技术领域
本发明属于中药领域,具体涉及一种调解糖尿病的喷剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起。长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍。糖尿病划分为1型糖尿病和2型糖尿病;其中,
1型糖尿病,胰岛B细胞破坏导致胰岛素绝对缺乏,约占糖尿病病人总数的10%,常发生于儿童和青少年,但也可发生于任何年龄;病因是由于胰岛B细胞受到细胞介导的自身免疫性破坏,自身不能合成和分泌胰岛素,常见的治疗手段为注射胰岛素;
2型糖尿病,胰岛素抵抗为主伴胰岛素相对性缺乏或胰岛素分泌受损为主伴胰岛素抵抗,约占糖尿病病人总数的90%,发病年龄多数在35岁以后,胰岛素靶细胞上的胰岛素受体或受体后缺陷在发病中占重要地位;常见的治疗手段为饮食控制、运动、口服或注射降糖药。
2型糖尿病人群相当普遍,在日常工作中由于饮食不当、精神刺激等因素会导致血糖偏高,注射降糖药对糖尿病有显著的疗效,但是注射的危险性较高,而且在日常生活中不方便携带使用;口服药物需要一段较长的时间才生效。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种调解糖尿病的喷剂,能快速调解糖尿病,安全方便,吸收快,药效强。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种调解糖尿病的喷剂的制备方法,强化药效,方便吸收。
本发明的目的之一采用如下技术方案实现:
一种调解糖尿病的喷剂,包括按重量份计以下组分:
山药25-35份;苦瓜25-35份;余甘子15-25份;扁豆25-35份;
茯苓15-25份;槐米10-20份;小蓟5-15份;玉竹15-25份;
黄精10-20份;葛根25-35份;桃仁10-20份;生黄芪25-35份;
生地25-35份;元参25-35份。

山药27-32份;苦瓜28-33份;余甘子18-23份;扁豆28-33份;
茯苓18-23份;槐米13-18份;小蓟8-13份;玉竹18-23份;

