In this embodiment, felt layer 27 can play the effect of saving oil, when felt layer 27 is arranged in soaking tank 7, can adsorb oil to full, and when felt layer 27 rotates to the top along with sleeve 24 and contacts with child base cloth, can extrude the child base cloth to the oil that adsorbs because of the friction effect that extrusion effect produced at the relative speed, combines the child base cloth of just scraping the closing layer by the scraper blade, and then can play better oil immersion effect.

the peripheral speeds of the first oil immersion roller (2) and the second oil immersion roller (3) are the same, the rotation directions of the first oil immersion roller (2) and the second oil immersion roller (3) are the same, and the peripheral speeds of the first oil immersion roller (2) and the second oil immersion roller (3) are greater than the peripheral speed of the traction roller (5);
