Abstract

The invention relates to a gas-liquid mixing and filling device and a gas-liquid mixing and filling method. The gas-liquid mixing and filling device comprises a tank chamber and a filling body. The chamber defines a first air chamber and a first liquid mixing space. The filling body comprises a containing chamber and a plurality of injection ports, the containing chamber defines a second air chamber and a second liquid mixing space, and the plurality of injection ports are communicated with the second liquid mixing space. A first pipeline is communicated with the first air chamber and the second air chamber. A second pipeline is communicated with the first liquid mixing space and the second liquid mixing space.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a gas-liquid mixing and filling device and a gas-liquid mixing and filling method.
Background
Since the liquid has a property of dissolving gas therein, carbonated beverages or other mixed liquids in which a large amount of gas is dissolved can be manufactured, and the lower the temperature of the liquid, the higher the gas dissolution rate, the lower the temperature of the liquid, the more the mixed liquid is filled into a container, but the lower the temperature of the production line, the more power consumption is caused. If the filling is performed in a normal temperature filling manner, the mixed liquid in the filling tank releases a large amount of gas, so that the height and width of the filling tank need to be increased greatly to accommodate the gas released by the mixed liquid and ensure the filling amount of the mixed liquid, which may cause the structure of the filling tank to be too high and too large, thereby affecting the manufacturing cost of the filling tank to be too large and the plant space to be limited, and thus there is a disadvantage to be improved urgently.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a novel and advanced gas-liquid mixing and filling device and method to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a gas-liquid mixing and filling device which can provide a high filling amount without heightening and enlarging a filling body to ensure the efficiency of filling a mixed liquid.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a gas-liquid mixing and filling method.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a gas-liquid mixing and filling device, which comprises a chamber, a filling body, a first pipeline and a second pipeline. The chamber defines a first air chamber located at the relatively upper side and a first liquid mixing space located at the relatively lower side. The filling body comprises a containing chamber and a plurality of injection ports, the containing chamber defines a second air chamber located at the upper part and a second liquid mixing space located at the lower part, the plurality of injection ports are communicated with the second liquid mixing space, and the top surface of the groove chamber is higher than the bottom surface of the containing chamber. The first pipeline is communicated with the first air chamber of the groove chamber and the second air chamber of the containing chamber. The second pipeline is communicated with the first liquid mixing space of the groove chamber and the second liquid mixing space of the accommodating chamber.
Furthermore, a mixing tank is further included for accommodating a gas-liquid mixture, and a third pipeline is connected between the mixing tank and the tank chamber.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, which show a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the gas-liquid mixing and filling apparatus of the present invention includes a chamber 2, a filling body 3, a first pipeline 42 and a second pipeline 43.
The chamber 2 defines a first air chamber 21 located at a relatively upper side and a first liquid mixing space 22 located at a relatively lower side, and when the gas-liquid mixture flows into the chamber 2, a part of gas in the gas-liquid mixture is dissolved into the first air chamber 21.
The filling body 3 includes a containing chamber 31 and a plurality of injection ports 32, the containing chamber 31 defines a second air chamber 311 located at an upper side and a second liquid mixing space 312 located at a lower side, the plurality of injection ports 32 are communicated with the second liquid mixing space 312, and the top surface of the chamber 2 is higher than the bottom surface of the containing chamber 31 and lower than the top surface of the containing chamber, so that the interior of the chamber 2 and the interior of the containing chamber 31 are at least partially at the same level. In this embodiment, the gas-liquid mixture is a carbonated liquid at normal temperature.
The first pipeline 42 is connected to the top of the first air chamber 21 of the chamber 2 and the top of the second air chamber 311 of the chamber 31.
The second pipeline 43 is connected to the bottom of the first liquid-mixing space 22 of the chamber 2 and the bottom of the second liquid-mixing space 312 of the accommodating chamber 31.
In the embodiment, the present invention further includes a mixing tank 1, the mixing tank 1 is used for accommodating a gas-liquid mixture, and a third pipeline 41 is connected between the mixing tank 1 and the tank chamber 2, in the embodiment, the gas-liquid mixture is carbonated beverage, and in other embodiments, the gas-liquid mixture may be other objects with gas-liquid mixture.
Therefore, the liquid in the first liquid mixing space 22 can flow into the second liquid mixing space 312 through the second pipeline 43, the liquid in the second liquid mixing space 312 can be respectively injected into a plurality of containers through the injection ports 32 for filling operation, and the first pipeline 42 is communicated with the first air chamber 21 and the second air chamber 311, the interior of the chamber 2 and the interior of the accommodating chamber 31 have the same pressure, and the liquid in the first liquid mixing space 22 can smoothly flow into the second liquid mixing space 312 through the second pipeline 43, so that the overall height and the transverse area of the accommodating chamber 31 do not need to be too large, the material cost for manufacturing the filling body can be saved, and a large amount of filling operation can be performed quickly.
Wherein, the third pipeline 41 is provided with a control valve 44 to control the communication between the mixing tank 1 and the tank chamber 2, so as to control the total amount of the gas-liquid mixture in the mixing tank 1.
Preferably, the first pipe 42 communicates with the top of the chamber 2 and the top of the chamber 31 to ensure that only gas can smoothly pass through the first pipe 42 to balance the pressure in the chamber 2 and the chamber 31.
Also preferably, the second conduit 43 communicates between the bottom of the chamber 2 and the bottom of the chamber 31 to ensure that only liquid can smoothly pass through the second conduit 43.