一种调解糖尿病的喷剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,取配方量的各种原料,清洗干净,分别进行粉碎处理,风干,得到各种原料的粗制药粉;
S2,将各种原料的粗制药粉混合均匀进行超细微粉碎,得到超细微药粉;
S3,将超细微药粉加入酒精中,搅拌均匀,浸泡,超声处理,过滤,取过滤液作为母液;
S4,将母液加水稀释,然后将稀释液转入振荡装置中规律的多次振荡,得到药液;
S5,将药液制瓶得到液体口喷剂。
进一步地,步骤S1中,所述粗制药粉的粒径为30-50目。
进一步地,步骤S2中,所述超细微药粉的粒径为300-350目。
进一步地,步骤S3中,浸泡时长为2-3h,超声处理的频率为500MHz-1000MHz,超声处理时长为5-15min。
进一步地,步骤S4中,母液加水稀释的母液与水的体积比为1:5-10,所述振荡装置中转速为3000-4500r/min,将稀释液振荡处理0.5-1.5h。
进一步地,所述步骤S1到步骤S5的温度保持在10-20℃。相比现有技术的40℃以上的萃取工艺,本发明的物料在低温处理中不易变形,更好地保护药效。
山药,味甘,性平;入脾、肺、肾经;具有补脾养胃、生津益肺、补肾涩精的功效,可以食药两用,有促进骨折愈合,降血糖,增强免疫功能,增强消化系统功能等作用。
苦瓜,性寒,味苦,归心、脾、肺经;具有清暑止渴,清心泄火,解毒,明目的功效;苦瓜含苦瓜甙、5—羟色胺、谷氨酸、丙氨酸及维生素B1等成分,苦瓜的粗提取物有类似胰岛素的作用,能降低血糖,对糖尿病有良好的防治作用。
余甘子,性凉,味甘、酸、涩;归肺经、胃经;具有清热凉血,消食健胃,生津止咳的功效;主治:高血压病、哮喘、咽喉痛,口干烦渴,维生素C缺乏症。
扁豆,性平,味甘,入脾、胃经;止泄泻,消暑,暖脾胃,除湿热,止消渴;功能主治为:健脾和中,消暑化湿。治暑湿吐泻,脾虚呕逆,食少久泄,水停消渴,赤白带下,小儿疳积。
茯苓,性平,味甘、淡,归心经、肺经、脾经、肾经;利水渗湿、健脾宁心,属利水渗湿药下属分类的利水消肿药。
槐米,性微寒,味苦;具有凉血止血,清肝泻火的功效,主治:降低血压、预防中风、凉血止血、抗炎作用。
小蓟,性凉,味甘、苦;归心经、肝经;凉血止血、祛瘀消肿;用治吐血、衄血、尿血、便血、崩漏下血、外伤出血、黄疸、痈肿疮毒等。
玉竹,性微寒,味甘;归肺经、胃经;养阴润燥、生津止渴;用治肺胃阴伤、燥热咳嗽、咽干口渴、内热消渴。
黄精,味甘,性平;归脾、肺、肾经;补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾;黄精能增加冠脉流量、调血脂、降血糖、抗衰老和增强免疫;黄精粗多糖具免疫调节作用,对化学性肝损伤具保护作用,另具抗炎和抗病毒作用;此外,还具抑菌、抗病原微生物、降压、止血等作用;含甾体皂苷类成分,如薯蓣皂苷元、毛地黄糖苷、菝葜皂苷元等;黄酮类成分有芹菜黄素等,现代临床用治冠心病、高脂血症、糖尿病、白细胞减少症、肺结核、慢性肝炎、脑力及睡眠不足、头痛、阳痿及癣菌病等。
葛根,甘、辛、性平;入脾胃经;解肌退热、生津止渴、滋润筋脉;葛根具有p-受体阻断剂作用,是心血管作用的基础;具有明显的解热作用;可收缩或舒张平滑肌;还具有扩张冠状动脉血管和脑血管,增加冠状动脉血流量和脑血流量,降低心肌耗氧量,增加氧供应,降低血压、降血糖和解除肠管痉挛等作用;试验证明,葛根素可使四氧嘧啶性糖尿病鼠血糖明显下降,且降糖作用持久。
桃仁,性平,味苦、甘;归心经、肝经、大肠经;活血祛痰、润肠通便;具有抗凝血、抗直栓、改善血流、抗炎、镇痛和抗过敏等作用。
生黄芪,性微温,味甘;归脾经、肺经;补气固表、利尿、托毒排脓、生肌;对核酸代谢有促进作用;增强造血功能;改善心肌功能,对抗心肌梗死;具有抗氧化、抗病毒、抗癌、改善肾功能和肾组织病理改变等,同时具调节免疫、抗衰老和抗应激作用。
生地,性寒,味甘,归心经、肝经、肾经;清热凉血、养阴、生津,能提高免疫功能,有降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗过敏、保护心血管系统、抗真菌、止血、抗弥漫性血管内凝血和抗炎免疫等作用。
元参,性微寒,味甘、苦、咸;归肺经、胃经、肾经;具有解热、抗菌、保护心肌缺血、解痉、降血压、降血糖等作用。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的一种调解糖尿病的喷剂以苦瓜为主药,经放射免疫法测定发现苦瓜提取物与胰岛素受体、胰岛素抗体均有明显的结合反应,发挥类似胰岛素的作用;辅以具有益气功效的山药、扁豆、黄精、生黄芪,和具有滋阴功效的生地、元参、玉竹,以及具有清热功效的葛根、余甘子,具有健脾化湿功效的茯苓,同时采用具有理气活血功效的桃仁和具有凉血止血药功效的小蓟、槐米;通过各组分的协同作用,促进、改善下丘脑对各种激素的调节,激发和增强下丘脑的一些具有神经内分泌功能的神经元内分泌细胞功能,调节腺垂体内各种细胞的分泌活动,增强细胞核糖核酸的合成,尤其是促进类胰岛素成长因子(IGF-1)分泌,增强对葡萄糖和氨基酸的吸收,促进糖原的合成和乳酸分泌,抑制糖原分解,增加人体对胰岛素灵敏度的功能,提高人体胰岛素的作用效率。
本发明的一种调解糖尿病的喷剂的制备方法,能使药物减毒增效,使喷剂具有高势能、药效大、用量少、口感好、易储存、便携带、使用方便的特点。生产过程中采用了中药超微技术和振荡产生的势能储存技术,强化了制剂中的降糖因子、类胰岛素成长因子(IGF-1)、免疫功能因子和多种生物活性因子在产品中的功能。口喷剂通过口腔舌下黏膜给药能迅速进入机体,解决煎中药汤剂吸收慢,以及煎中药汤剂费事麻烦和口感的问题,方便大批人群使用,本发明的口喷剂通过口腔舌下黏膜给药,避免了胃肠道刺激的不适。
进一步地,本发明具有平衡阴阳、调节脏腑功能、通利脏气、清润肺热、生津止渴、养血凉血、益气养阴、健脾利湿、温阳滋肾、清泻胃肠、消积化痰、清热解毒、润燥增液、活血化瘀、通经活络、等功效。该产品配方和制造工艺独特,采取中药超微势能工艺,通过口腔舌下黏膜迅速直达机体,立刻产生生物放大效应,从而起到有效降低血糖之效果。

