Otherwise, if the user is detected to leave the intelligent awakening pillow 100 within the preset time period, the vibration of the intelligent awakening pillow 100 is stopped, so that the vibration of the intelligent awakening pillow 100 can be closed timely, the trouble to the user caused by continuous vibration is avoided, and the use experience is improved. The preset time period can be flexibly preset according to the needs, for example, the preset time period can be set to be 5min, 10min, 15min and the like.
The vibration intensity of the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 may be configured to be a plurality of vibration levels, and at this time, the vibration level of the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 may be reinforced step by step when the vibration intensity of the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 is adjusted.
In still further embodiments, for example, in the case where the alert signal is an audio signal, it may be detected whether the user leaves the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 within a preset period of time, and if the user is still on the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 within the preset period of time, the volume of the intelligent wake-up pillow is adjusted to enhance the audio signal so as to prompt the user to get up in time.
When the user sleeps using the intelligent wake-up pillow 100, the head of the user can generate a certain pressure on the intelligent wake-up pillow 100, and the off-pillow detection module 140 can be configured as a pressure sensor, in some embodiments, when detecting whether the user leaves the intelligent wake-up pillow 100, the pressure signal of the head of the user on the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 can be obtained after a reminding signal is sent, so that whether the user leaves the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 can be judged through the pressure signal. The off-pillow detection method based on the embodiment is simple, easy to realize and high in accuracy.
In some other embodiments, when detecting whether the user leaves the intelligent wake-up pillow 100, a sequence of image frames of the space in which the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 is deployed may also be acquired after the alert signal is sent, thereby determining whether the user leaves the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 based on the sequence of image frames.
Further, based on the above embodiment, the wake-up method based on the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 may further include the following steps before step S202: acquiring a current time point; judging whether the current time point reaches a preset starting point or not, and starting to detect sleep information of the user when the current time point reaches the preset starting point. That is, the sleep detection can be restarted when the current time point reaches the preset time starting point, so that the user in the shallow sleep state can be awakened in the set time, the awakening mode is easy and mild, and the harm to the human body can be reduced as much as possible while the specific user with the awakening requirement is met.
In other embodiments, the wake-up method based on the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 may further comprise the steps of:
the current time point is obtained, the current time point is compared with the preset time end point, and when the current time point reaches the preset time end point, the sending of the reminding signal is stopped, so that the wake-up can be automatically stopped without the need of a user to execute redundant operation, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 may also be connected to an external control terminal, which controls the operating state and operational parameters of the intelligent wake-up pillow 100. Specifically, the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 may further receive a control instruction transmitted by a control terminal, where the control terminal is configured with an application program for controlling the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 and a transmission module for transmitting data to the intelligent wake-up pillow 100, so as to control the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 to execute corresponding work according to the control instruction.
The control device is, for example, a mobile device, a computer, an in-vehicle device built in a floating car, or the like, or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, the mobile device may include, for example, a cell phone, smart home device, wearable device, smart mobile device, virtual reality device, etc., or any combination thereof. In other embodiments, the control terminal can also be configured as a remote control that is adapted to the intelligent wake-up pillow 100.
In addition, the above-mentioned wake-up method based on the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 may further include: receiving a voice signal of a user; corresponding voice control instructions are generated according to the voice signals to control the intelligent wake-up pillow 100 to operate according to the voice control instructions. In some embodiments, the step of generating the corresponding voice control instructions from the voice signal may include: converting the voice signal into text information; extracting keywords in the text information; searching a mapping table between a pre-established voice control instruction and the keywords based on the keywords, so as to obtain the voice control instruction corresponding to the keywords. The scheme provided based on this embodiment can convert the user's voice signal into voice control instructions so as to wake up the pillow 100 through voice control intelligence, further improving the level of intelligence.
Fig. 3 is a schematic detailed flow chart of a wake-up method based on an intelligent wake-up pillow according to one embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 3, the wake-up method based on the intelligent wake-up pillow according to the embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps S302 to S326.
Step S302, a current time point is acquired.
Step S304, judging whether the current time point reaches a preset time starting point or not; if yes, go to step S306; if not, return to step S302.
Step S306, detecting sleep information of the user.
Step S308, a pre-established sleep state curve of the user is obtained.
Step S310, comparing the sleep information with a sleep state curve, and determining the sleep state of the user according to the comparison result.
Step S312, judging whether the sleeping state of the user is a shallow sleeping state; if yes, go to step S314; if not, return to step S306.
Step S314, the intelligent wake-up pillow starts vibrating.
Step S316, a pressure signal of the user on the intelligent wake-up pillow is obtained.
Step S318, determining whether the user leaves the intelligent wake-up pillow according to the pressure signal; if so, the first and second data are not identical, step S320 is performed; if not, go to step S326.
Step S320, recording the duration of time the user is on the intelligent wake-up pillow after the intelligent wake-up pillow starts vibrating.
