When the spare tire 1 is positioned at the carrying position, the fixing hole 24 on the fixing frame 4 is connected with the upper swing rod hole 28 of the upper swing rod 14 through the bolt 18, the elastic pin 21 penetrates into the opening at one end of the bolt 18, the upper swing rod 14 is fixed with the fixing frame 4, and the four-bar mechanism is still in a stable state under the condition that the winch device 9 fails.