生地30份;元参30份。
该调解糖尿病的喷剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,取配方量的各种原料,清洗干净,分别进行粉碎处理,风干,得到各种原料的粒径为40目的粗制药粉;
S2,将各种原料的粗制药粉混合均匀进行超细微粉碎,得到粒径为320目的超细微药粉;
S3,将超细微药粉加入酒精中,搅拌均匀,浸泡2.5h,超声振荡,过滤,取过滤液作为母液;超声处理的频率为800MHz,超声处理时长为10min;
S4,将母液加水稀释,母液与水的体积比为1:10,然后将稀释液转入振荡装置中规律的多次振荡,得到药液;振荡装置中转速为3000r/min,将稀释液振荡处理1h;
S5,将药液精制成为液体口喷剂,制备全程的温度保持在10℃。
实施例2
一种调解糖尿病的喷剂,包括按重量份计以下组分:
山药27份;苦瓜28份;余甘子18份;扁豆28份;
茯苓18份;槐米13份;小蓟8份;玉竹18份;
黄精14份;葛根28份;桃仁13份;生黄芪28份;
生地28份;元参33份。
该调解糖尿病的喷剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,取配方量的各种原料,清洗干净,分别进行粉碎处理,风干,得到各种原料的粒径为50目的粗制药粉;
S2,将各种原料的粗制药粉混合均匀进行超细微粉碎,得到粒径为350目的超细微药粉;
S3,将超细微药粉加入酒精中,搅拌均匀,浸泡2h,超声振荡,过滤,取过滤液作为母液;超声处理的频率为800MHz,超声处理时长为10min;
S4,将母液加水稀释,母液与水的体积比为1:10,然后将稀释液转入振荡装置中规律的多次振荡,得到药液;振荡装置中转速为3000r/min,将稀释液振荡处理1h;
S5,将药液精制成为液体口喷剂,制备全程的温度保持在12℃。
实施例3
一种调解糖尿病的喷剂,包括按重量份计以下组分:
山药32份;苦瓜32份;余甘子23份;扁豆23份;
茯苓25份;槐米18份;小蓟15份;玉竹25份;
黄精16份;葛根33份;桃仁18份;生黄芪35份;
生地35份;元参35份。
该调解糖尿病的喷剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,取配方量的各种原料,清洗干净,分别进行粉碎处理,风干,得到各种原料的粒径为30目的粗制药粉;
S2,将各种原料的粗制药粉混合均匀进行超细微粉碎,得到粒径为300目的超细微药粉;
S3,将超细微药粉加入酒精中,搅拌均匀,浸泡3h,超声振荡,过滤,取过滤液作为母液;超声处理的频率为800MHz,超声处理时长为10min;
S4,将母液加水稀释,母液与水的体积比为1:10,然后将稀释液转入振荡装置中规律的多次振荡,得到药液;振荡装置中转速为3000r/min,将稀释液振荡处理1h;
S5,将药液精制成为液体口喷剂,制备全程的温度保持在15℃。
性能测试:
1)试验对象:使用SD大鼠通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素STZ并合理饲养,得到30只2型糖尿病的大鼠模型并随机分为3组,每组10只。
2)试验方法:向2型糖尿病的大鼠模型分别使用实施例1-3的调解糖尿病的喷剂,剂量为1.0mL。
3)试验结果,使用GOD-POD法测定每组的2型糖尿病的大鼠模型试验前后的血糖水平,计算其平均数,数据如表1所示。

从表1可看出,本发明一种调解糖尿病的喷剂具有良好的降低血糖的效果;合理的配方,配合生产过程中采用了中药超微技术和势能储存技术,强化了制剂中的降糖因子、类胰岛素成长因子(IGF-1)、免疫功能因子和多种生物活性因子在产品中的功能,具有优秀的调节糖尿病的功能。

山药25-35份;苦瓜25-35份;余甘子15-25份;扁豆25-35份;
茯苓15-25份;槐米10-20份;小蓟5-15份;玉竹15-25份;
黄精10-20份;葛根25-35份;桃仁10-20份;生黄芪25-35份;
生地25-35份;元参25-35份。

山药27-32份;苦瓜28-33份;余甘子18-23份;扁豆28-33份;

S1,取配方量的各种原料,清洗干净,分别进行粉碎处理,风干,得到各种原料的粗制药粉;
S2,将各种原料的粗制药粉混合均匀进行超细微粉碎,得到超细微药粉;
S3,将超细微药粉加入酒精中,搅拌均匀,浸泡,超声处理,过滤,取过滤液作为母液;
S4,将母液加水稀释,然后将稀释液转入振荡装置中规律的多次振荡,得到药液;
S5,将药液制瓶得到液体口喷剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种调解糖尿病的喷剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,所述粗制药粉的粒径为30-50目。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种调解糖尿病的喷剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中,所述超细微药粉的粒径为300-350目。
8.如权利要求5所述的一种调解糖尿病的喷剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3中,浸泡时长为2-3h,超声处理的频率为500MHz-1000MHz,超声处理时长为5-15min。
9.如权利要求5所述的一种调解糖尿病的喷剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S4中,母液加水稀释中母液与水的体积比为1:5-10,所述振荡装置中转速为3000-4500r/min,将稀释液振荡处理0.5-1.5h。
