Abstract
本发明涉及一种改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂及制备方法和用途,按重量百分含量计,所述饲料添加剂的配方原料包括以下组分:香芹酚1%‑8%、百里香酚1%‑5%、肉桂醛1%‑8%、茶树精油1%‑8%、八角茴香精油0.5%‑3%、月桂酸单甘油酯10%‑20%、大豆异黄酮2%‑5%、益母草粉5%‑20%、甘草粉5%‑20%、有机基质3%‑15%和载体25%‑40%。本发明饲料添加剂采用穿透力强的高效精油分子和天然超微中草药及相关有效成分,具有利用率高、成本低廉、无毒副作用及残留问题;本发明不仅可有效预防蛋禽输卵管炎的发生,还能对发生输卵管炎的蛋禽有较大程度的改善和缓解作用;同时添加到产蛋后期的蛋禽饲料中,改善禽蛋品质和料蛋比,降低输卵管炎的发病率。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料添加剂领域,具体涉及一种改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂及制备方法和用途。
背景技术
蛋禽输卵管炎是蛋禽生产中高发的疾病,尤其在蛋鸡上表现尤为突出,是危害蛋禽养殖业发展最为常见的一种禽类疾病。蛋禽输卵管炎的病因较复杂,常见的有禽舍卫生条件差,泄殖腔被细菌(如白痢沙门氏菌、副伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌等)污染而浸入输卵管引起;也有因新城疫、禽流感、减蛋综合征、传染性支气管炎以及传染性喉气管炎等病毒引起;还有日粮中缺乏维生素A、D、E等,或饲喂过多动物性饲料时,产蛋过大或产双黄蛋,有时蛋壳在输卵管中破裂,损伤输卵管等都会引起输卵管炎(以下以鸡蛋为代表做说明)。
感染输卵管炎的蛋鸡主要表现为疼痛不安,呆立不动,两翅下垂,羽毛松乱,有的腹部靠地或昏睡,产出的蛋在其蛋壳上往往带有血迹,输卵管内经常排出脓样分泌物,污染肛门周围及其下面的羽毛,产蛋困难,产蛋率明显下降,易产软壳蛋、薄壳蛋、畸形蛋、沙皮蛋、小型蛋和白皮蛋。当炎症蔓延到腹腔时会引起腹膜炎,或输卵管破裂引起卵黄性腹膜炎。当输卵管炎严重时,可造成蛋鸡的死亡。目前对输卵管炎的治疗主要以抗菌消炎为主,但鉴于国家对蛋鸡药残检测的严格把控,一旦饲喂抗生素后鸡蛋便不能再流向市场销售。因此使用天然绿色的无抗产品来改善输卵管炎成为必然趋势。
目前中草药在改善蛋禽输卵管炎方面表现出良好的应用前景。经查证,目前解决蛋禽输卵管炎的产品及专利中多用益母草、淫羊藿、黄连、苦参、柴胡、虎杖、博落回、白头翁、穿心莲等多味中草药味组合,中草药复方时常见采用中草药原株粉碎或植物提取物复配。前者受植物细胞壁的存在,中草药中的有效成分释放速度慢,释放率低,需要的添加量很大,而后者则成本相对较高。且中草药类的产品实际效果不理想,改善慢、性价比低,且易反复发作。
植物精油穿透性能优、抗菌力强、消炎效果好、绿色无残留等优点。鉴于2020年中国养殖业的无抗生素生产需求,精油类产品作为替抗先锋已在肉禽及猪只生产中应用,且表现出很好的效果。因蛋禽生产本身饲料已经无抗,所以精油在蛋禽上的应用很少,而针对蛋禽输卵管炎的产品更是少见。经查询考证,目前针对输卵管炎的含精油类的产品相对较少,且主要以牛至油或肉桂醛、香芹酚和百里香酚为有效成分。这三种成分的抑菌性能虽好,但消炎的效果相对较弱。在发生输卵管炎症时除需要对引起炎症的病原微生物抑杀外,还需快速消炎,减少蛋禽的红肿热痛来达到缓解症状并快速康复,进而提高产蛋率和蛋壳品质。另一专利CN201810045756.6提到采用百里香酚、香芹酚、肉桂醛、乳酸、丁酸、硬脂酸甘油酯及二氧化硅的添加剂。该专利的成分均以杀菌为主,对消炎的效果也相对较弱,且我们在前期的研究中发现,植物精油中的醛、酚活性成分会与酸发生不同程度的化学发生,变性生产酮、酸等物质而失去抑菌活性或抑菌效果大大折扣。
