Abstract

本发明公开了一种膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料,包括粉剂、粘结剂、纤维和膨胀剂,按重量比,每份含所述粉剂40~50%、所述粘结剂30~35%、所述纤维10~20%、所述膨胀剂8~15%。与现有技术相比,本发明的涂料中具有纤维和膨胀剂,在涂层的干燥过程中,水份挥发的同时膨胀剂体积膨胀,并且干燥时间短,单次施工涂层厚度高,降低了施工次数,降低了施工成本,具有推广应用的价值。

一种膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及防火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料。
背景技术
防火涂料是用于可燃性基材表面,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻止火灾的迅速蔓延,用以提高被涂材料耐火极限的一种特种涂料。涂于可燃性基材表面,用以改变材料表面燃烧特性,阻止火灾迅速蔓延;或施用于建筑构件上,用以提高构件的耐火极限的特种涂料,称防火涂料。现有技术中,膨胀型防火涂料,涂层较薄,但需要多次涂刷,每次涂刷大约0.15mm,涂至3mm厚度就需要涂刷20次以上,而且每次涂刷至少间隔24小时,工作效率比较低,且在干燥过程中,体积要收缩,涂层内部产生应力,容易产生裂纹,降低了防火性能,因此,需要一种涂刷次数少的防火涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料。
为达到上述目的,本发明是按照以下技术方案实施的:
本发明包括粉剂、粘结剂、纤维和膨胀剂,按重量比,每份含所述粉剂 40~50%、所述粘结剂30~35%、所述纤维10~20%、所述膨胀剂8~15%。
优选的,按重量比,每份含所述粉剂42%、所述粘结剂31%、所述纤维15%、所述膨胀剂12%。
具体地,所述粉剂由氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、钛白粉、陶瓷粉、锰粉、氧化铈粉、硅粉、石墨粉、硅微粉、煅烧高岭土粉和膨胀蛭石粉混合而成。
进一步,按重量比,每份含所述氢氧化铝5~10%、所述氢氧化镁5~10%、所述钛白粉5~1%、所述陶瓷粉5~1%、所述锰粉5~1%、所述氧化铈粉5~1%、所述硅粉5~1%、所述石墨粉5~1%、所述硅微粉5~1%、所述煅烧高岭土粉5~1%、所述膨胀蛭石粉5~1%。
优选的,按重量比,每份含所述氢氧化铝6%、所述氢氧化镁3%、所述钛白粉8%、所述陶瓷粉39%、所述锰粉3%、所述氧化铈粉4%、所述硅粉7%、所述石墨粉4%、所述硅微粉6%、所述煅烧高岭土粉8%、所述膨胀蛭石粉12%。
具体地,所述粘结剂由硅酸钠溶液、纯丙乳液、丙烯酸酯乳液、聚磷酸铵、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌混合而成。
进一步,按重量比,每份含所述硅酸钠溶液20~30%、所述纯丙乳液50~60%、所述丙烯酸酯乳液5~10%、所述聚磷酸铵2~5%、所述氢氧化镁2~5%、所述硼酸锌5~8%。
优选的,按重量比,每份含所述硅酸钠溶液25%、所述纯丙乳液55%、所述丙烯酸酯乳液7%、所述聚磷酸铵3%、所述氢氧化镁4%、所述硼酸锌6%。
具体地,所述纤维为硅酸铝纤维和氧化锆纤维按3:7重量比混合而成。
优选的,所述膨胀剂为膨胀珍珠岩。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明是一种膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料,与现有技术相比,本发明的涂料中具有纤维和膨胀剂,在涂层的干燥过程中,水挥发的同时膨胀剂体积膨胀,并且干燥时间短,单次涂层厚度高,耐高温,提高了防火性能,降低了施工难度,降低了施工成本,具有推广应用的价值。

