Abstract
The invention discloses an extraction method of finger lemon essential oil, which comprises the following steps: carrying out ultrasonic cleaning on the finger lemon; crushing and squeezing the washed finger lemons at low temperature to obtain finger lemon residues; grinding the lemon residues of the fingers under negative pressure until the particle size is not smaller than 100-200 meshes, and adding pectinase and cellulase for enzymolysis to obtain an zymolyte; sequentially carrying out primary separation and secondary separation on the zymolyte to obtain the finger lemon essential oil; the extraction method comprises the steps of directly taking out juice in the finger lemons through squeezing, crushing cell walls of the finger lemons through grinding, and through the arrangement of a negative pressure condition, the crushing of the cell walls can be better promoted under the combined action of negative pressure and grinding, and the oxidation of essential oil can be reduced; in addition, the ground material is subjected to enzymolysis treatment, and cell walls are further broken, so that the yield of the essential oil is improved; the extraction method disclosed by the invention is simple in process and obviously improves the yield of the essential oil.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of essential oil extraction, and particularly relates to a method for extracting finger lemon essential oil.
Background
The finger lemon is also called Australia finger orange, forest caviar, lemon caviar and the like, and is a fruit of a rare Australia rainforest tree. For thousands of years, it has been a valuable source of food and pharmaceuticals for the native population. The lemon finger pulp is composed of particles with the size of roe, is the best product in lemon family, has unique fragrance, caviar shape and crisp taste, has various colors of yellow, red, pink, purple, black, green and the like, contains various nutrient components of calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B1, B2, C, E and the like in lemon finger juice, and is also rich in citric acid, flavonoid, volatile oil, hesperidin and the like.
The unique finger lemon oil can be extracted by using the skin of the finger lemon, is a light yellow or green yellow liquid, and has fragrance similar to lemon. At present, a solvent extraction method and a squeezing method are generally adopted in an extraction method of the finger lemon oil, however, the existing squeezing method mainly breaks cells through pressure and separates oil, and the method has the problem of low oil yield.

According to the extraction method, firstly, juice in the finger lemons is directly taken out through squeezing, then the cell walls of the finger lemons are crushed through grinding, the crushing of the cell walls can be better promoted under the combined action of negative pressure and grinding through the arrangement of a negative pressure condition, and the oxidation of essential oil can be reduced; in addition, the ground material is subjected to enzymolysis treatment, and cell walls are further broken, so that the yield of the essential oil is improved; the extraction method disclosed by the invention is simple in process and obviously improves the yield of the essential oil.
Preferably, in step (b), the finger lemon is crushed to a particle size of not more than 1 cm.
Preferably, in the step (b), the temperature of low-temperature pressing is 20-30 ℃, and the pressing pressure is 2-4 MPa. Through pressure control, can fully get rid of the fruit juice to prevent the loss of finger lemon essential oil.
Preferably, in the step (c), the negative pressure is not lower than 0.05 MPa. Through limiting the negative pressure, the breaking of cell walls can be better promoted, and the yield of the finger lemon essential oil is improved.