如何通过植物精油、中草药及其他相关原料科学组合,形成一款既能有效预防控制蛋禽输卵管炎的发生,又能在发生后进行治疗蛋禽输卵管炎,降低致死率,还能改善产蛋后期蛋禽的产蛋质量的产品,来降低蛋禽养殖业的风险,依然是一个前瞻性的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种绿色、高效地可改善蛋禽常见输卵管炎疾病的饲料添加剂,用在蛋禽饲料中,不仅产出的蛋的品质显著提高,还能显著提高蛋禽本身的免疫能力和激素水平。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种上述饲料添加剂的制备方法。
本发明的第三目的在于提供一种上述饲料添加剂的用途。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂,按重量百分含量计,所述饲料添加剂的配方原料包括以下组分:香芹酚1%-8%、百里香酚1%-5%、肉桂醛1%-8%、茶树精油1%-8%、八角茴香精油0.5%-3%、月桂酸单甘油酯10%-20%、大豆异黄酮2%-5%、益母草粉5%-20%、甘草粉5%-20%、有机基质3%-15%和载体25%-40%。

根据本发明的一些优选实施方案,按重量百分含量计,所述饲料添加剂的原料配方包括以下组分:香芹酚3%-5%、百里香酚1%-3%、肉桂醛5%-7%、茶树精油1%-3%、八角茴香精油1%-3%、月桂酸单甘油酯10%-20%、大豆异黄酮2%-5%、益母草粉10%-20%、甘草粉10%-20%、有机基质3%-10%和载体25%-40%。
根据本发明的一些优选且具体实施方案,所述益母草粉的细度为250-600目,所述甘草粉的细度为250-600目,以保证充分打开中草药的植物细胞壁,释放有效成分。
根据本发明的一些优选且具体实施方案,所述载体为二氧化硅、改性凹凸棒土、蛭石粉中的一种或几种的组合。
根据本发明的一些优选且具体实施方案,所述大豆异黄酮为活化大豆异黄酮。
根据本发明的一些优选且具体实施方案,所述有机基质为中链脂肪酸、其他脂溶性成分中的一种或几种的组合。
根据本发明的一些优选且具体实施方案,所述香芹酚、百里香酚及肉桂醛均要求食品级原料,有效含量达到99%以上。
根据本发明的一些优选且具体实施方案,所述茶树精油和八角茴香精油均为相关植株天然提取的原料,可外购获得。
本发明采取的另一技术方案,上述所述的改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:将香芹酚、百里香酚、肉桂醛、茶树精油、八角茴香精油、月桂酸单甘油酯和有机基质混合,然后冷喷造粒成固体颗粒,此举可有效减少植物精油的挥发,且保证其有效成分稳定,减少与其他物质发生作用。再将所述固体颗粒、益母草粉、甘草粉、大豆异黄酮、载体混合,即得所述饲料添加剂。
本发明采取的又另一技术方案,上述所述的改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂作为蛋鸡、鹌鹑、蛋鸭、蛋鹅及相关种禽的饲料添加剂的用途。
根据本发明的一些优选且具体实施方案,所述饲料添加剂在所述饲料中的添加量为200-1000克/吨。优选地,所述饲料添加剂在所述饲料中的添加量为200-500克/吨。