Step S322, judging whether the duration time reaches a preset time period; if yes, go to step S324; if not, return to step S320.
Step S324, the vibration intensity of the intelligent wake-up pillow is gradually increased.
Step S326, the intelligent wake-up pillow stops vibrating.
The embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent awakening pillow and an awakening method based on the intelligent awakening pillow, wherein in the awakening method based on the intelligent awakening pillow, sleep information of a user can be detected, the current sleep state of the user is determined according to the sleep information, and further, when the sleep state of the user is a shallow sleep state, a reminding signal is sent to be used for awakening the user. The wake-up method provided by the embodiment of the invention can meet the wake-up requirement of a specific user, can effectively ensure the sleep quality of the user and is beneficial to the physical and psychological health of the user. Compared with the prior art in the fields of intelligent families (smart families), intelligent households (smart households), intelligent household appliances (smart household appliances), intelligent air conditioners (smart air conditioners) and the like, the sleep state of the user can be automatically judged by the scheme of the invention, so that the wake-up action is executed when the user is asleep, the wake-up mode is more intelligent and humanized, and the use experience with high comfort level can be brought to the user.
Furthermore, the awakening mode of the embodiment of the invention is easier and milder, can meet the awakening requirement of the specific user with the awakening requirement, does not influence other people in the same space, and improves the use experience of the user.
Still further, the embodiment of the present invention can effectively prevent the user from depending on the bed by adjusting the vibration intensity of the intelligent wake-up pillow 100.
In addition, each functional unit in the embodiments of the present invention may be physically independent, two or more functional units may be integrated together, or all functional units may be integrated in one processing unit. The integrated functional units may be implemented in hardware or in software or firmware.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: the integrated functional units, if implemented in software and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in essence or in whole or in part in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising instructions for causing a computing device (e.g., a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the methods described in the embodiments of the present invention when the instructions are executed. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a random-access memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, etc.
Alternatively, all or part of the steps of implementing the foregoing method embodiments may be implemented by hardware (such as a personal computer, a server, or a computing device such as a network device) associated with program instructions, where the program instructions may be stored on a computer-readable storage medium, and where the program instructions, when executed by a processor of the computing device, perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
By now it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been shown and described herein in detail, many other variations or modifications of the invention consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly ascertained or inferred from the present disclosure without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention should be understood and deemed to cover all such other variations or modifications.

Claims (9)

1. A wake-up method based on intelligent wake-up pillow, comprising:
detecting sleep information of a user;
determining the sleep state of the user according to the sleep information;
when the sleeping state is a shallow sleeping state, a reminding signal is sent and used for waking up a user;
wherein, the step of determining the sleep state of the user according to the sleep information comprises:
pre-establishing a sleep state curve of the user;
comparing the sleep information with the sleep state curve;
determining the sleep state of the user according to the comparison result;
wherein, the step of pre-establishing the sleep state curve of the user comprises the following steps:
collecting historical sleep information of the user;
and establishing the sleep state curve based on the historical sleep information.
2. The intelligent wake pillow-based wake method of claim 1, wherein the sleep information comprises any one or more of respiratory rate, heart rate, number of body movements.
3. The intelligent wake-up pillow-based wake-up method of claim 1, wherein the alert signal is a vibration signal and/or an audio signal.
4. A wake-up method based on an intelligent wake-up pillow according to claim 3, wherein when the alert signal is the vibration signal, after emitting the alert signal, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the user leaves the intelligent wake-up pillow within a preset time period;
and if the user is still on the intelligent awakening pillow within the preset time period, adjusting the vibration intensity of the intelligent awakening pillow so as to enhance the vibration signal.
5. The intelligent wake-up pillow-based wake-up method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of detecting sleep information of the user, further comprising:
acquiring a current time point;
judging whether the current time point reaches a preset time starting point or not, and starting to detect sleep information of the user when the current time point reaches the preset time starting point.
6. The intelligent wake pillow-based wake method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a control instruction transmitted by a control terminal, wherein the control terminal is configured with an application program for controlling the intelligent wake-up pillow and a transmission module for transmitting data to the intelligent wake-up pillow;
and controlling the intelligent wake-up pillow to execute corresponding work according to the control instruction.
7. An intelligent wake-up pillow, comprising:
the sleep detection module is configured to detect sleep information of a user;
the sleep state determining module is configured to determine the sleep state of the user according to the sleep information;
the reminding module is configured to send a reminding signal for waking up a user when the sleep state is a shallow sleep state; and
the intelligent wake pillow based wake method of any one of claims 1-6.
8. The intelligent wake-up pillow of claim 7, wherein the reminder module is configured as a vibration sensor and/or a music player.
9. The intelligent wake-up pillow of claim 7, further comprising:
the pillow-leaving detection module is configured to detect whether the user leaves the intelligent awakening pillow within a preset time period and output a detection result.
