the fruit enters the conveying chain 21 from the feeding chute 7 and is supported between the two supporting rollers 221, when the fruit is conveyed to the lower part of the detection and identification device 100, the driving part 63 of the supporting roller driving mechanism 6 drives the driving rail 61 to move, so as to drive the supporting rollers 221 to rotate rapidly, so that the fruit between the supporting rollers 221 also rotates rapidly, the detection and identification device 100 detects and identifies the whole surface of the fruit in all directions, the detection and identification device 100 records the size specification and quality of the fruit, determines the fruit outlet chute 4 into which the fruit should enter, the fruit is conveyed to the fruit outlet chute 4 after being detected and identified, the detection and identification device 100 controls the electromagnet 33 of the stirring mechanism 3 to be powered on, the electromagnet 33 attracts the magnet block 32, so as to drive the stirring arm 31 to rotate, stir the bracket 222 and the supporting rollers 221 to turn obliquely, so that the fruit on the supporting rollers 221 falls into the fruit outlet chute 4, and the fruits with different sizes and different qualities fall into the corresponding fruit outlet chutes 4, thereby smoothly realizing the sorting of the fruits.
According to the fruit sorting equipment, the fruits on the fruit support 22 are conveyed through the conveying chain 21, the shifting mechanism 3 acts to enable the fruits on the fruit support 22 to fall into the fruit outlet grooves 4, and the fruits with different sizes and different qualities fall into the corresponding fruit outlet grooves 4 according to set classification, so that accurate sorting is achieved, sorting efficiency is greatly improved, labor cost is saved, and sorting and classification are accurate through automatic fruit identification; compared with the method that the fruits are sorted in a screening mode only by the sizes of the fruits, the sorting type is complete, and the requirement for accurately sorting the fruit quality can be met; by arranging the abutting block 2222 to abut against and match with the step 2231a, the bracket 222 is stable in structure when in the supporting position, which is beneficial to stable fruit conveying; by arranging the stabilizing block 2223, when the bracket 222 is in the supporting position, the structure is further stabilized, and the fruit is more stably conveyed; the riding wheels 221 are driven to rotate by the driving tracks 61 of the riding wheel driving mechanism 6, so that the fruits among the riding wheels 221 rotate, and the detection and identification device 100 can conveniently detect and identify the fruits on all surfaces in an omnibearing manner; the structure is flexible and reliable, the application is wide, and the fruit or melon and fruit vegetable sorting device is worthy of popularization and application in domestic enterprises for sorting fruits or melons, fruits and vegetables.

Claims (9)
1. A fruit sorting apparatus, comprising:
a frame;
the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying chain and fruit supports, the conveying chain is arranged on the rack, the fruit supports are fixedly arranged on the conveying chain, the fruit supports are arranged on the conveying chain at intervals, and a fruit can be supported between every two adjacent fruit supports;
the shifting mechanism is arranged on the rack and shifts the fruit support to turn over so as to turn down the fruits on the fruit support; and
the fruit outlet groove is arranged below the shifting mechanism and is used for receiving the fruits which are shifted by the shifting mechanism to fall from the fruit support.
2. The fruit sorting equipment according to claim 1, wherein the fruit tray comprises a supporting wheel, a bracket and a supporting frame, the supporting frame is fixedly connected with the conveying chain, the supporting wheel is rotatably connected with the bracket, the bracket is movably connected with the supporting frame, and the bracket has a supporting position and a discharging position relative to the supporting frame.

The fruit sorting equipment according to claim 2, wherein the support frame is provided with a through hole, the bracket is provided with a support rod, the support rod passes through the through hole, the support rod is provided with a first position and a second position in the through hole, the hole diameters of two ends of the through hole are gradually increased on a vertical plane, the support rod is in the first position when being parallel to the through hole, the support rod is in the second position when being inclined to the through hole and abutting against the inner wall of the through hole, the first position corresponds to the support position of the bracket, and the second position corresponds to the unloading position of the bracket; the support frame is provided with a support block, the support block is provided with a step, the bracket is provided with a support block, and when the support rod is located at the first position in the through hole, the support block is in butt fit with the step.
4. Fruit sorting plant according to claim 3, characterized in that the carrier is further provided with a stabilizing block which abuts against the support frame when the support bar is in the first position in the through hole.

The fruit sorting apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the idler comprises two cone-shaped wheels and a connecting rod, the two cone-shaped wheels are opposite and coaxially connected through the connecting rod, and the two cone-shaped wheels and the connecting rod are integrally formed to form a shape with two large ends and a small middle.

The fruit sorting device according to claim 2, wherein the toggle mechanism comprises a toggle arm, a magnet block, an electromagnet and an elastic member, the middle part of the toggle arm is hinged to the frame, the magnet block is fixedly connected with one end of the toggle arm, the electromagnet and the magnet block are oppositely arranged at intervals, a wing plate is arranged on the bracket, the other end of the toggle arm can be abutted against the lower surface of the wing plate, and two ends of the elastic member are respectively fixedly connected with the toggle arm and the frame.

The fruit sorting apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising a fruit tray deviation prevention wheel, wherein the fruit tray deviation prevention wheel is coaxially and fixedly connected with the conveying wheel of the conveying chain, and the fruit tray deviation prevention wheel abuts against the lower surface of the wing plate at the conveying wheel of the conveying chain.

The fruit sorting equipment according to claim 2, further comprising a supporting wheel driving mechanism, wherein the supporting wheel driving mechanism is disposed beside the conveying chain, the supporting wheel driving mechanism comprises a driving rail, two driving wheels and a driving member, the two driving wheels are arranged in parallel and at intervals along the moving direction of the conveying chain and are both rotatably connected with the frame, the driving rail is sleeved on the two driving wheels, the driving rail abuts against the supporting wheel, the driving member is fixedly disposed on the frame, and the driving member is in driving connection with one of the driving wheels.
9. The fruit sorting apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a feed chute disposed above the conveyor chain.