当所述饲料添加剂用于在不同场合时,添加的量有所不同,如当用于预防蛋禽输卵管炎的发生时,饲料添加剂的添加量为200-300g/吨;当蛋禽发生中、轻微程度的输卵管炎时,饲料添加剂的添加量为500-1000g/吨;当用于蛋禽产蛋后期时,饲料添加剂的添加量为200-500g/吨。其中,患中、轻微程度的输卵管炎可通过以下主要表现大致判断:疼痛不安,呆立不动,两翅下垂,羽毛松乱,有的腹部靠地或昏睡,产出的蛋在其蛋壳上往往带有血迹,输卵管内经常排出脓样分泌物,污染肛门周围及其下面的羽毛,产蛋困难,产蛋率明显下降,易产软壳蛋、薄壳蛋、畸形蛋、沙皮蛋、小型蛋和白皮蛋。产蛋后期通常是指400天以后,或产蛋率低于85%时。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明利用穿透力强的高效特定精油组合和天然特定中草药粉及其原料配合使用,各配方原料之间协同作用,先是利用植物精油的释放速度快的特点,快速进入血液并随之达到炎症部位,然后利用中草药粉中有效成分释放慢的特点,进一步巩固治疗效果,延长药效,达到协同增效的效果,具有利用率高,成本低廉、无毒副作用及残留问题。
本发明饲料添加剂可有效预防蛋禽输卵管炎的发生;对发生输卵管炎的蛋禽有较大程度的改善和缓解作用,可有效解决蛋禽料中添加抗输卵管炎化学类药物及其他抗生素而引起蛋品中药物残留问题提供了保障,减少养殖户的相关经济损失。同时,添加到产蛋后期的蛋禽饲料中,可以提高蛋禽产蛋量,减少血斑蛋、软壳蛋、畸形蛋出现的概率,改善禽蛋品质和料蛋比,降低输卵管炎的发病率。
本发明饲料添加剂用于蛋禽饲料中,仅需很少的量就可以明显提升产出的蛋的品质,对于蛋禽本身来说,还能显著提高蛋禽本身的免疫能力和激素水平。
具体实施方式
正如背景技术中所说,如何通过植物精油、中草药及其他相关原料科学组合,形成一款既能有效预防控制蛋禽输卵管炎的发生,又能在发生后进行治疗蛋禽输卵管炎,降低致死率,还能改善产蛋后期蛋禽的产蛋质量的产品,来降低蛋禽养殖业的风险,依然是一个前瞻性的课题。
本发明中选用的肉桂醛、香芹酚和百里香酚具有很强的抑菌杀菌效果,且穿透性强,可快速进入血液并随之到达输卵管部位及泄殖腔,抑杀引起输卵管炎症的大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌等病菌;选用的肉桂醛、八角茴香精油及月桂酸单甘油酯具有很好的抗病毒作用,对可引起输卵管炎的新城疫、禽流感、减蛋综合征、传染性支气管炎以及传染性喉气管炎等病毒有抑制效果,能最大程度的抑制相关病毒的复制和扩增,减少输卵管炎的发生概率;选用的茶树精油具有很好的消炎作用,能够通过血液快速到达炎症部位,有效缓解炎症引起的红肿热痛,减少输卵管炎对蛋鸡造成的疼痛应激,减少血斑蛋、脏蛋的发生;选用的中草药之益母草及甘草是采用超微粉碎的方式处理,尽可能的打开植物细胞壁,保证中草药的有效成分全面保留并高效释放,且此种方式获得的中草药性价比更高,优于中草药草本的普通粉碎及中草药提取物;补充有活化大豆异黄酮,发生有输卵管炎的蛋禽通常受炎症的影响,其机体内的激素水平降低,而通过补充活化大豆异黄酮能够有效提高受输卵管炎影响的蛋禽及产蛋后期蛋禽的激素水平,改善产蛋率及蛋品质。总之,本发明通过上述特定植物精油的搭配组合配合特定中草药的使用,达到协同增效的效果,同时利用有机基质的作用,保证产品中精油的稳定性,减少精油的挥发,且搭配载体的使用使得饲料添加剂在饲喂后能够缓慢释放,进一步延长药效,同时提升饲料添加剂的流散性。
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附后权利要求书限定的范围内。
实施例1
本实施例提供的改善输卵管炎的饲料添加剂,按重量百分含量计,饲料添加剂的原料配方组成如下:香芹酚4%、百里香酚2%、肉桂醛6%、茶树精油2%、八角茴香精油2%、月桂酸单甘油酯15%、活化大豆异黄酮4%、超微益母草粉15%、超微甘草粉15%、有机基质5%和载体30%。
其中,香芹酚、百里香酚、肉桂醛均为食品级原料,有效含量均在99%以上;
活化大豆异黄酮来源于大豆生物提取,其中总黄酮≥6.0%,游离葡萄糖苷元≥3.8%;
有机基质为MCT;
茶树精油来源于澳洲白千层茶树,其有效成分松油醇+松油烯≥65%;
