本发明涉及粉丝加工设备技术领域，具体为一种红薯粉丝高效截断机。包括壳体和壳体顶部位置的控制器，壳体左侧上部进料口位置安装有第一传送带，壳体右侧下部出料口位置安装有第二传送带，第一传送带右侧位于壳体内腔一端右侧下部位置安装有截断装置，壳体内腔还倾斜安装有下料板，下料板靠近第一传送带一端高于另一端，下料板靠近第二传送带一端位于第二传送带上部位置，下料板为带有过滤孔的筛板，壳体内腔且位于下料板下部位置设置有收集槽。工作效率较高，同时在截断过程产生的碎渣也能够进行收集，使用极为方便。

本发明涉及粉丝加工设备技术领域，具体为一种红薯粉丝高效截断机。
背景技术
粉丝生产企业生产出来的粉丝需要截成固定的长度，以便装入包装袋内进行包装，目前普遍使用的粉丝截断工具是剪刀，即通过人工将粉丝通过剪刀剪断。
传统的粉丝截断方式效率较低，同时截断过程也会产生粉丝碎渣，回收也不方便。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
为了解决现有技术的上述问题，本发明提供一种红薯粉丝高效截断机，工作效率较高，同时在截断过程产生的碎渣也能够进行收集，使用极为方便。
(二)技术方案
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用的主要技术方案：包括壳体和壳体顶部位置的控制器，所述壳体左侧上部进料口位置安装有第一传送带，所述壳体右侧下部出料口位置安装有第二传送带，所述第一传送带右侧位于壳体内腔一端右侧下部位置安装有截断装置，所述壳体内腔还倾斜安装有下料板，所述下料板靠近第一传送带一端高于另一端，所述下料板靠近第二传送带一端位于第二传送带上部位置，所述下料板为带有过滤孔的筛板，所述壳体内腔且位于下料板下部位置设置有收集槽。
优选的，所述截断装置包括位于右侧上部且外壁位置安装有切刀的第一转动辊和位于左侧下部且外壁位置开设有与切刀配合使用切刀槽的第二转动辊。
优选的，所述下料板左侧上部位置还转动连接有用于清理第二转动辊的辊刷。
优选的，所述壳体上部位置安装有与第一转动辊和第二转动辊传动连接的电机。
优选的，所述壳体底部位置安装有支撑腿。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种红薯粉丝高效截断机。具备以下有益效果：
(1)、需要截断的粉丝经过第一传送带传送到壳体内部，然后经过截断装置进行截断，截断过程产生的碎渣会穿过带有过滤孔的下料板落入到收集槽内，不仅工作效率较高，同时能够对截断过程产生的碎渣进行回收。
(2)、在对粉丝进行截断的过程中，辊刷能够对第二转动辊不断清理，清理的碎渣落入到收集槽内。

如图1所示，本实施例的红薯粉丝高效截断机，包括壳体1和壳体1顶部位置的控制器2，壳体1左侧上部进料口位置安装有第一传送带3，壳体1右侧下部出料口位置安装有第二传送带4，第一传送带3右侧位于壳体1内腔一端右侧下部位置安装有截断装置5，壳体1内腔还倾斜安装有下料板6，下料板6靠近第一传送带3一端高于另一端，下料板6靠近第二传送带4一端位于第二传送带4上部位置，下料板6为带有过滤孔的筛板，壳体1内腔且位于下料板6下部位置设置有收集槽7。需要截断的粉丝经过第一传送带3传送到壳体1内部，然后经过截断装置5进行截断，截断过程产生的碎渣会穿过带有过滤孔的下料板6落入到收集槽7内，不仅工作效率较高，同时能够对截断过程产生的碎渣进行回收。
进一步的，截断装置5包括位于右侧上部且外壁位置安装有切刀的第一转动辊501和位于左侧下部且外壁位置开设有与切刀配合使用切刀槽的第二转动辊502。
进一步的，下料板6左侧上部位置还转动连接有用于清理第二转动辊502的辊刷8。在对粉丝进行截断的过程中，辊刷8能够对第二转动辊502不断清理，清理的碎渣落入到收集槽7内。
进一步的，壳体1上部位置安装有与第一转动辊501和第二转动辊502传动连接的电机9。
进一步的，壳体1底部位置安装有支撑腿10。
工作原理：需要截断的粉丝经过第一传送带3传送到壳体1内部，然后经过截断装置5进行截断，截断过程产生的碎渣会穿过带有过滤孔的下料板6落入到收集槽7内，不仅工作效率较高，同时能够对截断过程产生的碎渣进行回收。在对粉丝进行截断的过程中，辊刷8能够对第二转动辊502不断清理，清理的碎渣落入到收集槽7内，经过下料板6滑落的粉丝最终经过第二传送带4传送到下一工序。

1.一种红薯粉丝高效截断机，其特征在于：包括壳体(1)和壳体(1)顶部位置的控制器(2)，所述壳体(1)左侧上部进料口位置安装有第一传送带(3)，所述壳体(1)右侧下部出料口位置安装有第二传送带(4)，所述第一传送带(3)右侧位于壳体(1)内腔一端右侧下部位置安装有截断装置(5)，所述壳体(1)内腔还倾斜安装有下料板(6)，所述下料板(6)靠近第一传送带(3)一端高于另一端，所述下料板(6)靠近第二传送带(4)一端位于第二传送带(4)上部位置，所述下料板(6)为带有过滤孔的筛板，所述壳体(1)内腔且位于下料板(6)下部位置设置有收集槽(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红薯粉丝高效截断机，其特征在于：所述截断装置(5)包括位于右侧上部且外壁位置安装有切刀的第一转动辊(501)和位于左侧下部且外壁位置开设有与切刀配合使用切刀槽的第二转动辊(502)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种红薯粉丝高效截断机，其特征在于：所述下料板(6)左侧上部位置还转动连接有用于清理第二转动辊(502)的辊刷(8)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种红薯粉丝高效截断机，其特征在于：所述壳体(1)上部位置安装有与第一转动辊(501)和第二转动辊(502)传动连接的电机(9)。
