The technical scheme of the invention adopts the adsorption device which has small volume, high efficiency and low cost to be connected with the storage tank, so as to effectively adsorb the overflowing gas in the methanol storage tank, and the one-way valves are arranged on the communicating pipes, so that the gas in the methanol storage tank is prevented from overflowing, and the environmental protection effect and the safety performance are ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical production, in particular to a methanol storage tank for preventing methanol gas from being discharged.
Background
Methanol is a basic organic chemical raw material and a high-quality fuel, and along with the further enhancement of economic development and environmental awareness, the methanol fuel is widely used as a clean energy source. In industrial production, methanol is mainly applied to the fields of fine chemical engineering, plastics and the like, is used for manufacturing various organic products such as methanol, acetic acid, methyl chloride, methyl amine, dimethyl sulfate and the like, and is also one of important raw materials of pesticides and medicines.
Methanol needs to be injected into the tank body in the processes of storage, transportation and use, the injection port is not too large in order to prevent the methanol from volatilizing, but in order to accelerate the injection speed, a single opening is also needed on the top of the tank so as to keep the pressure inside the tank body consistent with the external pressure, but because the methanol is a volatile substance and is also volatile in a normal temperature environment, the top opening can cause the methanol gas to overflow in the injection process, and the two effects are generated: firstly, methanol has certain toxicity, influences the biggest to human nervous system and blood system, and it all can produce the toxic reaction through alimentary canal, respiratory tract or skin ingestion, and methanol gas can harm people's respiratory mucosa and eyesight, and acute poisoning symptom has: headache, nausea, stomach ache, tiredness, blurred vision to blindness, and then dyspnea, which finally leads to paralysis of the respiratory center and death; secondly, the direct discharge causes environmental pollution. Thirdly, the accumulation of a large amount of methanol gas can cause fire, explosion and other potential safety accidents, so that the national relevant regulations clearly stipulate that: the mass concentration of methanol in the discharged gas should be lower than 50mg/m3。
However, only two methods are available in the market for treating the rest mixed waste gas containing methanol discharged in chemical production by taking methanol as a raw material, wherein one method is oxygen removal water washing, and the other method is process water washing. In the first method, a deoxygenated water absorption tower, a deoxygenated water cooler and a draught fan are required; the second method uses a draught fan and a process water absorption tower. The methods are all that methanol is dissolved in deoxygenated water or water, a large-sized tank body is needed, the equipment occupies large space for storing and transporting methanol fuel, the storage and the transportation are not facilitated, and the manufacturing cost and the cost are not suitable for a small-sized storage tank.
Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the problem of providing a methanol storage tank with a simple structure and low cost that can prevent the discharge of methanol gas.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a methanol storage tank for preventing methanol gas from being discharged, which uses a simple device combination to achieve the purpose of preventing methanol gas from being discharged well.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a methanol storage tank for preventing methanol gas emission comprises a methanol tank, wherein an air outlet is formed in the top end of the methanol tank, an air outlet pipe and an adsorption tank are sequentially connected to the air outlet, and an adsorption medium is filled in the adsorption tank;
the top end of the methanol tank is also provided with an air inlet and a feed inlet, and the bottom end of the methanol tank is provided with a discharge outlet;
a one-way valve is arranged at the air inlet;
the feeding hole is connected with a first quick connector through a feeding pipe, and a one-way valve is arranged in the first quick connector;
the discharge port is connected with the material using end through a discharge pipe, and a discharge valve is arranged on the discharge pipe.
Furthermore, the top end of the adsorption tank is connected with a flame arrester through an exhaust pipe.
The beneficial effects of the further technical scheme are as follows: the flame arrester is arranged at the top end to prevent the methanol gas from overflowing and burning and then the flame is transmitted into the tank body.
Furthermore, a methanol sensor is connected to the exhaust pipe in parallel, and the sensor can be connected with an alarm device.
The beneficial effects of the further technical scheme are as follows: after the medium in the adsorption box is adsorbed and saturated, the overflowed gas enters the pipeline to give an alarm in time, and the internal medium is replaced in time.
Further, the adsorption medium is small molecular inorganic salt, specifically calcium chloride.
The beneficial effects of the further technical scheme are as follows: the calcium chloride has good adsorption function, is cheap and easy to obtain, and importantly, the solid adsorption medium is convenient to replace and operate.
Further, the exhaust pipe and the flame arrester are connected through a second quick connection.

The principle of the technical scheme is as follows: when methanol is filled, the filling pipe is connected through the first quick connector 62, the one-way valve 63 is arranged in the first quick connector 62, so that the methanol cannot flow backwards during the methanol filling process, in order to keep the air pressure balance in the tank body, the air in the tank can be discharged from the air outlet 2, the air enters the adsorption tank 4 through the air outlet 2 and the air outlet pipe 3 and is absorbed by the adsorption medium, and the clean air passing through the adsorption medium is discharged to the atmosphere from 41, 42 and 8. After the adsorption medium reaches saturation, methanol overflows from the exhaust pipe 41 through the adsorption tank, and the methanol sensor 9 connected with the exhaust pipe 41 in parallel gives an alarm in time to remind a worker to replace the adsorption medium. the top end of the methanol tank is also provided with an air inlet and a feed inlet, and the bottom end of the methanol tank is provided with a discharge outlet;
a one-way valve is arranged at the air inlet;
the feeding hole is connected with a first quick connector through a feeding pipe, and a one-way valve is arranged in the first quick connector;
the discharge port is connected with the material using end through a discharge pipe, and a discharge valve is arranged on the discharge pipe.