In summary, in the gas-liquid mixing and filling apparatus and method of the present invention, since the first pipeline is communicated with the first gas chamber and the second gas chamber, the interior of the tank chamber and the interior of the containing chamber have the same pressure, and the liquid in the first liquid mixing space can smoothly flow into the second liquid mixing space through the second pipeline, the overall height and the lateral area of the containing chamber do not need to be too large, the material cost for manufacturing the filling body can be saved, and a large amount of filling operations can be performed quickly.

Claims (8)

1. A gas-liquid mixing and filling apparatus, comprising:
the tank chamber defines a first air chamber positioned relatively above and a first liquid mixing space positioned relatively below;
the filling body comprises a containing chamber and a plurality of injection ports, the containing chamber defines a second air chamber positioned at the upper part and a second liquid mixing space positioned at the lower part, the plurality of injection ports are communicated with the second liquid mixing space, and the top surface of the groove chamber is higher than the bottom surface of the containing chamber;
the first pipeline is communicated with the first air chamber of the groove chamber and the second air chamber of the containing chamber;
the second pipeline is communicated with the first liquid mixing space of the groove chamber and the second liquid mixing space of the accommodating chamber;
wherein, the first pipeline is communicated with the top of the groove chamber and the top of the containing chamber;
wherein, the second pipeline is communicated with the bottom of the groove chamber and the bottom of the accommodating chamber.
2. The gas-liquid mixing and filling apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a mixing tank for containing a gas-liquid mixture, and a third pipe communicating between the mixing tank and the tank chamber.
3. The gas-liquid mixing and filling apparatus as recited in claim 2, wherein the third pipe is provided with a control valve for controlling communication between the mixing tub and the tub chamber.
4. The gas-liquid mixing filling device according to claim 1, wherein the height of the chamber defines a first height, the height of the chamber defines a second height, and the first height is smaller than the second height.
5. The gas-liquid mixing filling device according to claim 1, wherein a volume of the reservoir chamber is smaller than a volume of the chamber.
6. The gas-liquid mixture charging device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the gas-liquid mixture is a carbonated liquid in a normal temperature state.

A gas-liquid mixing filling apparatus as defined in claim 3 wherein the height of the chamber defines a first height, the height of the chamber defines a second height, and the first height is less than the second height; the volume of the chamber is smaller than that of the containing chamber; the gas-liquid mixture is a carbonic acid liquid in a normal temperature state.
8. A method for filling a gas-liquid mixture, comprising the steps of:
preparing a mixing tank, and injecting a gas-liquid mixture into the mixing tank;
preparing a chamber, and introducing the gas-liquid mixture from the mixing tank into the chamber through a third pipeline, so that the chamber defines a first gas chamber located at the relatively upper part and a first liquid mixing space located at the relatively lower part;