下面以及具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,在此发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
本发明包括粉剂、粘结剂、纤维和膨胀剂,按重量比,每份含所述粉剂 40~50%、所述粘结剂30~35%、所述纤维10~20%、所述膨胀剂8~15%。
优选的,按重量比,每份含所述粉剂42%、所述粘结剂31%、所述纤维15%、所述膨胀剂12%。
具体地,所述粉剂由氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、钛白粉、陶瓷粉、锰粉、氧化铈粉、硅粉、石墨粉、硅微粉、煅烧高岭土粉和膨胀蛭石粉混合而成。
进一步,按重量比,每份含所述氢氧化铝5~10%、所述氢氧化镁5~10%、所述钛白粉5~1%、所述陶瓷粉5~1%、所述锰粉5~1%、所述氧化铈粉5~1%、所述硅粉5~1%、所述石墨粉5~1%、所述硅微粉5~1%、所述煅烧高岭土粉5~1%、所述膨胀蛭石粉5~1%。
优选的,按重量比,每份含所述氢氧化铝6%、所述氢氧化镁3%、所述钛白粉8%、所述陶瓷粉39%、所述锰粉3%、所述氧化铈粉4%、所述硅粉7%、所述石墨粉4%、所述硅微粉6%、所述煅烧高岭土粉8%、所述膨胀蛭石粉12%。
具体地,所述粘结剂由硅酸钠溶液、纯丙乳液、丙烯酸酯、聚磷酸铵、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌混合而成。
进一步,按重量比,每份含所述硅酸钠溶液20~30%、所述纯丙乳液50~60%、所述丙烯酸酯5~10%、所述聚磷酸铵2~5%、所述氢氧化镁2~5%、所述硼酸锌 5~8%。
优选的,按重量比,每份含所述硅酸钠溶液25%、所述纯丙乳液55%、所述丙烯酸酯7%、所述聚磷酸铵3%、所述氢氧化镁4%、所述硼酸锌6%。
具体地,所述纤维为硅酸铝纤维和氧化锆纤维按3:7重量比混合而成。
优选的,所述膨胀剂为膨胀珍珠岩。
本发明使用时,将粉剂、粘结剂、纤维和膨胀剂进行混合,喷涂至钢结构表面即可,存储时,可将纤维和膨胀剂与粉剂一并混合存储,使用时候将粘结剂混合即可进行喷涂或涂刷;喷涂后在乳液中水分的蒸发干燥过程中膨胀剂会膨胀,增加喷涂的厚度,并硬化。
本发明的防火涂料实验数据如下:

本发明的涂料涂刷一层约5mm厚度后经膨胀后约25mm厚度,涂刷厚度越厚,则隔温效果越好,在涂刷一层的情况下,已达到防火性能。
本发明的技术方案不限于上述具体实施例的限制,凡是根据本发明的技术方案做出的技术变形,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于:包括粉剂、粘结剂、纤维和膨胀剂,按重量比,每份含所述粉剂40~50%、所述粘结剂30~35%、所述纤维10~20%、所述膨胀剂8~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于:按重量比,每份含所述粉剂42%、所述粘结剂31%、所述纤维15%、所述膨胀剂12%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于:所述粉剂由氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、钛白粉、陶瓷粉、锰粉、氧化铈粉、硅粉、石墨粉、硅微粉、煅烧高岭土粉和膨胀蛭石粉混合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于:按重量比,每份含所述氢氧化铝5~10%、所述氢氧化镁5~10%、所述钛白粉5~1%、所述陶瓷粉5~1%、所述锰粉5~1%、所述氧化铈粉5~1%、所述硅粉5~1%、所述石墨粉5~1%、所述硅微粉5~1%、所述煅烧高岭土粉5~1%、所述膨胀蛭石粉5~1%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于:按重量比,每份含所述氢氧化铝6%、所述氢氧化镁3%、所述钛白粉8%、所述陶瓷粉39%、所述锰粉3%、所述氧化铈粉4%、所述硅粉7%、所述石墨粉4%、所述硅微粉6%、所述煅烧高岭土粉8%、所述膨胀蛭石粉12%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于:所述粘结剂由硅酸钠溶液、纯丙乳液、丙烯酸酯乳液、聚磷酸铵、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌混合而成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于:按重量比,每份含所述硅酸钠溶液20~30%、所述纯丙乳液50~60%、所述丙烯酸酯乳液5~10%、所述聚磷酸铵2~5%、所述氢氧化镁2~5%、所述硼酸锌5~8%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于:按重量比,每份含所述硅酸钠溶液25%、所述纯丙乳液55%、所述丙烯酸酯乳液7%、所述聚磷酸铵3%、所述氢氧化镁4%、所述硼酸锌6%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于:所述纤维为硅酸铝纤维和氧化锆纤维按3:7重量比混合而成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的膨胀型快修补水性钢结构防火涂料,其特征在于:所述膨胀剂为膨胀珍珠岩。
