A first check valve 212 is arranged in the first liquid suction pipe 210 and the first liquid guide pipe 211, and a second check valve 217 is arranged in the second liquid suction pipe 215 and the second liquid guide pipe 216; for controlling the liquid flow direction.
After the motor 218 is started, when the reciprocating plate 206 moves downwards, the first piston plate is driven to slide in the first connecting box 209 in a reciprocating manner, liquid is pumped from the derusting liquid box 208 in a reciprocating manner through the first liquid suction pipe 210, then the derusting liquid is introduced into the mixing box 101 through the first liquid guide pipe 211, meanwhile, the second liquid guide pipe 216 also synchronously introduces cleaning water into the mixing box 101, meanwhile, when the third rotating shaft 301 rotates, the fourth bevel gear 304 on the third rotating shaft 301 rotates and drives the fifth bevel gear 306 meshed and connected with the third rotating shaft to rotate, the fourth rotating shaft 305 is further driven to rotate, at the same time, the sixth bevel gear 307 on the fourth rotating shaft 305 rotates and drives the first bevel gear 103 meshed and connected with the fourth rotating shaft to rotate and further drives the stirring shaft 102 to rotate, stirring teeth 104 on stirring shaft 102 rotate, stir and dilute the rust removing liquid and the washing water that enter into mixing box 101, the rust removing liquid after mixing and diluting is spouted to the surface of tap shell through spray pipe 105, the rust removing liquid that drips from the tap shell is discharged to the bottom of box 1 through the wash port on placing plate 108, then discharge box 1 through drain pipe 112, this kind of setting can mix and dilute the rust removing liquid, improve the rust cleaning ability of rust removing liquid, ensure to carry out comprehensive clearance to the rust spot on the tap shell, ensure that the tap shell can satisfy follow-up use, resources are saved.
Example 4:
the use method of the faucet shell cleaning machine comprises the following steps:
s1: placing the to-be-treated faucet shell on a placing plate 108 for fixing treatment;
s2: starting the motor 218 to drive the cleaning mechanism to operate, and spraying water to clean the faucet shell;
