s4: adjusting the winding, starting the driving mechanism 65 to control the distance between the thickness adjusting roller 62 and the tire base, and the distance between the scraping support plate 61 and the tire base, further controlling the thickness of the asphalt on the surface of the tire base, cooling the asphalt under the action of the cooling block 64, and winding and collecting the asphalt by matching with related equipment after passing through the driving roller 75.
