The spare tire carrier for a grader of claim 1, wherein: when the extension amount of the driving oil cylinder is maximum, the horizontal height of the spare tire fixing plate is maximum, and the distance between the bottommost part of the spare tire and the ground is larger than 0; the bottommost part of the spare tire can be contacted with the ground, and when the bottommost part of the spare tire is contacted with the ground, the extension amount of the driving oil cylinder is more than 0.
6. The method of using a spare tire carrier for a grader as in claims 1-5, wherein: including a method of placing a spare tire and a method of removing a spare tire;
the spare tire placing method comprises the following steps of:
A1. grounding the rake teeth, pushing the spare tire to the spare tire fixing plate, and sleeving the rim of the spare tire on the positioning step surface of the spare tire fixing plate;
A2. the spare tire cover plate is matched and placed on the outer side face of the spare tire, the spare tire fixing bolts penetrate through the spare tire fixing plate and the spare tire cover plate and then are connected with the handle nuts, and the handle nuts are locked in a rotating mode;
A3. starting a control oil cylinder to enable the spare tire fixing plate to drive the spare tire to rise to the highest position;
a4, sequentially passing through the first bolt locating piece and the second bolt locating piece by using the locating bolt;
A5. closing the driving oil cylinder;
the spare tire removing method comprises the following steps:
B1. grounding the rake teeth, and then pulling out the positioning pins to separate the positioning pins from the first pin positioning plate and the second pin positioning plate;
B2. starting a driving oil cylinder to enable the spare tire fixing plate to move downwards with the spare tire until the lowest part of the spare tire is contacted with the ground;
B3. closing the driving oil cylinder;
B4. rotating the handle nut to remove the spare tire cover plate;
B5. and the spare tire is taken off from the spare tire fixing plate and stands on the ground, and the spare tire is rolled to a required position.