八角茴香精油由八角提取,其有效成分茴香脑≥80%;
载体为二氧化硅。
本例的饲料添加剂通过以下方法制备得到:
按原料分量,将香芹酚、百里香酚、肉桂醛、茶树精油和八角茴香精油混溶于有机基质中,然后加入月桂酸单甘油酯并充分混合均匀后冷喷成粒径为30-40目固体精油颗粒。
将益母草粉、甘草粉分别用超微粉碎机进行粉碎,可100%过250目筛得超微粉。
将精油颗粒与超微粉碎后的益母草粉和甘草粉、活化大豆异黄酮及载体充分混合,即得饲料添加剂成品。
实施例2
本实施例提供的可改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂,按重量百分含量计,饲料添加剂的原料配方组成如下:香芹酚8%、百里香酚4%、肉桂醛2%、茶树精油5%、八角茴香精油1.5%、月桂酸单甘油酯10%、活化大豆异黄酮2%、超微益母草粉10%、超微甘草粉8%、有机基质10%和载体39.5%。
原料的选择及制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
本实施例提供的可改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂,按重量百分含量计,饲料添加剂的原料配方组成如下:香芹酚2%、百里香酚3%、肉桂醛8%、茶树精油8%、八角茴香精油3%、月桂酸单甘油酯20%、活化大豆异黄酮2%、超微益母草粉15%、超微甘草粉10%、有机基质6%和载体23%。
原料的选择及制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
1.动物试验
在上海梨园鸡场,选择162只患有输卵管炎产蛋率较低且蛋品质较差的蛋鸡,分为3个处理,分别为对照组、试验1组和试验2组,每个处理6个重复,每个重复9只鸡(3笼)。其中,对照组饲喂鸡日常饲料;试验1组在鸡日常饲料中每吨饲料中添加250g实施例1产品;试验2组在鸡日常饲料中每吨饲料添加500g实施例1产品(以下称为精油植生素)。试验持续28天。记录相关生产数据,并进行蛋品质及血清指标检测。

由表1~3的试验结果表明,实施例1的精油植生素产品可改善输卵管炎蛋鸡的产蛋率,试验1组和试验2组分别比对照组提高5.40%和6.85%。且料蛋比分别降低2.06%和4.12%。从蛋品质来看,本实施例1的精油植生素产品可以改善鸡蛋的脏蛋率、破蛋率及沙壳蛋和畸形蛋率,其中,沙壳蛋可改善效果达到极显著水平,以500g/吨的添加量组最佳,而畸形蛋率则以250g/吨组添加效果最佳。从鸡蛋品质来讲,精油植生素可一定程度改善蛋壳强度,减少破蛋风险,同时有效改善蛋白高度和哈弗单位,其中500g/吨添加组这两个指标的改善率分别达到18.27%和12.00%,改善效果较为明显,且蛋品评分中AA级鸡蛋提高到91.67%,高于对照组的63.64%。
3.精油植生素对输卵管炎蛋鸡的免疫指标和激素水平的影响

由表4可见,与输卵管炎的对照组相比,添加精油植生素的试验1组和试验2组的IL-2均显著升高,其中试验1组提高22.67%,试验2组提升25.05%;IL-10也分别提高46.67%及74.39%(P<0.01)。TNF-α则以试验1组最低,比对照组降低11.36%,比试验2组降低13.13%(P<0.01),而试验组2组与对照组相当。添加精油植生素的2个试验组的雌激素均高于对照组,其中以试验2组最高,提高29.27%,达到极显著水平。因此,精油植生素能够明显改善IL-2、IL-10和雌二醇水平,尤以500g/吨的效果最好。
实施例5
1.动物试验
在上海奉贤梨园鸡场蛋鸡舍进行。本试验采用单因子试验设计,选择108只处于产蛋高峰后期(60周龄)海兰灰蛋鸡随机分为2个组,分别为对照组和精油植生素组,每个组6个重复,每个重复9只鸡(3笼)。其中,对照组饲喂鸡日粮,精油植生素组中每吨日粮添加200克实施例2的精油植生素产品。试验持续28天。记录相关生产数据,并进行蛋品质测试。
