor is in a stop state;
in S304 to S308, the compressor of the air conditioner is divided into three different operation states, which are a start state, a stop state, and a normal operation state, respectively. According to different running states of the compressor, different evaporation pressure protection values are set for the air conditioner, the reliability of low-pressure protection can be guaranteed, meanwhile, low-pressure protection false triggering caused by the fact that the compressor is in a specific working state is avoided, and the number of times of protection shutdown is reduced.
S310, setting the evaporation pressure protection value of the air conditioner as a second pressure protection value;
in S310, if the operation state of the compressor is the non-start state, the evaporation pressure protection value is set to a second pressure protection value, specifically, a second frequency limit protection value PZ1 and a second shutdown protection value PZ2, the second pressure protection value corresponding to the air conditioner in the smooth operation state.
S312, acquiring a first current value A01 of the current compressor in real time;
s314, delaying the target duration Time 1;
in S314, the target duration Time1 ranges from 0.1 second to 20 seconds, and in some embodiments, the target duration Time1 preferably ranges from 3 seconds.
S316, acquiring a second current value A02 of the current compressor;
s318, judging whether | A01-A02| ÷ AE ≧ AF is met; if yes, the process goes to S320, otherwise, the process returns to S304;
in S318, a01 is a first current value, a02 is a second current value, AE is a rated current of the compressor, AF is a fluctuation threshold, and a value range of the fluctuation threshold AF is: 10% to 40%, in some embodiments, preferably the fluctuation threshold AF takes 20%.
And S320, setting the evaporation pressure protection value of the air conditioner as a first pressure protection value.
In S320, if the operating state of the compressor is in the starting state, or the fluctuation of the operating current of the compressor is large, that is, the operating current of the compressor satisfies | a01-a02| ÷ AE ≧ AF, the evaporation pressure protection value is set as a first pressure protection value, specifically, a first frequency-limiting protection value PZ3 and a first shutdown protection value PZ4, the first pressure protection value corresponds to the air conditioner in the non-stationary operating state, in these states, because the compressor is being started or a sudden load change occurs, the low-pressure may be instantaneously reduced, which results in triggering of low-pressure protection, the compressor is frequently stopped, in order to avoid these conditions, the first pressure protection value is relatively lower than the second pressure protection value, thereby reducing the triggering of low-pressure protection, ensuring the reliability of low-pressure protection, and ensuring that the air conditioner will not cause hardware damage such as "frozen pipe" due to low-pressure failure, the compressor is ensured to be started and stopped frequently due to misoperation of low-voltage protection under different working conditions such as starting, stopping and sudden change of load conditions.
The method comprises the steps of adding current detection in a control circuit of the air conditioner, judging whether the air conditioner is in a special condition such as 'starting process' and/or 'sudden change of load' according to the running current value of a compressor, further determining an evaporation pressure protection value suitable for a current scene, further avoiding the condition that the preset evaporation pressure protection value is not suitable for 'starting' and 'sudden change of load', leading to frequent triggering of low-voltage protection, and causing the problem that the compressor is frequently stopped, on one hand, the loss of the compressor caused by frequent starting and stopping can be avoided, the reliability of the compressor is improved, the service life is prolonged, on the other hand, the uneven refrigerating/heating effect of the air conditioner caused by frequent starting and stopping of the compressor can be avoided, and the working effect of the air.
The first current a01 (real-time monitoring) and the second current a02 (real-time monitoring) are provided.
The target duration of the delay is: time1 (default 3 seconds), set range: 0.1 second to 20 seconds.
Fluctuation threshold AF (default 20%), set range: 10 to 40 percent.
And (3) during normal operation: the low voltage protection values are PZ1 (Limit) and PZ2 (shutdown), PZ1> PZ 2.
Start-up conditions and current fluctuations: the low-voltage protection values are PZ3 (limitation) and PZ4 (shutdown), PZ3> PZ4, wherein specific values of PZ1, PZ2, PZ3 and PZ4 are set according to actual measurement and product design (related to refrigerant types), and PZ1> PZ2> PZ3> PZ4 is met.
Example five:
as shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a protection control system 400 of an air conditioner, including a memory 402 and a processor 404; the memory 402 is configured and adapted to store a computer program; the processor 404 is configured to be suitable for executing a computer program to implement the protection control method of the air conditioner provided in any one of the above technical solutions, and therefore, the protection control system of the air conditioner includes all the beneficial effects of the protection control method of the air conditioner provided in any one of the above technical solutions.
Specifically, when the air conditioner unit is started or sudden change occurs in accordance with the air conditioner unit, the operating current of the compressor changes accordingly.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining the running current value of the air conditioner compressor twice in a delayed mode, calculating the difference value of the obtained current values on the two sides, comparing the difference value with a rated current value, judging whether the current running current value fluctuates or not, determining the special conditions of a starting process or a load sudden change when the current value fluctuates greatly, and adjusting the evaporation pressure protection value of the air conditioner according to the special conditions.
If the absolute value of the difference value of the first current value and the second current value does not exceed the fluctuation threshold value, the current air conditioner can be determined to be in a normal and stable operation process, the second pressure protection value is used as an evaporation pressure protection value at the moment, the problem of 'freezing pipes' caused by low pressure of a pipeline can be avoided, and the operation reliability and stability of the air conditioner are improved.
Further, an appropriate protection value of the evaporation pressure may be selected according to the operation state of the compressor.
When the compressor is in a shutdown state, parameters such as working current of the compressor cannot fluctuate, the second pressure protection value is set as the evaporation pressure protection value, and the problem of 'frozen pipes' can be effectively avoided.