Example 1
The embodiment is a method for extracting finger lemon essential oil, which comprises the following steps:
(a) carrying out ultrasonic cleaning on the finger lemon;
(b) crushing the washed finger lemons until the particle size is not more than 1cm, and squeezing at 20 ℃ and 4MPa to obtain finger lemon residues;
(c) grinding the lemon residues of the fingers to a particle size of not less than 200 meshes under the negative pressure of 0.05MPa, adding pectinase and cellulase, and performing enzymolysis at 20 ℃ for 20min to obtain an zymolyte, wherein the addition amount of the pectinase and the cellulase is 6% of the mass of the lemon residues of the fingers; the mass ratio of the pectinase to the cellulase is 4: 3;
(d) separating zymolyte by using a disc separator, wherein the control parameters of the disc separator are as follows: the rotating speed is 6500r/min, the separation time is 12min, the pressure of the heavy phase is 4MPa, the pressure of the light phase is 3MPa, and the light phase is collected;
and separating the light phase by using a disc separator, wherein the control parameters of the disc separator are as follows: the rotating speed is 8000r/min, the separation time is 22min, the pressure of the heavy phase is 4MPa, the pressure of the light phase is 0.5MPa, and the finger lemon essential oil is obtained by collecting the light phase.
Example 2
The embodiment is a method for extracting finger lemon essential oil, which comprises the following steps:
(a) carrying out ultrasonic cleaning on the finger lemon;
(b) crushing the washed finger lemons to a particle size of not more than 1cm, and squeezing at 30 ℃ and 2MPa to obtain finger lemon residues;
(c) grinding the lemon residues of the fingers to a particle size of not less than 100 meshes under the negative pressure of 0.05MPa, adding pectinase and cellulase, and performing enzymolysis at 30 ℃ for 15min to obtain an zymolyte, wherein the addition amount of the pectinase and the cellulase is 4% of the mass of the lemon residues of the fingers; the mass ratio of the pectinase to the cellulase is 4: 1;
(d) separating zymolyte by using a disc separator, wherein the control parameters of the disc separator are as follows: the rotating speed is 7000r/min, the separation time is 8min, the pressure of the heavy phase is 4MPa, the pressure of the light phase is 3MPa, and the light phase is collected;
and separating the light phase by using a disc separator, wherein the control parameters of the disc separator are as follows: rotating at 8500r/min, separating for 18min, under the conditions of heavy phase pressure of 4MPa and light phase pressure of 0.5MPa, and collecting light phase to obtain finger lemon essential oil.
Example 3
The embodiment is a method for extracting finger lemon essential oil, which comprises the following steps:
(a) carrying out ultrasonic cleaning on the finger lemon;
(b) crushing the washed finger lemons until the particle size is not more than 1cm, and squeezing at 25 ℃ and 3MPa to obtain finger lemon residues;
(c) grinding the lemon residues of the fingers to a particle size of not less than 200 meshes under the negative pressure of 0.05MPa, adding pectinase and cellulase, and performing enzymolysis at 25 ℃ for 20min to obtain an zymolyte, wherein the addition amount of the pectinase and the cellulase is 5% of the mass of the lemon residues of the fingers; the mass ratio of the pectinase to the cellulase is 4: 2;
(d) separating zymolyte by using a disc separator, wherein the control parameters of the disc separator are as follows: the rotating speed is 6800r/min, the separation time is 10min, the pressure of the heavy phase is 4MPa, the pressure of the light phase is 3MPa, and the light phase is collected;
and separating the light phase by using a disc separator, wherein the control parameters of the disc separator are as follows: the rotating speed is 8300r/min, the separation time is 20min, the pressure of the heavy phase is 4MPa, the pressure of the light phase is 0.5MPa, and the finger lemon essential oil is obtained by collecting the light phase.
Comparative example 1
The comparative example is an extraction method of the finger lemon essential oil, which is basically the same as the extraction method in example 3, except that the finger lemon residue is ground to a particle size of not more than 200 meshes in the step (c) under normal pressure.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example is a method for extracting the finger lemon essential oil, which is substantially the same as the extraction method in example 3, except that the finger lemon residue is ground to a particle size of not more than 200 mesh in step (c) under a negative pressure of 0.04 MPa.
Comparative example 3
The comparative example is an extraction method of the finger lemon essential oil, which is basically the same as the extraction method in example 3, except that the mass ratio of the pectinase to the cellulase in the step (c) is 1: 1.
Examples of the experiments
Selecting the finger lemons purchased in the same batch, extracting the finger lemon essential oil by adopting the extraction methods in the embodiments 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 respectively, and calculating the yield of different extraction methods according to the yield of finger lemon essential oil/finger lemon residues multiplied by 100%, wherein the calculation results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1:
the extraction methods in the embodiment and the comparison example can effectively extract the essential oil in the finger lemon, however, compared with the comparison examples 1-3, the extraction method disclosed by the invention can better extract the essential oil in the lemon through the limitation on the negative pressure condition, the negative pressure strength and the ratio of the pectinase and the cellulase, so that the yield of the essential oil is obviously improved, and particularly, the maximum extraction method can reach 3.2%.

3. The extraction method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (b), the temperature of the low-temperature pressing is 20-30 ℃, and the pressing pressure is 2-4 MPa.
4. The extraction method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (c), the negative pressure is not lower than 0.05 MPa.
5. The extraction method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (c), the addition amount of the pectinase and the cellulase is 4-6% of the mass of the finger lemon residue; the mass ratio of the pectinase to the cellulase is 4: 1-3.
6. The extraction method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (c), the enzymolysis temperature is 20-30 ℃, and the enzymolysis time is 15-20 min.