2.精油植生素对产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响
表5为日粮中添加精油植生素对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能的影响
注:同行小写字母不同者表示差异显著(P<0.05),字母相同或未标注表示差异不显著(P>0.05)。下表同。
由表5可见,与对照组相比,日粮中添加精油植生素提高了产蛋后期蛋鸡日采食量、平均蛋重及产蛋率,且料蛋比低于对照组。因本次试验所用蛋鸡的产蛋期处于后期,机体本身相关的免疫等机能有所下降,精油植生素含有的活性成分可以改善产蛋后期蛋鸡健康状况,提高其生产成绩。
3.精油植生素对产蛋后期蛋鸡蛋品质的影响
表6为日粮中添加精油植生素对产蛋后期蛋鸡蛋品质的影响
由表6可见,添加精油植生素提高了产蛋后期蛋鸡所产鸡蛋的蛋白高度和哈弗单位,且可以改善蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度,其中蛋壳强度的改善达到显著水平。由此说明,精油植生素可改善鸡蛋品质。

Claims (9)
1.一种改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,按重量百分含量计,所述饲料添加剂的配方原料包括以下组分:香芹酚1%-8%、百里香酚1%-5%、肉桂醛1%-8%、茶树精油1%-8%、八角茴香精油0.5%-3%、月桂酸单甘油酯10%-20%、大豆异黄酮2%-5%、益母草粉5%-20%、甘草粉5%-20%、有机基质3%-15%和载体25%-40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:按重量百分含量计,所述饲料添加剂的原料配方包括以下组分:香芹酚3%-8%、百里香酚1%-4%、肉桂醛2%-7%、茶树精油1%-5%、八角茴香精油1%-3%、月桂酸单甘油酯10%-20%、大豆异黄酮2%-5%、益母草粉10%-20%、甘草粉8%-20%、有机基质3%-10%和载体25%-40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述益母草粉的细度为250-600目,所述甘草粉的细度为250-600目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述载体为二氧化硅、改性凹凸棒土、蛭石粉中的一种或几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述大豆异黄酮为活化大豆异黄酮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:所述有机基质为中链脂肪酸、其他脂溶性成分中的一种或几种的组合。
7.一种权利要求1-6中任一项权利要求所述的改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:将香芹酚、百里香酚、肉桂醛、茶树精油、八角茴香精油、月桂酸单甘油酯和有机基质混合,然后冷喷造粒成固体颗粒,将所述固体颗粒、益母草粉、甘草粉、大豆异黄酮和载体混合,即得所述饲料添加剂。
8.权利要求1-6中任一项权利要求所述的改善蛋禽输卵管炎的饲料添加剂作为蛋鸡、鹌鹑、蛋鸭、蛋鹅及相关种禽上的饲料添加剂的用途。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用途,其特征在于:所述饲料添加剂在所述饲料中的添加量为200~1000克/吨。
